Lovely apartment of a lovely host

Maria Gulhermina's apartment is bright, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but very near the 28 tram and bus lines. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Maria Gulhermina is a warm and considerate host, who treated us as a friend.

Comfortable homely apartment, nice neighbourhood, great city

We enjoyed everything about our week in Lisbon ( it continues to be one of our favourite European cities). The apartment was ideal in a smart residential area, quiet but within easy reach of all that Lisbon has to offer. Correspondence with Magui/Maria was easy and prompt and the apartment is well appointed, equipped and well looked after. Whenever we return to Lisbon we will rebook this place in a heartbeat.

Comfort of home in the heart of Lisbon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host, Maria, was extremely warm and welcoming as well as helpful in getting us settled into the flat and providing information to get us oriented to the area. The apartment was well appointed with all of the necessities and lots of extra little things to make the stay easier and more comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Our young girls loved it as well. This place is located on a relatively quiet street in a relatively quiet area, while still being very much in the heart of the city and close to all the great sights and areas, whether walking or using transit. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon.

Un appartement coquet dans un quartier résidentiel.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Mme Ferreira, l'appartement bien équipé -à part la table des repas qui, avec la rallonge, offre un équilibre précaire- et le quartier très calme. À noter que le logement est plus près de 60m2 que des 80 annoncés et que la cuisine, tout en longueur, est trop exiguë pour qu'on y prenne ses repas. Mme Ferreira nous a réservé un accueil gentil, nous donnant des renseignements sur les transports et nous offrant un délicieux gâteau confectionné dans un couvent portugais. Il y aussi une large documentation à l'appartement, notamment des plans bien utiles. En revanche, nous aurions aimé avoir plus d'explications sur le tri des déchets et nous n'avons pas trouvé toutes les poubelles indiquées sur la notice. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à dénicher des commerces le premier soir, les plus proches sont à 300 ou 400m mais il faut compter avec les rues escarpées -à Lisbonne, on monte et descend sans cesse ! Pour les transports en commun, il y a des stations de bus à environ 500m et la 1ère station de métro est à environ 1/4 heure à pied. Nous n'avons eu à nous plaindre d'aucun bruit de la rue ou de l'immeuble. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et toute la famille en a été contente !

Bonjour Anna Merci pour la critique. L'appartement a une superficie de 80 m2 si vous souhaitez afficher le plan d'étage. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans les environs. Sur Google, vous trouverez des informations à ce sujet. En fonction du prix, il est difficile de tous les énumérer. Lisbonne est en effet une ville de 7 collines et n’est pas toujours facile. On a eu un très bel accueil de la propriétaire qui est très généreuse de ses informations concernant l’appartement et les environs. Estrela est un très beau quartier bien desservi par le transport collectif et près d’un jardin magnifique. L’app. est situé sur une rue tranquille, dans un bloc à appartements très tranquille. Ceux qui veulent faire la fête, ce n’est pas un endroit pour vous mais c’est parfait pour tous les autres. Je vous le recommande.

Un appartement comme à la maison. On est acceuiili comme dans la famille. Il ne manque rien le café dans le placard, la bonne bouteille au frais... Magui est une hôte qui sait vraiment recevoir.

Perfekt!

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, eine Haltestelle der berühmten Straßenbahn Nummer 28 ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön und komplett ausgestattet, der Kontakt zu Vermieterin sehr nett. Wir durften früher anreisen und später abreisen, was will man noch mehr.

Magui est une propriétaire charmante, prévenante, sympathique et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. L'appartement est totalement conforme au descriptif, il y a tout le nécessaire pour un séjour calme et bien pensé ; il est traversant, donc bien éclairé par la lumière du jour, il est très bien équipé. Sa situation géographique est super, le fameux tram 28 passe et s'arrête quasiment au bout de la rue, ce qui n'est pas négligeable, compte tenu de la topographie des rues de Lisbonne. On peut louer cet appartement en toute confiance et profiter au maximum.

Très bonne localisation

L’appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter facilement la ville. La proximité du tram28 est appréciable le matin comme en fin de soirée (montée quasi assurée par rapport aux arrêts suivants avant 10h du matin). Le quartier est calme. Magui est attentive et vraiment aux petits soins pour ses hôtes.

Sehr schöne empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in Lissabon

Die Wohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs waren ausreichend vorhanden. Man musste nichts extra kaufen. Maria war eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und beantwortete alle Fragen. Sie gab uns viele Informationen zu Land und Leuten. Außerdem gab sie uns viele gute Tipps und auch wie wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln preiswert und schnell zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten kommen konnten. Wir empfehlen diese überaus herzliche und freundliche Vermieterin und ihre Ferienwohnung und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Très bon accueil de Magui qui a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous présenter l'appartement. Celui ci est effectivement très bien situé à 150 m d'un arrêt du tram 28. Ce qui permet d'aller directement dans le centre de Lisbonne. C'est également très calme, car situé dans un quartier résidentiel, avec des ambassades, un commissariat de police et le parlement de la république à proximité. l'appartement est confortable avec tout ce qui est nécessaire.

A great base for visiting Lisbon

Lovely and well equipped apartment which is a good base for visiting Lisbon. The tourist Tram 28 stops at the bottom of the road giving easy access to many areas of interest to visit during the day, and to eat in the evening. The owner was very helpful with suggestions of local places, and also was able to give us some top-up cards for the Metro, buses and trams, which saved us money from the start.
