The less than 4 minutes walk to the metro station of the Intendente (green line), and just under 15 minutes are able to walk to the Rossio square. A few meters in the center of the District of Graça will find grocery stores and mini-markets.

We had a great time in this wonderful appartment. Lots of space for the three of us - and it is in the best area - Graca - lots of nice places to have a drink or a meal. If we come back to Lisboa we would definetely pick this place again!

Amazing spot, easy check in, appartement is awsome for 2 adults and 2 kids. I love the rear balcony in the courtyard that was quiet and let us enjoy the sun. Great kitchen but if you are too tired there is ton of restaurant around even one next door. The market is 3 min away with everything you need. Bed are confy and place is great for a long stay, would book again! Host had recommendations for us as we arrived and we did used them.

The apartment was big enough to spread out and relax. Overlooked a courtyard away from the busy street the balcony was a nice place to sit. Shops close by had the essentials and transit was close by

The host Ana was so incredible, the place was beautiful in such a nice location and we loved every second of it We watched the gorgeous sunset from the balcony and just really enjoyed our stay so much!

Really lovely, well equipped apartment. The balcony was an amazing place to have a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sunset. Walkable to pretty much everywhere, some fantastic restaurants close by and on the historic 28 tram route.

Small flat ideal for 2-4 people. A short walk from the closest metro stations with nice cafés for breakfast close by. Front door can be fiddly the first time, but host was quick and helpful when we had issues.

Grocery near by. Very steep climb from Merro stop and main Trolley pick up. Recycle was a long way. Excellent Nepalese restaurant across the street!! Bakeries near!Overall good location if you are somewhat fut!!

Great place to stay in Lisbon

This is an amazing apartment in Lisbon with plenty of space. We loved the location and the balcony. Our only issue was the lack of AC with it being so hot while we were there, but fortunately there is a fan that helped significantly, especially at night. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.

Excellent option in Lisbon.

The property was clean and comfortable, Ana was very easy to communicate with, and I was able to walk to almost everything I wanted to see. The balcony was very nice for a glass of wine at the end of the night and the two doors in the main room offered a pleasant breeze. Ana leaves a good list of sites to see and restaurants to try so you won't be short of things to do while you're there.

Ana was wonderful and very helpful with getting us checked in and out (and ordering us a taxi to make sure everything was communicated properly and we didn't get taken advantage of). General cleanliness was fine, but we did have to wash all dishes as they were not to our standards... but cleanliness is subjective. This isn't a high end spotless and perfect place, but it was perfect for us as we didn't come here to hang out in the room all day. Having said this, it was lovely having the small balcony to be able to sit and get fresh air in a quiet courtyard at the end of the day. We wanted a small unpretentipus space to live as the locals live for a few days, and it was perfect for that. Once we got our bearings, it was centrally located and we certainly got all our steps in every day to walk to all the attractions, about 20 minute walk to the castle and the loukout points etc. If you can't handle lots of walking and hills, there are many tuktuks and taxis to help you out. The kids loved the space.

A place to feel welcomed

Nice, quiet and well furnished apartment, tram and Metro nearby to easily and fast will take you anywhere in Lissabon. We've also had a very warm welcome from our host Ana, who gave us lots of information. All in all we enjoyed our stay and without doubt can recommend Charming Place for an exiting stay in Lissabon.

Center of Everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ana was a delight to deal with and provided lots of information. We love that we were steps away from buses and trolleys that could take us anywhere in the city. We also liked having a grocery and laundry nearby. Highly recommend!

Good location, close to metro station, markets etc. There where household pests in our bedroom (silverfish) which was not appreciated.
