The villa is located in a residential area a few houses on 20 hectares in the bush, accessible by a track, perfectly quiet but not isolated. Complete change of scenery.

The villa consists on 160 m²: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with 2 single beds and the second with a double bed of 160 cm. These bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms; with 2 double bed of 160 and a shower room + 1 toilet.
There is also a covered terrace on one side of the villa equipped with a dining teak.

The 10x6 pool (depth of 1.30 m to 2.10 m) is secured by a perimeter alarm beam. It is located in front of the villa, surrounded by a wooden beach chairs and garden furniture.

You can access a small pebble beach at the bottom of the hill, 200 m from the house. Taking the path along the sea 500 meters you find another pebble beach and 600m from a sandy cove, 1.5 km you have another sandy beach.
