Luxury Duplex Modern condo just Updated! New Ixina Kitchen!

This is a beautifully Modern Luxurious condo in the perfect location in Playa. 2 bedroom 2.5 bath, Duplex. 1350 square feet plus outdoor private space. It is perfectly located on the North side of Playa on Coco beach. It is a 2 minute walk to Coco Beach, 10 minutes to Mamitas Beach. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are numerous beach clubs there or just take our chairs and a cooler and enjoy the day. Martina Beach Club is a 2 minute walk but just far enough away that the condo is quiet and away from the noise. Mamitas Beach is a short 10 minute walk.

UPDATED: The Condo got a Facelift! In December of 2023 we just finished a brand new kitchen by Ixina German kitchens. Pics are coming! (They are not posted yet) Brand new Half bath off the kitchen. Brand new Sofa in the living room. The total master bedroom is Brand new. Both king mattresses Brand new. All the toilets are Brand new! All the TVS are now Smart TV's . Brand new high security front door. SIMPLI Safe Alarm system installed. New beautiful Art, decor. The condo has 2 large Bedrooms and full bath in each. Each room has a King size bed, and 65 inch and 42 inch tvs. Both SMART TV's HBO, showtime, ESPN Plus and all the news channels ( We use 500 thread count sheet, luxury Missoni towels) In the living room we have a 85 inch Smart TV: Netflix, amazon, Apple TV etc. This condo is a duplex with a loft as well. The loft has a futon and pulls out another queen bed. . There is a NEW washer/Dryer in the apt. and we provide the detergent. Every room in Air conditioned, and all the A/c are less than years old. We have a private outdoor area with a private outdoor couch/chair, that is on the North side of building which means it is in shade almost ALL day!

The living room has L shaped sofa, and 85 inch Smart TV . We have SONOS speaker in the living room, and each bedroom, so you can connect your phone to any place in the condo. We have marble kitchen table that seats 6.

The BRAND NEW kitchen is installed! It has all NEW TEKA Appliances, Stove, large fridge, ICE maker, wine fridge, Latte/coffee maker toaster, utensils , dishes, plates etc, that you can imagine to cook anything you want. New Bar top Quartz custom counter top. However, if you have been to Playa, then you most likely will walk on 5th ave and enjoy one of the many restaurants.

We also have a private garage, and private entrance from the garage that enters the apt. We also just bought a outside sofa to relax right outside the condo where you can lay down to read a book, have a drink, and just hang out with your friends and family. A unique area not many other condos have. We also got an awesome cactus, and if you are lucky enough to see it bloom flowers at night.

We have 4 beach chairs/ Umbrella, plenty of large beach towels, that you can take directly to the beach with coolers, and Ice packs for your use so you can take your food and drinks right to the beach.

The condo has a private rooftop pool with great views of Playa! and a Hot tube with showers/bathrooms etc. A great place to read and spend the afternoon. It's usually very quiet with only 24 Condos in DEVA. All the condos in DEVA are 2 and 3 bedroom units.

Air conditioners are in every room and work great, and all of them less than 3years old We have a large 5 gallon fresh water cooler for you so you always have fresh water, and a reverse osmosis machine so the ice maker is working and safe to drink.

I am a tennis pro so I leave tennis rackets, balls, and even ones you can use on the beach. I also have a spare set of Golf clubs that renters can use. There is beautiful Golf Club. The Corasal Course is less than 10 minutes away. We also have footballs, paddle /balls for the beach you are welcome to use.

The condo is walkable to everything and just far enough away from the some of the loud nightlife, and party scene so it is the best of both worlds. It is super quiet so you can relax but still walkable to everything! You are right between the beach and 5th ave. Both about a 2 minute walk. Which is ideal because if you are too close to the beach than you have to deal with the super loud music at the beach clubs, and if you are too close to 5th ave, you have to deal with the loud bars/restaurants there. This is a quiet location.

A perfect stay! Thank you Michael and Emiliano (and driver Jorge too) for taking such great care of us, answering all questions and making us feel at home for the last two weeks. The home was gorgeous, the amenities wonderful. Loved the rooftop pool, the shaded sitting area and the great facilities. The three minute walk to glorious Coco Beach was easy. A couple blocks from the busy area of 5th Avenue and nice and quiet in the unit. Lots to do, excellent restaurants, good shopping, great live music as well. If you're thinking to book this, do it!!!

Wonderful unit

My husband and I recently stayed here. It was absolutely stunning inside. It has been recently updated and is stocked with everything you need. The rooftop pool was also very nice. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and very easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo a few steps to the beach

Superb choice for a our girls trip. Loved the location, so near 5th Avenue and the beach. And what a bonus having a beautiful pool area on the roof. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, and is airy and modern. We enjoyed the big table for card playing in the evening! The concierge was easy to contact with Whatsapp.

Beautiful property, just a short walk to the beach. This property is the right amount removed from the busy strip but close enough to see the nightlife. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk. I would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to the all-inclusive route.

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed our time in this property. From the time we booked until the day we left, our host Mike was great! He was so friendly and helpful in providing information about the area to make our vacation wonderful. The property great had amenities, and was very clean and comfortable. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything but still in a nice quiet location. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great near the north end of 5th ave. Place was well appointed with portable beach chairs, umbrella and towels. It was the most tastefully decorated rental property we have ever stayed in. Beds we’re comfortable. TVs were great. Favorite thing was the outdoor seating area! Also, felt very safe with locked gates and security guard. Rooftop pool was also very nice. Would highly recommend!

