Convenient location short walk to the lift, easy to get to in a car/van Amazinah facilities with sauna hot tub and pool table. Didn’t even get time to use the cinema, Open fire in the centre of lounge is very relaxing

Chalet Yellow for mixed family group.

We had a great time : three somewhat elderly siblings, with their respective children and various spouses, so the age range was from 15 to 81. The various activities on offer (hot tub, cinema, pool room, etc) were well used, and there was something for everyone to enjoy, so ideal for a mixed group. The Bettex ski run was ideal for access to the slopes and groomed well. It would have been nice to have a food shop of some kind in the vicinity, so not ideal if you don't have a car, or if the roads are icy. But the locals (Jaquylene and the Bread Man, etc offer food options delivered to the door, which are expensive but good. We were 12 in the chalet (unavoidably, 7 of the original group had to pull out), which we agreed was a good number. I'm not sure how claustrophobic it might have been had we had the full 19 - the bedrooms are on the smaller side, which is my only negative point. Helene was charming and helpful and our holiday was tremendous fun, with good snow too which was lucky as we were late in the season.
