While visiting this building residence, I saw two dolphins playing in one of two private coves. They frolicked merrily amid bay with turquoise waters. Sign of destiny? J bought an apartment facing the bay. Every hour of every season spent in this magical place is a wonder to me. Samana Bay on the Atlantic Ocean south-east of the Dominican Republic is recognized as one of 10 most beautiful bays in the world.
