Vacanza perfetta!

Proprietario molto disponibile e attento. Appartamento in posizione centrale comodissimo per raggiungere ogni punto dell’isola e a due passi da negozi e ristoranti di ed pujols. Tutto benissimo casa perfetta per 4 persone. Peccato soggiorno troppo breve!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti in qs appartamento super centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo poiché situato in una via laterale. Completo di tutto anche se nn abbiamo mai utilizzato l’angolo cottura. Host molto disponibile che ci ha concesso di tenere l’appartamento fino a tardo pomeriggio il gg della partenza.

Posizione unica

Posizione direttamente sulla passeggiata lungomare, dietro al ristorante Can Loca e di fianco al palazzo Vip circolare. Comodo e pratico. Semplice ma dotato di tutto, vasca idromassaggio perfetta per coppie. Proprietario, Antoni davvero ospitale e che fa di tutto per metterti a tuo agio. Consigliato per le coppie o famiglie amanti del mare che hanno bisogno di una base comoda e centralissima nella vita turistica e panoramica.

Lage! Lage! Lage!

Genau wie bei einer Immobilie ist auch bei dieser Wohnung eins entscheidend: Die Lage! Direkt am Strand, - aber auch am Rande des Nachtlebens. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, ist hier am Wochenende nicht wirklich gut aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und die Einrichtung liebevoll. Was Einigen fehlte könnte ist: W-Lan! Das gibt es nicht. Uns störte das nicht.... Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eine Empfehlung.

Centralissimo appartamento super consigliato! Ottima permanenza!

Ottimo appartamento, in zona centralissima di Es Pujols, praticamente a fine mercatino sulla passeggiata e dietro alla Piazza dei locali (Pineta Club ed altri). Proprio in questa piazza si può arrivare fino con il motorino, e parcheggiarlo praticamente attaccato a casa. Pulito, ristrutturato e tranquillo. Dotato di stoviglie, ferro da stiro e altre necessità. Il bagno ha una bella vasca idromassaggio nella quale si fa anche una bella doccia, senza bagnare niente. Unico neo può essere la porta del bagno in plastica che lascia poca privacy, nel caso gli ospiti non siano in ottima confidenza. Proprietario gentilissimo, e molto disponibile! Ci ha fatto addirittura trovare una bottiglia di spumante x il benvenuto e capsule per il caffè :-), sempre molto ben accette. Non è presente la wifi, ma in effetti la descrizione non la riporta. Gli asciugamani forniti magari potrebbero essere più di uno da viso e uno da doccia a persona, se i gg di permanenza sono più di 3. Infine mancava il phon, ma il proprietario ha detto che prevedeva appunto di aggiungerlo a breve (noi ne abbiamo comprato uno piccolo da viaggio da uno dei tanti supermercati vicini). In sostanza un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando sia il prezzo sia il livello degli appartamenti dell'isola (spesso non così ristrutturati). Dalla terrazzina si vede anche il mare! Molto consigliato!!

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo bell'appartamento a Es Pujols.Antoni è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile,l'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione,dotato di ogni comfort,in centro ad Es Pujols ma in posizione tranquilla.Pulito e dotato di una bellissima vasca idromassaggio! Appartamento stupendo in un posto da favola!

"Soggiorno perfetto in questo appartamento! Antoni è una persona gentilissima come anche sua moglie! Puntuali, sempre disponibili e rintracciabili al telefono, ci hanno addirittura dato un passaggio al porto! Appartamento pulitissimo e nuovo, funzionante (compresa la vasca idromassaggio stupenda), terrazza comodissima, aria condizionata insomma tutto quello di cui c''è bisogno! La posizione è fantastica, su una strada pedonale direttamente sulla spiaggia e sul mare che la sera è piena di mercatini ristoranti e negozietti, il posto per il motorino è assicurato vicino alla piazzetta dietro l''appartamento. è silenzioso e i supermercati e noleggio motorini/auto sono vicinissimi a piedi. è ideale per coppie, amici e famiglie!! Qualità prezzo ottimi e ci torneremmo subito!! Andateci!! Paolo (Italia)"

Consiglio questo appartam...

Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti coloro che volessero soggiornare ad es pujols. La casa è in pieno centro (e dal balconcino si vede anche uni scorcio di mare), Completamente ristrutturata ed arredata a nuovo con gusto, cosa davvero rara ad es pujols dove gli appartamenti in affitto di solitosono vecchi e trascurati (c è anche una grande vasca idromasssaggio) Infine il proprietario è una persona molto cortese e disponibile! Ottima soluzione!
