excellent sejour

appartement trés propre, bien disposé, agréable, tout confort avec grande terrasse( manque un aspirateur et une petite table pour la cusine).calme et sécurisé.residence trés bien entretenue et bien équipée.piscine trés grande et propre. garage en sous sol pour la securité de la voiture. a 10 min en voiture du métro qui va à Porto plage à 2 min a pied, boulangerie idem Propriétaires charmants, chaleureux et disponible. location vivement conseillée et nous y reviendrons sans hesitation

Parfait !

Superbe appartement et très spacieux . très propre. Grande terrasse et grande piscine. Très belle plage à 2 min à pied. Il faut prendre le métro pour aller à porto(30 min). Vitor est très gentil et disponible. Idéal famille avec enfants. Nous sommes ravis !

De très bonnes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Labruge. La résidence est agréable pour les familles avec des enfants ( de tous âges) grâce à la piscine, au court de tennis et à l'espace jeux. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et bien équipé, avec une terrasse agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et seront aux petits soins pour vous permettre de profiter de vos vacances.

Excellent, pictures don't do justice

Great apartment, very large with nice deck and large refrigerator, unusual for Europe. Location was perfect, short walk to beach, store, cafe, restaurants. Vitor was very helpful, friendly and communicated very well. As I said, the pictures on the site do not do it justice, highly recommended.

Prima verblijfplaats,bijzonder prettige verhuurder

Ons verblijf was in oktober 2016. Allereerst melden we de bijzonder vriendelijke hoedanigheid van de eigenaar. Hij doet zijn uiterste best om het verblijf tot een genoegen te laten zijn. Je krijgt zelfs de indruk dat hij dat doel gelijk aan, zo niet boven, de inkomsten uit de verhuur stelt. Hij reageerde bv. bijzonder meelevend toen we onze reis moesten uitstellen wegens familieomstandigheden. En van welke verhuurder krijg je nog een Nieuwjaarsgroet? Het appartement zelf is conform de prijs. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een moderne inrichting. Wifi werkte zonder een enkele storing tijdens ons verblijf. Bovendien is het ruim genoeg. Hoewel wij maar samen waren, zou een verblijf met vier personen ook geen probleem geweest zijn. Alles was heel en werkte. Bovendien was het onderkomen erg schoon. Voor onze auto maakten we gebruik van de garage onder het complex. Op het eigen terrein is een groot zwembad en een tennisbaan. Ook zijn er speeltoestellen voor kinderen op het afgesloten terrein. Omdat in het najaar de zon niet meer op het balkon schijnt, was het prettig om gebruik te kunnen maken van de zitjes met pergola in de centrale ruimte buiten. Ook daar was alles schoon en goed onderhouden. Dat er gewoon gezwommen kon worden en het bad nog niet was gesloten in deze tijd van het jaar, hebben we zelfs veel zuidelijker wel anders meegemaakt. De verwarming zou een punt van aandacht kunnen zijn. Tijdens ons verblijf was het niet erg dat die afhankelijk was van de centrale regeling in het gehele complex. Op het aanrechtblad in de keuken hadden we graag wat meer licht gehad, maar meer verbeterpunten kunnen we eigenlijk niet noemen. We huurden in Labruge vooral om Porto te bezoeken. Dat is goed te doen met de metro. Wij gebruikten fietsen om bij het metrostation te komen, maar er is een groot parkeerterrein voor auto’s. Fietsen naar Porto langs de kust is geweldig en goed te doen. De eenvoudigste manier is met de bus. Die stopt bij de mercade in het naastliggende plaatsje Angeiros. (10 minuten lopen). Voor alle drie de manieren van reizen geldt dat de totale reistijd ongeveer anderhalf uur bedraagt tot centrum Porto. En supermarktje en een confeitaria met voortdurend vers brood is honderd meter van het appartement en een grote supermarkt in het genoemde Angeiros. Voor visrestaurantjes hoef je de boulevard maar te volgen en je vind er genoeg. Kortom een prima verblijfplaats in een rustige en veilige omgeving.

Appartement propre, bien situé , au calme, dans une résidence avec piscine et tennis. La mer est à 5mn à pied et le centre de Porto à 30mn en ...métro. Merci à Vitor et sa famille pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir Porto et ses environs.Nous ne manqueront pas d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente(avec ou sans notre chien...). Christine et André

Vacances en famille

Appartement impeccable, très bien équipée, 1 grande chambre double et séjour avec canapé-lit (qui a été changé je pense depuis le dernier commentaire car confortable). Situation parfaite avec des enfants : balancoires, tobogan, piscine (immense et chaude) dans la résidence. Plage à 50 mètres. Région magnifique, en 1 semaine nous sommes loin d'avoir eu le temps de voir tout ce que nous voulions ! Le propriétaire et sa femme sont très sympa.

