Ideally located across the road from the beach, a 5 minutes walk to the centre of Laigueglia, well looked after and recently decorated both internally and externally. The Apartment has purposely not been renovated to keep its original 1950's features and this is reflected in the lower rental price requested. Laigueglia is a little gem which has won many tourist awards as one of the best family beach resorts in Italy.

Schöner Urlaub in Laigueglia.

Alles in einem,ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet. Die Wohnung ist gross und sauber. Klar, ist etwas altmodisch eingerichtet, alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr süss. Ich, persöhnlich, habe mich wie zu Besuch bei Oma auf dem land gefühlt, so gemütlich und geborgen.. )) Vom Balkon aus dem Wohnzimmer sieht man das Meer. Es war so schön Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und dem Meer zu lauschen, sehen wie schön es glitzert in der Abendsonne .. Sooo schön..Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, genügend Geschier ist vorhanden. Mit dem Gasherd sind wir gut zu Recht gekommen.Handtücher, Duschtücher, Geschiertücher - alles da.Internet ist natürlich etwas lahm, aber war uns nicht wichtig, wir sind zum entspannen dort gewesen,und nicht zum Internet nutzen.Was zu einem Problem werden kann, ist die Parksituation. Ein kostenloses Parkplatz in der nähe zu finden ist ien Glücksfall. Es gibt kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz für 15,00 /Tag (4 Tage lang benutzt)Für die letzten 3 Tage einen kostenlosen in direckter Nähe ergattert. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt, Rycki ist ein sehr netter Kerl und kann etwas deutsch, wenn man Fragen hat, kann man ihn fragen.Laigueglia ist ein kleiner, gemütlicher und ein sehr schöner Ort. Der Strand ist sauber, feinsandig. Sehr gute Anbindung an Bus und Zug. Wir hatten Ausflüg nach Sanremo mit dem Zug unternohmen. Super Sache.Wir können sowohl Laigueglia , wie auch die Wohnung nur EMPFEHLEN!

Spazioso pulito in posizione ottima!

L’appartamento è ampio e luminoso, l’arredamento è vintage ma corrispondente a quanto descritto. Si sente la mancanza della doccia (solo vasca da bagno) ma ciò è ampiamente compensato dalla comodità della posizione a ridosso del budello. Proprietaria seria, cortese e molto disponibile!

Bellissima vacanza

Un appartamento a non più di 30 metri dal mare è impagabile. Inoltre era pulito e confortevole. Unici svantaggi terzo piano da salire a piedi e appartamento caldissimo; sottolineo però che questa è un'estate particolarmente calda e afosa. In poche parole ... se non vi spaventano 3 piani a piedi e un po' di caldo, è eccezionale

Perfekte Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und obwohl es keine Klimaanlage hat, steht in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, mit kleinen Kindern perfekt. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand. In der Stadtprominade ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten da.

Super Lage, super sauber, super hilfsbereit

Waren mit unseren drei Kindern in der Unterkunft. Sie hat eine super Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Meer und auf das Gebirge. Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr vorteilhaft, da man bei Bedarf auch mal schnell wieder in der Unterkunft ist wenn man mal was vergessen hat oder man sich mal zurück ziehen möchte. In der nahen Umgebung befindet sich eine Apotheke , ein Supermarkt, versch. Restaurants und Bars. Die Gastgeber Teresa und Ricardo sind sehr hilfsbereit und sind immer zu erreichen wenn man mal etwas braucht oder Fragen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Danke für alles .....

Charming apartment

qualità- prezzo adeguati, appartamento spazioso

Tutto sommato la nostra vacanza è andata bene. Direi che qualità dell'appartamento rispetto al prezzo richiesto e in confronto con i prezzi della zona è adeguato. L'appartamento è spazioso e abbiamo potuto stare bene in sei. Sono state moto gradite le cose di prima necessità: carta igienica in volontà, detersivo piatti, stracci e spugne per lavare, detersivo lavatrice, tante mollette per appendere cose. Sono fornite le lenzuola ed asciugamani, ma gli asciugamani bisogna lavarli prima della consegna dell'appartamento secondo le regole. La casa è fornita di tutto, sia in cucina che nelle camere, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro. Il letto matrimoniale e letto in sala sono comodi. facile da gestire immondizia, la discarica è vicina (studiate bene le regole e separate tutto bene, sono molto fiscali li a Laiguelia). paesino è piccolissimo, ma molto carino, di sera spettacoli e altro. Tante gelaterie. Un supermercato è vicino. farmacia sotto casa Sotto casa un bar gestito dai cinesi, che propone un pò di tutto a prezzi abbordabili, altrimenti ci sono tanti ristoranti segnalo però le cose che non vanno bene: - alla consegna appartamento era pulito, mobili e la cucina a posto, anche i bagni, ma il pavimento....era proprio impolverato. evidentemente da tanto non è stato lavato. pagando 80 euro di pulizie mi aspettavo di trovare appartamento nelle ottime condizioni. - ci è capitato un giorno di temporale. visto che in cucina la tapparella è rotta, ci siamo trovati tanta acqua sul pavimento, entrava da tutte le parti. Non consiglierei quindi questa casa nelle stagioni a rischio di brutto tempo. - il letto matrimoniale in cameretta-è troppo rumoroso, è a molle. - lavatrice, per fortuna l'abbiamo usata solo una volta...si blocca, ed inoltre mentre fa centrifuga salta troppo, si muove troppo, probabilmente non è stabile - noi fortunatamente siamo capitati nei giorni che non faceva troppo caldo, ma in una notte che era calda, aria non si muoveva proprio, era difficile anche tenere le finestre aperte per i rumori, perchè sotto la finestra della camera matrimoniale cè un motore del condizionatore della casa a fianco. Però cè un ventilatore (uno), che aiutava molto - non cè doccia, solo vasca e senza la tendina.

Квартира так себе, мебель старая скрипучая. Но жить можно. В принципе отдых был неплохой, но через неделю после нашего отъезда, нам предьявили счёт за якобы сломанный замок в каком то шкафу. Это было очень не приятно. Но с нас сняли деньги. Доказательств не предоставили, на письма не отвечали. Вобщем не связывайтесь...

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e tutto sommato confortevole, anche se è al terzo piano senza ascensore, dotato praticamente di tutto quello che può servire durante una vacanza. Comodissimo al mare e al centro paese. Esperienza positiva che si può ripetere.

Vacanza stupenda!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (marito e 2 figli) e ci siamo trovati molto bene: ampio, luminoso e confortevole. La spiaggia è a 20 metri e tutti i servizi (negozi, bar, banca) sono nelle vicinanze. La Signora Teresa è veramente gentile. Ci torneremo certamente.

The appartament has been in my family since it was built in the 50s. My mother was born in Laigueglia and moved to London. I was born and live in London. We spent many wonderful holidays in laigueglia and likewise with my children

Why they chose this property

Laigueglia is a jewel on the Ligurian coast with lots of characteristic and picturesque piazzas with cafes and restaurants, the centre being pedestrian only. It's an ideal location for a family holiday especially for young and older children. The beaches are a perfect size which offers good views of the vicinity with the depth of the sea being very shallow for 10 +meters distance
