This quaint home is located on a quiet cozy street within walking distance of McKay Dee Hospital, Ogden Regional Medical Center and Weber State University Dee Events Center. We are just 5 MINUTES from the mouth of Weber Canyon and a SHORT, BEAUTIFUL 20 minute ride to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley, lake sports, hiking, golfing, fishing, all within a short distance! Just minutes to shopping, food, spirits and downtown nightlife as well, you will find access to all your needs to be hassle free.

This comfortable home is fully furnished with soft carpet, tile, updated cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances, bay windows, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful views. Queen size beds, flat screen televisions, DVD selections and even a cozy gas firepit and barbeque grill on the private backyard patio! Warm up to a quiet fireplace indoors as well. Whether you're here for business or vacation, this home is quiet, cozy and convenient!

"This is the second winter we have rented this beautiful home for 3 months. After we rented it once we knew that when we came back to Ogden to ski Snowbasin for the season that we would definitely want to stay there again. The house is the perfect location to everything in town and to the mountain. A short 20 minute drive in the morning and we are there! Plus we get to see the beautiful sunrise over the mountains on the drive up.
If the roads look too bad for the drive there is a park and ride bus you can catch close by and season pass holders can buy a pass for the entire winter for only $10. Another plus is that there is very little snow in town but lots of snow at the mountain for skiing.

Most days we are in light jackets when we get back and I am able to walk my dog on trails just off the roadway and around the hospital. The back yard is fenced in so I am able to just let our dog out back without a problem. The house has everything you will need and if you are lacking anything or have any issues the owners Tracy and Jay will be right there. We highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the Ogden area but especially to skiers. It is truly your home away from home. "

This is a beautiful home located on a quiet street. The home had everything we needed, including a large pantry closet to store food and other essentials for our extended stay. The backyard was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit on those cool evenings during our stay. Tracy was so easy to work with, super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful family home, lots of comfortable family space. There was a foosball table & airhockey along with plenty of living area. (Barbecuing, dining, bkfst bar etc)Fun for all! To top off a beautiful short hike to a lovely pond! Fishing as well if you choose. Our host was amazing responding quickly to inquiries. Even extending our visit one extra day on short notice. Jay and I said 'I DO!' in 2010, and began the rest of our adventure together with our combined 7 children, and their respective spouses and children. We now have 5 grandchildren. I couldn't bring myself to sell the house that I raised my children in for the previous 9 years, nor would they let me! So we chose to share our home with others who would delight in all that our area has to offer. We especially love the outdoors and take advantage of the skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling and (my personal favorite) waterskiing! We know that we are truly blessed to live in such a diverse climate and geographical area. Such a variety of activities await! Southern Utah has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere. Slot canyons are a must see. The Wind Rivers and Hawaii backpacking have been a pleasure to check off our 'bucket list', and we just returned from Mt. Everest Base Camp! Jay and I also appreciate good food, wine, beer and coffees. We have some personal favorites in the area and ask ourselves, 'Why would we need to go to Salt Lake City when we have so much here?!'

I especially love the view from this property. A view of the city from the front, and a view of the mountain from the back. The wooded area in the backyard gives an additional sense of privacy and coziness. The close proximity to shopping, food, golf, streams and mountains makes this property perfect for just about anything we want to do!

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this home when I saw the secluded backyard with the"secret garden" and view of the mountains. I quickly added a back patio with gas firepit that seals the deal! I just can't get enough of the great Utah outdoor opportunities and feel so fortunate to be so close to so many amenities! Utah is truly a blessed place to be.
