An amazing family vacation!

Casa Roncus is the perfect location for a family vacation or romantic get away. Sitting on the back porch or on the balcony is an escape to paradise. The house is beautiful, perfectly clean, and homey. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. Our stay here was the highlight of our family trip. Our family lives in Udine, and they were confused as to why we would want to go stay so far away in the country, until they came to visit us in Capriva- and they all agreed this was the perfect place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic house in a beautiful area

We found this house to be very inspiring. The new construction from gorgeous old materials creates a really interesting flow and sense of calm in an uncluttered space. The views from the house of the sky and vineyard, along with the magnificent bell tower, were very beautiful and absorbing. We think Friuli itself is highly underrated, and we loved visiting Udine and Palmanova and taking a local river trek tour (Wildvalley). Our children also enjoyed it all, especially sampling all the local gelato. Manuela and Marco were very welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend this house!

Hübsches Haus im Friaul

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, dafür waren leider nur 3 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Zimmer mit Stockbett. Sonst hat nichts gefehlt. Vllt könnten es ein paar mehr Liegen im Garten sein.

Capodanno da sogno indimenticabile

Piccola vacanza in famiglia eccezionale! La casa è meravigliosa, ben attrezzata, spaziosissima e arredata con molto gusto, tutto ciò che serve per stare divinamente. L'enorme cucina-soggiorno è davvero piacevole ed accogliente, il fascino della terrazza sul giardino con tavolo e sedie da quel tocco di benessere e relax anche in pieno inverno, ce la siamo goduta. La posizione della casa è idilliaca e tranquilla, ideale anche per bellissime passeggiate tra i vigneti. I proprietari Manuela e Marco sono gentilissimi e molto disponibile, anche per l'assaggio dei loro meravigliosi prodotti. Senza esitazione consigliamo Casa Roncus.

wunderschöne, stilvolle Villa in herrlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten das Haus als Paar gemietet u haben einen traumhaften Urlaub im Casa Roncus verbracht, sind total begeistert: das Casa ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes: wunderschön, sehr stilvoll, sehr geräumig (auch für mehrere Gäste ), sehr komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Im großen, ruhigen Garten und der überdachten Terrasse kann man wunderbar in den bequemen Liegestühlen entspannen u den Tag mit Blick über die herrliche Umgebung u die Weinfelder genießen. Bei schlechtem Wetter bietet die große Wohnküche u das stilvolle Wohnzimmer viel Gemütlichkeit. Toll fanden wir auch die kostenlos bereitgestellten Fahrräder, mit denen man wunderschöne Radtouren - es gibt viele Radwege in unmittelbarer Umgebung- machen kann. Capriva del Friuli ist ein sehr sympathisches Dorf (Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig erreichbar), die Lage ist außerdem für Ausflüge ideal: Udine, Palmanova, Cividale, Triest, Duino, Grado etc sind in weniger als einer Stunde Autofahrt erreichbar und das Collio mit den Weinfeldern ist einfach nur wunderschön . Marco und Manuela sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht- ganz herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf, auch auf die wunderaren Weine von Roncus.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten, ideal zum Auspannen

Wir hatten im Haus von Marco ein Familientreffen mit drei Generationen und fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Rad durch die schöne Hügellandschaft, in 35 Minuten ist man am Meer, in Capriva gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine gute Bäckerei. Und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, kann man es sich in der großen Wohnküche gemütlich machen.

Anche se abitiamo qua vicino io e i miei amici abbiamo deciso di regalarci 4 stupendi giorni in una location che incanta! La casa è immersa nel verde, dotata di tutti i confort, perfetta anche per gruppi numerosi! I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili, inoltre possiedono anche la cantina Roncùs, dove potrete degustare gli ottimi vini di loro produzione! Wonderful days in Caprivia for our Danish/German families...

Marco and his charming wife were a great host. We tasted extensively their red and white wine and they booked us into crowded restaurants. The house is cool and spacey (We have been there in the hight of summer).The interior design tasteful and functional. We spent beautiful but hot days under the roofed Veranda and were happily using the garden shower constantly. We would recommend Marco and his house anytime and will hopefully return some day.

Splendida Location

C'è ben poco da dire sulla location, le parole sono superflue! La casa è strepitosa, spaziosissima la sala/cucina, con un tavolo bellissimo e davvero grande dove si mangia tutti comodissimi; le camere sono bellissime ed ordinate, i bagni anche; si conclude con questo porticato esterno che da su un immenso giardino, magari in inverno non si potrà, ma con le belle giornate di fine aprile abbiamo mangiato fuori più volte ed è stato fantastico. Davvero tutto impeccabile, consigliatissimo a dir poco. Concludiamo con una nota ultrapositiva per Manuela e Marco che sono stati sempre più che disponibili e davvero carini. Andateci!

Perfecte nette en ruime woning in een rustig dorpje.

Woning komt overeen met de vooraf verkregen informatie. Mooie omgeving, van zee tot prachtige natuur in Noord Slovenië. Rustig dorpje maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.

Sauberes, großes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten direkt neben Weinstöcken

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Haus sehr gut untergebracht. Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz sind für 11 Personen ausreichend. Es gibt 8 Betten und 3 Couchschlafplätze. Ausstattung und Lage sowie Garten sind perfekt. Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen Urlaub und bedanken uns bei den sehr freundlichen Vermietern Marco und Manuela.

Toller Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir haben im Haus unserer tollen Gastgeber Manuela und Marco eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren mit einigen Kindern dort, die natürlich besonders den schönen Garten mit Aussendusche genutzt haben. Alle umliegenden Ausflugsziele und der Strand sind in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast. Als siebenköpfige Familie plus Hund fühlten wir uns sehr wohl in diesem geräumigen, sehr schön eingerichteten Haus. Das Beste ist der Garten, direkt begrenzt vom Wein. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, mit den bereit gestellten Rädern kann man die Gegend erkunden und das Frühstück beim Bäcker besorgen. Ein paar Meter hinter dem Haus liegen Weingärten, die zum Spazieren einladen (wichtig für das vierbeinige Familienmitglied). Die Vermieter Manuela und Marco sind überaus gastfreundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Triest, Aqulilea, Grado, Udine, Cividale, Palmanova, der Karst - sogar Venedig; alles mögliche Ausflugsziele - wenn man sich vom Garten entfernen wollen würde.

Wie man es sich wünscht!

Wie man es sich als Ferienhausmieter wünscht: gute Lage, wunderbare Vermieter, gute Ausstattung insbesondere in Küche und Bad, ordentliche Betten, Kaminofen und Grill, angenehmer, großer Garten direkt am Wingert, einfach ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus - deshalb volle Punktzahl. Toller Bäcker am Ort, klasse Winzer im nahen Zegla, La Subida - das Restaurant- Muss nicht weit. Auch das Meer bei Grado ist unter einer, die Alpen in etwas mehr als einer Stunde erreichbar und all die bestaunbaren Orte rundum....
