Graça House - Apartment T1

Apartment T1 restored and fully equipped next to the historic area of Graça, with a 70 m 2 terrace with barbecue, perfect for meals and leisure activities. The apartment has been decorated with every comfort to provide you with an excellent stay. A superb option for couples or individual travelers that wish a central location and to enjoy a privileged location. Children and babies are most welcome without any additional cost (we have a baby-cot).
The apartment is very sunny, can host up to 4 people and is composed by a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped, a daybed, dining table, cable TV with international channels, Wireless internet and much more for you to feel completely at home. Bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace.
Public transports to Lisbon Downtown with the famous Tramway 28 next-door and others (underground, bus) as well as any type of shops and restaurant’s location. Very close to the Historic center of Alfama (less than 10 minutes’ walk), next to the Graça Viewpoint (Miradouro da Graça) and of Senhora do Monte, a place where you can enjoy the best view of Lisbon.

Lisbon Tram 28

We enjoyed Lisbon very much using Tram 28 and 12 to get around Lisbon. Also went to Fatima, Cascais, Navare just beautiful areas.

Lovely, comfortable and well equipped apartment for the 3 of us. 20 mins walk away from the old town. Public transport options nearby good, however if there are more than 2 of you its cheaper to use UBER! A couple of great dining options near by would be IL PIZZAVENDOLO and GRILL & CHILL INTENDENTE

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé

Cet appartement est comme vous le voyez sur les photos, très spacieux, belle cuisine très bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer les repas, grande douche, chambre confortable et beaucoup de lumière. Le métro est à quelques minutes à pied. Le tram 28 est devant la porte mais n’y comptez pas trop parce qu’il est toujours plein ! Par contre plusieurs bus passent tout près selon où vous voulez aller, 712, 708, 734,… Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux questions et aux demandes. Très gentils et très serviables. Lors de notre séjour la météo ne nous a vraiment pas gâtés, beaucoup de pluie, alors d’avoir un appartement si confortable nous a permis de profiter quand même de notre voyage. Il y a même 4 stations en français à la télé !!

Excellent location with easy access to city transportation (tram, bus and subway), food stores and restaurants. Great Visit..

The apartment was very comfortable and large. It took us a while to get used to Lisbon. It's a very busy city and you can easily get lost. We travelled by metro and found it easy and accessible to location you need to go to. Get ready to walk alot and wear comfortable shoes.. lots of uphills and downhills.. .there are few restaurants in area and a few grocery stores .. Overall we had a good time and Pedro was very helpful.

Very nice and clean apartment.

We stayed there for 4 days. It is a nice apartament, you have there everything you might need and you can visit a lot places by walking. The bus/tram station is not far away and to metro you have to walk 10 minutes. Many thanks to Pedro, we highly recomend the apartment. Greetings from Germany

Amazing apartment with huge terrace in quiet area of central Lisbon

This is an immaculate property; spacious, convenient and comfortable. Pedros wife (whose name i have conveniently forgotten) met us at the properton arrival. Lovely lady! The 28 tram stops within metres of the front door. Brilliant for an iconic trip but very touristy and can be overcrowded. Take the 734 bus from the same stop to link with other buses or metro lines. It's much quicker. The Lisbon tourist pass is great value for money. Free or reduced entry to museums etc. + free public transport. I hope you enjoy Lisbon as much as we did.

Appartement in de wijk Alfama. Mooie lokatie om te voet de wijk te verkennen. Openbaar vervoer (lijn 28) stopt voor de deur. Metro op 5 minuten lopen. Mooi groot dakterras. Alle voorzieningen inclusief goede Wifi.