Très bon accueil de Vitor qui fait de gros efforts en français ! L'appartement est très bien placé, parfait pour les enfants (tennis, piscine et mer le tout sans se déplacer !! ) Petit bémol sur le clic-clac (canapé) et l'absence d'aspirateur. Information remontée à Vitor qui avait commandé le canapé ! Superbes ballades en bord de mer (le front de mer est nouvellement aménagé et permet de longues sorties) Dernier avantage, l'accès à PORTO par la rocade sans surcoût de péage ! On reviendra

Chouette appartement

Appartement agréable et propre dans une résidence donnant accès à la piscine extérieure, au terrain de tennis et jeux pour enfants. L'appartement est assez bien équipé, a une connexion wifi. Boulangerie et supérette situées à 100 mètres. La mer est à quelques pas seulement. Agréables balades à réaliser au bord de mer. Proche de Porto et d'autres villes sympathiques (Pavao de Varzim, Guimarães, Braga, Viana do Castelo, ...). Propriétaire fort sympathique et disponible.

Bel appartement, spacieux. Très bien équipé ! Situé à 5 min de la mer. A 20 min de porto. Cet appartement nous rappelle un peu la série melrose place. Bien désservi, métro et bus à vila do conde. Nous avons adoré notre sejour à porto. Porto est une très belle ville. A faire : les caves, les enseignes espagnoles, un tour en bâteau sur le douro et bien sûr goûter les spécialités portugaises. Le propiétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Nous y retournerons certainement. Camille et rodrigue

Excelentes férias

Para quem pretende passar umas férias com sossego e tranquilidade,é o local certo.Um condominio fechado,com piscina,muito perto da praia, ótimo para quem tem crianças,pois é seguro,podendo as mesmas estar a brincar no parque inserido no condominio,nao havendo o perigo de se afastarem.O apartamento espaçoso,acolhedor,limpo e muito bem equipado.Tem cafés,mini-mercado,papelaria e restaurante muito perto.Tudo isto sem contar com a enorme simpatia e disponibilidade do proprietario o senhor Vitor. Aconselho vivamente. E com certeza vamos lá voltar.

Excelente local para relaxar e passar umas boas férias. Espaço acolhedor, limpo e muito bem organizado. Apartamento com óptimas instalações e muito equipado. Todo o apoio dado pelo proprietário desde a entrada até à saída. Recomendo este local porque apesar de ter uma boa piscina tem uma óptima praia a 50 metros. Sossego e tranquilidade

Se pretende uma férias tranquilas com todas as comodidades, recomendo este apartamento espaçoso, com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia. Pertíssimo da praia e inserido num condomínio fechado que tem uma piscina grande, campo de ténis, e parque para crianças. Todos os residentes do condomínio são simpáticos e sociáveis, o proprietário Vitor e esposa sempre prestáveis. Restaurantes, mini mercado, café padaria e papelaria a poucos metros e um pouquinho mais longe (mas pode ir a pé) um mercado de legumes e toda a variedade de peixe e marisco acabadinho de sair do mar. Transportes públicos para o Porto também bem localizados e acessíveis. Pretendemos ir novamente para este apartamento.

très bel appartement

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé; la résidence était très agréable avec une aire de jeux pour enfants en face de notre terrasse. Une belle piscine agréable un peu plus loin. On a bien apprécié de pouvoir garer notre voiture dans le garage privé de la résidence. L'endroit est sympa et bien situé pour pouvoir visiter le nord du Portugal et bien sûr Porto. L'appartement est très agréable, confortable, moderne. L'accueil des propriétaires était vraiment super avec quelques douceurs en guise de bienvenue.

COMPLETA URBANIZACIÓN A PIE DE PLAYA

Hemos pasado una semana muy a gusto. El apartamento, a pesar de tener sólo una habitación, es muy amplio para un matrimonio con dos niños y en muy buen estado. La urbanización es muy completa y cómoda, sobre todo para los niños. La zona es tranquila con largas pasarelas de madera para caminar entre las dunas. Las playas están muy bien conservadas aunque con bastantes rocas que limitan las zonas de baño y el agua fría como corresponde al Atlántico. Muy cerca de Oporto cuya visita merece mucho la pena. Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable con todo tipo de actividades: visitas, piscina, playa,... Agradecemos la atención y amabilidad de Vitor.

Adorei o Condominio :)

Só tenho pontos positivos em relação a minha estadia, relativamente á localização, pertinho da praia , local tranquilo para férias em família, o apartamento muito limpo, confortavel, bem equipado. Piscina do condominio enorme, e acima de tudo a simpatia do Sr. Vitor e a Esposa, recomendo vivamente e vou voltar sem dúvida. OBG
