Parking was easy and right out front. It is street parking, but not on a busy/main road. Easy access to and from St Armand’s Circle. An easy walk when it’s not full summer sun. The condo was nice and had the very basics. I would bring an eye mask as it’s pretty bright even with the blinds. The beach is a few blocks away and the 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were great. Bring a cart or drop the kids off as needed. BeautifulBeach!

We’ve stayed in a number of different accommodations in Sarasota and this was the best. We particularly liked that the property was in a quiet location off the beaten path. The pool was exceptionally clean and inviting. The kitchen, unlike many that we have experienced in the past, was extremely well stocked With every amenity necessary for meal preparation. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I would say needed improvement is there were some very bright lights on the exterior and it was at times too light in the bedrooms even with the shades drawn. It might be a good idea to have some kind of blackout shade in the bedroom or figure out a way to turn off those exterior lights. Overall I highly recommend this place. We would stay there again

Great location!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of the laundry as well as the quiet setting for enjoying the pool. The beach is a short walk and with the nature preserve just feet away we saw really cool birds!

Simple Simon, no fuss no muss.

Perfect little spot for the 5 of us. We don’t mind sleeping as a family together as it reminds us of the old days. Stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed it very much. Simple and easy walk to town and the beach. Would stay here again.

The apartment was charming, very clean, and accurately represented in the listing. We were in Lido Beach for business, however, and unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi in the unit for the entire four-night stay. We contacted the host daily, and although maintenance was sent each time, the issue was never resolved. As a result, we were unable to use our laptops for work, and we also couldn’t watch TV during our stay. Additionally, there was a constant drip in one of the showers, which added to the overall inconvenience.For guests traveling purely for leisure, this property would likely be a great fit. I requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience and received 50 back from the more than 1,200 we paid.

Great Location

We have stayed in this community previously and love the area. We had an issue with the AC but the host was quick to respond and remedy the situation. We will be back to Lido again soon.

Most relaxing vacation I’ve had in a long time!

What an amazing vaca! The villa was just perfect for me! I was able to have my parents visit for a few days and the following week my girlfriend flew in to make some of my time there a girl’s trip. Loved the location and that the back door is right beside the community pool. Uber works well in the Sarasota area. Or if you have a car, you have nice parking right out the front door. Very comfortable and relaxing and Lido Beach is a 10 minute walk. The Tiki Bar on the beach was really fun too! Very good piña coladas! Definitely will be back!!!!

Excellent experience!

I highly recommend this adorable and comfortable unit in Lido Key! The accommodations are perfect for up to five people (if one is willing to sleep on the pullout) and the open, airy layout of the unit make it feel much bigger than it is. It could not be better situated on the key, as it's walking distance to everything and anything you would need - including the best beach at Lido and the popular Armand Circle. We had a fantastic experience at this property and will be staying there again in the future.

Everything you need at Lido Key

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Good sized living room separated from the bedroom so an early riser won’t disturb a sleeping partner. Two bathrooms were a great convenience when returning from the beach. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, beach and kayaking! We had bikes delivered to do some daily riding around the neighborhood. We plan to book this condo again.
