Ideally located at the foot of Mont Ventoux and 150m from the village center, in a quiet and completely fenced area.

All comfort, very bright, baby equipment, private fenced pool, pool shelter with fridge, sink and barbecue, deckchair and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful sun of the region, flat screen with DVD player, WiFi connection ..
Indoor kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 6 gas fire, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, kettle ...., large living / dining room, 2 WCs, 2 shower rooms renovated.

The capacity is 6 people up to 9 people in agreement with the owner.
The house also has a large courtyard and a carport.
The owner rarely present occupies the lower part of the house which is completely separate from the part offered for rental, in fact the villa has two separate entrances and courtyards not overlooked between the 2 parts.
Towels and bed linen are not provided in the rental price, however it is possible to request them at an additional cost.
