Great location and apartment

The apartment is close to everything-restaurants, market, supermarket, bus and train station. It has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked. It is a generous size for 2 people. Philippe met us to let us in to the apartment and was available for any questions. Catch the train to Corte or Vizzavona (great walking trail to cascades) the scenery on the way is spectacular Highly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé à Ajaccio. Tout est à proximité : Monoprix, la plage St François, le très beau musée Fesch, la magnifique bibliothèque ,.le marché, le port.L appartement est bien équipé. Nous avons bien dormi car c'est très calme la nuit. Le propriétaire est très sympa et très arrangeant.Nous avons adoré Ajaccio et la Corse.

Appartement calme et confortable en plein centre ville

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la rue piétonne fesch, animée en journée et très calme la nuit. Philippe est très flexible et a été d'un acceuil chaleureux ! Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans l'appartement, nous étions avec nos deux enfants de 3ans et 8 mois. Nous recommandons chaudement ! Seul petit point à améliorer (pour dire quelque chose :-) ), mais qui est commun à la plupart des logements que nous avons loués (en corse et ailleurs) : le tri des dechets n'est pas du tout facilité. Nous avons trouvé un container de verre a proximité, mais pour le plastique/carton/film plastique (poubelles jaunes) nous n'avons pas trouvé. Pour le tout venant il doit être posé près des poubelles de la ville dans la rue, c'est surprenant qu'il n'y ait pas de local poubelle. Ça ne nous empêchera pas de revenir si nous revenons a Ajjaccio ! :-) merci pour tout Philippe !

Bij Philippe is het goed toeven! De perfecte uitvalsbasis tussen het strand, de haven en de winkels en horeca. Bovendien is Philippe een enthousiaste, warme en goed bereikbare host. Enorme aanrader wanneer u naar Ajaccio reist!

Le propriétaire est très gentil, à l'écoute, et arrangeant. Il a pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils pour notre séjour et à accepter notre arrivée plus que tardive! Le logement est fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu'il faut, le propriétaire à penser à tout! Je recommande ce logement, en plus très bien situé au centre historique d'ajaccio!

Appartement fonctionnel et spacieux pour 2 personnes . Très bien situé dans une rue vivante en journée mais très calme le soir. Après un retard de 3 heures suite aux orages, nous sommes arrivés à une heure assez tardive. Monsieur Fouchereau nous a attendu et reçu avec un grand sourire. L appartement est fidèle au descriptif, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé en plein centre d une rue piétonne très commerçante où nous avons trouvé toutes les commodités : épiceries, restaurant, glaciers, musée etc, tout est à proximité. Un séjour parfait, un propriétaire accueillant, serviable, disponible, il a conditionné grandement la qualité de notre Séjour. Nous recommandons fortement. Merci monsieur Fouchereau et merci la Corse.

Très bon séjour.

Appartement très bien situé dans une rue piétonne : la rue Fesch. Pas besoin de véhicule personnel pour aller à la plage ou faire divers achats : le marché journalier, le port et la plage sont à 10 minutes. Si besoin de se déplacer plus sur Ajaccio, des bus sont à votre disposition. Concernant le logement, tout permet à l'intérieur de passer un excellent séjour. Vraiment une adresse a retenir et les propriétaires son "cools". Michel.

Séjour inoubliable!

L'appartement est commode et bien situé, à proximité de tout. Propriétaires très gentils et aux petits soins de ses locataires. Très disponibles. A cause de notre vol qui a été retardé, M. Fouchereau a dû nous accueillir à une heure très tardive et nous a aidé à porter nos valises. Sans compter les petites attentions telles que bouteilles d'eau au réfrigérateur, quelques provisions de base pour dépanner ses locataires en cas de besoin... Ses bons conseils nous ont été très utiles. Grand merci à M. Fouchereau, pour sa confiance et pour son intervention auprès de Abritel lors de notre réservation. Amicalement, M&Mme HUYNH
