Spacious house, wonderful patio

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and it has a lovely patio and the yard is full of fruit trees. Cagnes-sur-mer has a very interesting medieval town and chateau.

A base to visit Nice and surrounding area

Lovely typical French Villa, great space to eat out and the BBQ/Summer kitchen excellent. Plenty of room inside and facilities were comprehensive. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful House

Beautiful house with great views from each side. Lots of space inside and out. My kids really enjoyed the outside area and was nice seeing the various fruit trees.

Accueil formidable. Marianne est a l' écoute des voyageurs et reste très disponible durant le sejour. La maison est spacieuse avec beaucoup de charme, chacun peut y trouver sa place. Le jardin est un havre de paix très ombrage et ventile. Le lieu est situé dans les rues charmantes d'un quartier résidentielle de cagnes.

Excellent séjour sur la côte d'Azur

Maison familiale très agréable et facile à vivre pour une famille nombreuse. Le jardin a été bien apprécié ainsi que la terrasse. Très bon point de départ pour visiter la région.

Grande maison pratique pour familles / groupe d’amis

Maison accueillante pour un grand groupe de voyageurs : 10 personnes. Vacanza a Cagnes

La casa é molto grande e comoda, in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Molto bello lo spazio esterno dotato di un grande tavolo sotto un pergolato ed un tavolo da ping-pong. Per contro la distanza dal mare é di 18 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina, in discesa all'andata ed in salita al ritorno. Per cui con le attrezzature da mare (ombrellone ed altro) é un po' faticoso. La spiaggia é per la maggior parte con sassi piuttosto grandi e scomodi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili. L'unica cosa poco piacevole per noi é stata la richiesta all'arrivo di 100 € per le pulizie finali, se non si vogliono fare personalmente. Tutto ciò non era esplicitato nell'annuncio.

Buongiorno Wilma, Merci pour avoir pris le temps de laisser une appréciation. Nous sommes contentes que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour et la maison. Concernant la distance à la plage, cela est indiqué sur l'annonce, et le temps de parcours dépend de chacun. Pour ce qui est des frais de ménage, ils n'apparaissent pas dans les frais de réservation. Abritel (Vrbo) ne fonctionne pas comme Airbnb où les frais de ménage sont en général comptés d'office dans le prix. Nous avons indiqué dans l'annonce que les frais de ménage sont en option et de plus la question est toujours posée aux hôtes en début de séjour, car une partie des hôtes souhaite faire le ménage plutôt que prendre le service. Suite à votre remarque, nous avons ajouté cette mention au service de ménage optionnel à un autre endroit sur l'annonce afin d'être sûr que les lecteurs ne passent pas à côté. Bonne rentrée ! Todo limpio y bien cuidado con bastante cubiertos, vasos y platos para siete personas pero, ojo para ir a la dirección,no pinchar en el mapa de la aplicación , meter la dirección manualmente en Google Maps ya que si no os lleva a otro lugar a 4 km

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison familiale. L’accueil était très chaleureux et agréable : explications et conseils, confitures maison faites avec les fruits du jardin, boissons fraîches à l’arrivée… La maison est spacieuse et très bien disposée, chacun a pu y trouver sa place (nous étions 9). Le jardin est très agréable et nous en avons bien profité. Nous recommandons fortement.
