This large villa is made to live outside in its large landscaped garden with spa for 6 people, straw hut and its bar worthy of the tropical islands and its playground. It is close to the beach (5 km) and the river (2 km).
Not to spoil anything, it also offers great interior services:
- 1 dining room with 14 seats
- 1 living room with sofa bed
- 1 independent kitchen with all the necessary equipment
- 2 bathrooms, one with corner bath, the second with walk-in shower

emplacement idéal, au calme, très bien placé. très belle maison avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. L’hôte a été extra et nous a conseillé tout ce qui été à faire et à voir dans les environs Merci beaucoup nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

La casa molto comoda ed attrezzata . La jacuzzi fantastica bel giardino in zona tranquilla ma molto vicina a tutti i servizi. Mto gentile il proprietario. Nel giro di 30’ spiagge bellissime non affollate parcheggi dietro alle spiagge ( sempre trovato posti senza bisogno di cercare). Da vedere Plage de Lava e Capo di Feno

Der Aufenthalt war sehr Gut, der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich hat einen Freund bis zur Fähre nach Bastia gebracht das Objekt war sehr schön gelegen und wie im Internet ausgestattet, Ich gebe volle Sterne und sage Danke.

Alptraum

Dieses Ferienhaus war die größte Enttäuschung überhaupt. Die Bilder und die Ausstattung haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Wir sind mit 8 Personen angereist (2 Erwachsene, 2 Großeltern und 4 Kindern) und waren schon bei der Ankunft schockiert über den Zustand des Hauses und des Grundstückes. Das Haus war innen teils im Rohbau, Eisenstangen ragten an Säulen heraus, die Küche war in keinem sauberen Zustand, beim Anblick des Stromkasten blieb uns die Spucke weg. Das Außengelände war null gepflegt. Von der erwähnten Beachbar mit Sand und tropischem Feeling war nur morsches Holz und ein Platz voller Unkraut übrig. Der angegebene Fitnessbereich war ein komplett verrostetes Trimmrad am Wegrand. Überall lag Müll, verrottete Möbelstücke, Zigaretten, Hundehaufen, SitzKissen zerrissen, der Pool wurde mit Spanngurten festgehalten. Wir könnten jede Menge weitere Mängel aufzählen. Der Obergau war, dass wir plötzlich Kameras einer Alarmüberwachung entdeckten. Und das im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Ausrichtung auf das Bad und in den Kinderzimmern. Plötzlich gab es auch noch eine Untermieterin im Haus von der wir nicht informiert wurden. Eine Woche lang versuchten wir FeWo unsere katastrophale Situation zu erklären. Die Kommunikation war mehr als schwierig. An Tag 6 durften wir endlich umziehen.

Sejour au top !!!emplacement parfait environnement calme commerces a proximite maison spacieuse agréable avec un super jardin pour toute la famille avec en plus le jaccuzi !!! Proprietaires tres chaleureux a l ecoute de ses hotes et qui donne de bons plans pour les sites a visiter on recommande sans hesiter merci pour ce beau sejour en famille!!

Très belle villa

C'est une très belle villa bien situé avec un très bon confort et un joli jardin . Idéale pour un séjour en famille. Le petit bémol sera la taille de la piscine et certaines nuits des nuisances sonores d'aboiements . Sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un hôte très serviable et accueillant .

Très bon séjour!

Maison très agréable et bien équipée pour passer quelques jours de vacances. Le jardin est super, avec vue. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant, serviable et compréhensif. Il est même venu chercher certains d'entre nous à l'aéroport. On recommande!

Propriété agréable environnement décevant

Maison plutôt agréable avec extérieur bien entretenu. Ideale pour 9 personnes mais pas plus. Par contre jacuzzi ne fonctionnant pas en totalité et environnement pas très agréable à proximité d'une zone commerciale. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour en famille.

Maison idéale pour familles

Séjour inoubliable dans cette maison où nous avons séjourné à 3 familles, totalement isolée et au calme, avec un point de vue époustouflant sur les montagnes. Très bien située au-dessus d’Ajaccio et permettant de rayonner au nord comme au sud pour toutes activités. Jaccuzi très apprécié, ainsi que la piscine hors-sol. Un grand merci à Jean Dominique qui nous a extrêmement bien accueilli. Propriétaire extrêmement arrangeant et à l’écoute. Je conseille vivement

Maison très agréable et spacieuse- Idéale pour rayonner autour d'Ajaccio

Une maison très agréable dans la banlieue d'Ajaccio. De grands espaces, une literie de qualité et une cuisine bien équipée. La décoration est sobre et soignée. Une douche supplémentaire à l'étage serait la bienvenue. Idéale pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Les proprietaires étaient vraiment sympa et accueuillants; la maison est très belle et a tous les équippements et conveniences qu'il faut. L'endroit est bien pour visiter toute la côte est de l'île. La piscine est plus petite qu'on avait cru selon les photos.

Très belle villa avec un jardin calme et agréable

Nous avons apprécié le confort de cette villa spacieuse ,très propre, bien équipée, dans un coin verdoyant et très calme tout en étant très proche d'Ajaccio. Jean Dominique et sa femme nous ont très bien accueillis et donné de bons conseils pour les visites notamment sur Porto ( ballade en bateau sur Scandola et petit restau avec vue sur le golfe). De très belles plages entre les Sanguinaires et Porticcio, des ballades en forêt d'eucalyptus, chênes lièges ou pins agréables ou en partance du col de Vizzavona plus sportives! Nous aurions aimé savoir que l'eau du robinet n'était pas forcément potable! A recommander pour des familles avec des ados ce qui était notre cas
