This is the perfect get away place. It is peaceful and just what you need for this perfect holiday. It is surrounded by countryside and hidden from the noise of big cities and busy life's. Nature pure and just whst you need.Cecilia and her family are very lovely hosts and the place is just amazing. What you see in the pictures is just what it is. We had such a lovely time there and were able to relax. The swimming pool was bliss in this hot weather and certainly appreciated. We loved this beautiful place that we will definitely go back again. We can recommend this lovely hidden gem yo anyone who is in search of tranquility.

Tuscan farmhouse

This delightful apartment is spartan, but charming and functional, located on a dirt road off the beaten path in the Tuscan countryside. The views are breathtaking and there is a beautiful saltwater pool. Cecilia and her family are very user-friendly. Our apartment didn't offer breakfast but there is a very functional kitchen, and good restaurants and grocery stores are within a 15-30 minute drive. In fact, one is within 1-2 hours of almost everywhere in Tuscany you might want to go. Beware, there are many one lane roads (or "1 1/2" lanes) in the countryside (with spaced wide outs), which for us was fun, but some might not. We would go again.

Wonderful, perfect stay in Tuscany

We have been welcomed affectionately by Cecilia, Alberto, Frieda and Penny (the house dog and real boss there :-)). The place is simply wonderful and has a big swimming pool with a brilliant view on the valley. Everybody has his own place to stay either at the pool or in the garden. We have had the studio which has a terrace (with roof) and its own BBQ. We simply loved to sit there in the evening and night with the view over the valley. A firefly came by regularly as visitor. The studio is split into the living room with bed and kitchen and the bathroom. The shower is big and we have had plenty of space. For two people absolutely enough. Most of time we were outside since it was so beautiful. We will for sure come back. Next time with my Gravelbike since the region is perfect for biking either racing, gravel or mountainbikes.. We highly recommend this place!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt, rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet und für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend.Besonders schön war die ruhige, etwas abgeschiedene Lage. Umgeben von viel Natur konnte man wunderbar abschalten und den schönen Blick auf die Landschaft und ein kleines Dorf genießen.Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man mit dem Auto gut angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Restaurant sind schnell erreichbar, der Strand liegt etwa 30 Minuten entfernt und mehrere sehenswerte Städte erreicht man innerhalb einer Stunde.Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch zum Kochen und Grillen war alles vorhanden. Wir waren zu zweit im Untergeschoss untergebracht und konnten, trotz warmer Temperaturen, dank Ventilator, gut schlafen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieter: sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit ansprechbar und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend.Insgesamt ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Wir können es jedem empfehlen.

Von Anfang bis Ende einfach Urlaub Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sogar noch schöner als es die Bilder im Inserat verraten haben und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft.Mit dem Navi auch direkt gefunden.Für 2 Personen hat unsere kleine Unterkunft auch vollkommen ausgereicht, der Garten sowie der Pool luden auch täglich zum benutzen ein obwohl wir in der Woche viel unterwegs warenIm Umkreis gibt es einige tolle Städte, Wanderungen, Strände und natürlich Restaurants.Aber auch von den Besitzern gab es Tipps zum erkunden in gedruckter Form (mehrsprachig) in der Unterkunft bereitgelegt.Zudem war sie immer erreichbar, falls man Fragen hat.Können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Mitten in der Toskana

Ein wundervoller Ort, nahe bei dem kleinen Ort San't Ermo. Herzliche Vermieter. Zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen, muss man mit dem Auto in die benachbarten Orte fahren. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig.

Ein Traumurlaub

Der Urlaub war für mich der schönste Urlaub, den ich jemals hatte. Die Ruhe, das Apartment, die Gastgeberfamilie und auch der tolle Pool haben diesen Urlaub einfach nur perfekt gemacht. Die Rückreise in die Heimat ist mir sehr schwergefallen. Das komplette Grundstück wird stets gepflegt und wenn man in irgendeiner Weise Hilfe benötigt, hat man immer einen Ansprechpartner. Es war einfach ein Traum ❤️

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage war super. Schöne ruhige Umgebung und trotzdem konnte man mit dem Auto in relativ kurzer Zeit super verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte erreichen. Die Inhaber sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Rundum toll und wir werden die Unterkunft erneut besuchen.