By far the best condo in Playa

The owner was super helpful and made us feel at home in his beautiful condo. He was also very helpful with recommendations on things to do while in Playa and transportation. We used the same (recommended by owner) taxi driver the entire trip, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly the location of this property was close to all the major attractions in Playa and only needed a taxi to travel to other must see attractions. I would highly recommend spending a day at Xcarat resort and Maroma beach. A little spendy but well worth every penny. 10/10 recommendation this unit

Fantastic, Large, Modern condo with great roof top pool/hot tub

Had a great stay at this condo. At the time of our visit, the description of the condo was accurate. It is a large place, on two levels, and very nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked, and has a water filter installed in the kitchen sink, as well as a water cooler with purified water. The building location is just a bit north of "tourist central" in a quieter neighborhood - really liked this location since it was easy to access all the restaurants, etc in the center, and be near the beach. Great to have a parking space in the garage. The internet in the unit is not very fast; but that may just be the nature of internet service in Playa. This building (deva) also has a great roof top pool and hot tub - with great views out to the beach and ocean. The building overall is very well maintained.

Location, location, location!

Excellent location! Walking distance to multiple beaches, depending on how far you feel like walking. Closest beach is approximately 2-3 minutes walk. 5 minute walk to 5th Ave where all the action is, along with access to a large variety of restaurants. Other main streets with other amenities are also within a few minute walk. Major grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. Condo itself is very spacious and well equipped. On site laundry in the unit was very appreciated. We had the only unit on our floor with an outdoor seating area which we used daily. Pool and pool area are quite small and were not heavily used during our stay; if they had been there would not have been enough seating area. Pool and hot tub were not working properly for the first part of our 4 week stay but we're repaired for the last part. Communication with owner was excellent.

Family vacation

Location: Perfectly situated in between 5th Ave and the ocean. Was maybe a 5 minute walk to Coco Beach where there was always room to find a spot to set up for the afternoon. Very short walk to 5th Ave yet far enough away that you never heard anything from 5th Ave. Property: Located in a gated area with 24 hr security guard. Although area never felt unsafe. Pool and hot tub on roof with a number of sun loungers. This is where my only complaint comes in and that is that the pool was really cold. The residence is exactly as described in the listing. Easily accommodated our family. Communication: Communication with owner and rental property was great Arrangements were made for us regarding airport transportation. Walked out of airport and large van waiting for just our family. Owner reached out to me before we arrived and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Offered recommendations for local transportation to do some excursions and restaurant choices in the area. Overall: Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in PDC.

Amazing Everything!

Michael’s duplex is incredible!! Not only is it beautiful inside, the location is perfect. Literally 2 minutes from both 5th Ave and the beach. The condo was recently redone prior to our visit, and was extremely comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It has two king suites with ensuites. This was a perfect set up for us as we were travelling with another couple and we each had our own spaces. Each suite had its own tv, if you needed some “zone out” time, and living rooms with televisions both upstairs and on the main floor. There’s even a third 2 piece bathroom on the main floor. There’s a beautiful pool and hot tub on the roof which we basically had to ourselves most days, and also 10 padded lounge beds for tanning, and 5-6 bean bag chairs up there, with stair and elevator access. The washing machine and dryer in the suite were so handy, and the locked and gated building was super safe on a extremely quiet street. Michael and the property manager were readily available and we texted back and forth before, during and after the trip. Very accessible and helpful, and extremely accommodating when needed! We will definately return!! I can’t say enough good things about this entire experience! Magnifique!!

The condo is in a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores & 5th Avenue. Michael was quick to answer all of my many questions, as was the property manager, Saul. The condo has a full kitchen and very well equipped for cooking if you choose to say in and cook a night or two. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Easy process and easy to communicate with staff. Saul even stopped by the property so I could complete a form I forgot. Nice touch to be welcomed with a food basket which my boys enjoyed the popcorn watching TV. The downstairs was perfect for my mother so she didn't have to climb stairs. Perfect size condo which allowed privacy and places to convene. Took advantage of the pool, only wished the hot tub was hotter. On site security guard, location was close proximity to main hwy 307, able to do laundry. Appreciated use of beach chairs. Overall pleased with our stay.

Best condo and location in playa

I travel to playa a few times a year and I usually stay at hotel resorts but I wanted to try something different. The owner Mike made it very easy for us. I voiced how nervous I was as this was my first vrbo attempt but he made it seamless and everything was better than expected. The horror stores I had heard about no toilet paper in the rental were absurd after my experience with this rental. Everything was prepared for us, even sunscreen and beach chairs. Oh and this was just the check in, the condo itself is immaculate and has all of the best amenities as well as privacy for two couples or a whole family as their is plenty of space on both floors to accommodate everyone. If this unit is available when I return, I will certainly be booking it again. Thank you Mike for all your attention to us and our needs while in playa.

Great place to stay. The roof top pool was very fun. We walked to the Coco beach. There are beach chairs at the condo. Perfect for two couples. Two sitting areas. Very comfortable. Condo is at the north end of 5th Avenue. Very secure.

I have been going to Playa for 12years now as my home away from home, and 10 years ago, I decided to buy a condo here. I personally use the condo about half the winters. November through March, so we keep it update and always trying to improve it. I live in New York city and work in the Tennis management. Tennis Anyone?!

Why they chose this property

I was going to playa for 4 years before I bought this playa including a full winter, so I know Playa very well. I chose DEVA on Coco Beach because its close and walkable to everything, but you are still far away from the nightlife and sometimes loud party parts of Playa if you want some peace and quiet. DEVA also has one of the best rooftop pools in the city. There are only 24 units and usually we have the whole rooftop to ourselves. Also our condo is unique being a Duplex. There are very few condos that has this layout and makes it absolutely unique and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

You are 2 block to the beach.
You are 2 blocks to the the Beach club Martina Beach, Encanto, and the NEW Mariannas.
You are a 10 minute walk to the world famous Mamitas Beach
2 minute walk to 5th ave.
Rooftop pool and with underground parking
