Upon arrival, you will find the Hide-Away nestled at the rear of the property. A paver pathway will lead to a cozy, fenced outdoor living area that's complete with lounge chairs, a dining area, and a grill—perfect for relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable sleeping area equipped with a queen-size bed, chair, and an internet-enabled TV with WiFi for your entertainment. The recently remodeled bathroom offers a convenient step-in shower and updated fixtures.

The eat-in kitchen is well-appointed with a standard-size stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The tiled floors, complemented by cozy rugs, create a welcoming atmosphere. Additional amenities include an in-wall AC unit, ceiling fans, a Dresser, and closet space for your convenience. (Please note: there are no laundry machines on-site.)

We are already looking to come back! The cottage was exactly as it is listed. It was cozy and had everything you would need during your stay. The owners brought out a heater and extra covers when the temperature dropped. Very nice and safe area. Being able to walk to the beach was a bonus!

Beach Retreat

This is a cozy studio with everything you will need to feel at home. There is a great outdoor patio area for extended living space. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful and informative. It is only 2 short blocks to walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the shops and restaurants in St Armand’s Circle. I’d love to stay here again.

Right near Lido Beach

We had a wonderful time enjoying the warm temps, walking the the beach, kayaking in the mangroves and shopping St Armand’s Circle. This little gem has a lovely private outdoor living space. Everything we needed on-site.

Quiet and convenient

This property is as advertised. It is very close to the beach, which was not crowded. It is also within walking distance to St. Armand’s circle. The neighborhood is very quiet and the everything in the unit was in great shape. The private courtyard is a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Great little property. Perfect for a couple. The hosts provided great communication and details. We also really loved the little backyard. The little electric torches around the patio were a nice touch. It is a perfect location. One block away from Lido Beach and about a 10-minute walk to St. Armand circle. It was clean, quiet and has everything you need for a nice getaway including a full kitchen. We will definitely consider returning when we come back to the area.

I met and was married to my husband Lou in 2020 who partners in managing and maintaining the property I love Sarasota and think everyone should live here. Life is a journey.

Why they chose this property

I met a couple on the beach that stayed in this unit prior to my buying it. They described it as one of there happiest times. Lido Key is a friendly place to visit and live and there are no strangers. This suite located at the back of my house has a private entrance and yard, not big enough for more than two people and one four legged friend. In Real Estate you learn very quickly Location, Location, Location that is why I live here. Most everything is a matter of minutes away and Sarasota road system is very logical and easy to get around. Bicycles are available for your use as is a Outdoor Grill and beach chairs. You will have a parking spot off the road a Laundry Room that we share. Sunsets are spectacular and St. Armand Circle shopping and dinning is a dream.

What makes this property unique

I love dogs and have a Miniature Schnauzer that is brilliant of course. The property has a 3' high metal fence with gate. The Blvd of the Presidents is a lovely place to walk dogs with poop bags provided and trash bins. Dogs are even welcome down on the Circle in most shops and outdoor dining restaurants.
The past two annual renters to stay here have purchased a property from me.
