Great house in a great location

The house has all you need to have a great holiday. Saint Briac is a great location and the house is in a great location to get too and from the beach as well as explore the town itself. We would recommend this house to anybody for a family holiday.

We enjoyed a very cosy holiday with our family of 7 adults. Close to the beach & cosy centre of St Briac the house is very well located. The house was super clean & all the things you needed were availablem. Mme Verriere est très à laide en cas du moindre soucis. Very recommended!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr gut Ausgestattet und in einem top Zustand. Alles war gut erreichbar, es gibt viele nette Orte in der Umgebung und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Auch die Einkaufswege waren angenehm kurz. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus war für uns optimal. Durch das abgeschlossene Grundstück ist es für Familien mit Kleinkindern geeignet. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Auch das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschin war super. Wir haben das Ferienhaus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin hat uns gut informiert und uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Der Ort selbst und die Umgebung haben gute Wandermöglichkeiten, auch Ziele wie Cap Frehel, Fort la Latte, Mont St. Michel, St. Malo sind gut erreichbar. Die umliegenden Strände sind sehr gut.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das hübsche Haus hat uns begeistert. Es war sehr elegant mit liebevollen Details, tolle Küche, mit allem was man so braucht, sehr geräumig und es hatte einen großen Garten. Unsere freundliche Vermieterin hat alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Very nice house - Sehr schönes Haus

We enjoyed our vacation with 2 families (8 persons) in that very nice house in a wounderful area of France. The kitchen is well prepared for self-cartering. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the big terrace is good for sunbathing and grilling. There are a lot of beautiful sights in the near area, like beaches, little towns, hiking trails and other tourist destinations. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 2 Familien (8 Personen) in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in der Bretagne verbracht. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die große Terrasse an 2 Seiten des Hauses ist perfekt zum Sonnenbaden oder Grillen. Die Umgebung hat viele tolle Strände, Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten. Auch zum Wandern ein tolles Ziel.

Tres belle maison

Nous venons de passer une semaine de vacances dans cette jolie maison qui offre toutes les qualités: elle se situe a 5 mns à pied des plages et es commerces dans un endroit calme , elle est très bien rénovée, elle est très bien équipée ( literie de qualité & impeccable, électroménager complet et en bon état, salon de jardin, wifi, ... il ne manque rien ) , et elle est très bien entretenue. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison idéalement située à Saint-Briac, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et des plages. Maison pleine de charme, très calme, très lumineuse grâce à ces larges baies vitrées sur tout le salon. Très bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine, literie de qualité, salon de jardin, chaises longues, barbecue Weber. Décorée avec goût. Grandes terrasses qui entourent la maison très bien exposées. Jardin grand et agréable. impeccablement propre. Un sans faute pour les hôtes pourtant très exigeants que nous sommes ! Je recommande à 200% !