Mitten in der Natur

Die ruhige Lage in der Natur ist wunderschön und Entspannung pur für die Seele. Wir konnten Rehe Wildhasen, Fasane und sogar einen Wiedehopf sehen. Und trotzdem sind die grossen Städte ca. in einer Stunde erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und kümmern sich rührend. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und gemütlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht und es gibt einen tollen Pool zum relaxen.

Klein aber fein

Hatten Ende September 23 einen 5 Tägigen Aufenthalt und sind vor allem von der Ruhe angetan gewesen. Des weiteren sind die Gastgeber sehr nett und die Tiere tragen sehr zur Entspannung bei. Bei ihren vielen Besuchen am Tag geht einem das (Tier)Herz auf. Macht weiter so, Arividerci Gruß Jürgen & Petra

Entspannung pur

Das Appartement ist klein aber es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und nett. Wer Hunde und Katzen mag, kommt ebenfalls auf seine Kosten :-). Der Pool ist der Knaller. Wer Ruhe liebt und sich nicht daran stört, dass so ziemlich alles mit dem Auto erledigt werden muss, dem ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Toskana - und doch ein bisschen mehr

Die letzten Meter fährt man langsam, man hat Urlaub. Man lernt Cecilia kennen und weiß, es wird eine schöne Zeit. Garten und Wohnung sind nicht Italien, sie sind Toskana! Der wunderschöne Salzwasserpool der schon dazu erwartete Luxus. Alles gepflegt und zum Wohlfühlen. Aber die Zeit, die schöne Zeit vergeht dort schneller als sonst,- das sollte man wissen!

Si vous aimez le calme, pas de soucis. Petit village typique . A visiter au tour: Livourne. 30km Florence 80 mais possible d’y aller en train .Pise 37 Cecina50 . . Quelques restaurants aux alentours comptez 15 km.

Toscana like in a dream

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist so nett und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Cecilia hat uns sogar mit Zucchini aus dem eigenen Gemüsegarten versorgt und ganz tolle Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Das kleine Studio ist wunderschön im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und die eigene Terrasse mit einem Ausblick wie auf einer Postkarte ist einfach wunderbar. Der große Pool ist ein Traum und die Familie achtet sehr darauf einem ein exklusives Gefühl zu geben. Das war definitiv der erste von vielen Besuchen! Vielen Dank an die Familie Genovese

Einfach nur schön

Ein absolutes Kleinod, was die Aussicht und Ruhe der Umgebung betrifft. Im Appartement ist alles Nötige vorhanden, um schöne Tage zu verbringen. Und man bleibt nie alleine, denn Hund und Katzen des Grundstücks besuchen einen gerne. Sehr liebevolle und nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour au Top

Petite location dans une propriété au milieu de la campagne Toscane, point de vue magnifique!. Suffisant pour deux pour quelques jours. Point fort, pas très loin de Pise et du littoral. Cécilia est très sympathique et de bon conseil....petit plus elle parle un peu Français. ;) Nous sommes très content de notre séjour à refaire.

Tolle Aussicht und viel Ruhe

Da das Haus etwas außerhalb des Ortes liegt, hat man gerade abends und nachts viel Ruhe. Von der eigenen kleinen Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana und kann sich so wunderbar mit einem leckeren Getränk von den Ausflügen des Tages entspannen (die Region bietet hierzu viele Möglichkeiten).

It was perfect

The appartment was as expected nice and clean and with everything needed. We loved the view and the pool. Cecilia and her family were the perfect hosts (not to forget Penny!). Helped us with all our questions and made our stay very comfortable. The Pizza-Evening was definitely a highlight. 🤩 Thank you so much for everything.
