Roca Vecchia: Villa on the sea, with garden and veranda!

Villa Lina is located in Roca Vecchia and is located a few meters from the coast, offering a wonderful sea view. The area is very calm and quiet even if in a few minutes by car you can reach the most famous tourist destinations of Torre dell'Orso and Otranto. The main services (food, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, beaches) are located within a few tens of meters from the Villa.
Under the beautiful veranda you can have lunch or just spend time, while the children can enjoy the large garden available, playing in complete tranquility.

The house consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The master bedroom, in addition to the beautiful seafront window, has an exclusive bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor and enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the sea.

The owner lives in the next house. The two buildings are independent, and only share the entrance to the garden and parking for cars.

Beautiful Roca Vecchia

We loved this house and the town. Swimming straight off the rocks at the house and the nearby beaches is fabulous - the water is crystal clear and a beautiful turquoise. The La Poesia restaurant, pizza restaurant and coffee place in Roca Vecchia are all fab. The family owners are also so welcoming, helpful and kind. A great place to stay, relax and enjoy Puglia.

Balm and calm

We ate breakfast on the terrace watching the boats pass by this seafront property. There are two good sized bedrooms and one smaller one. The property is gated, with a playground just across the street which is a haven for toddlers under supervision. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week - the hosts were very warm and welcoming.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Strände waren so wunderschön Sehr schönes Wasser zum schwimmen Abends gab es in den nahe gelegenen Städten auch genug Unterhaltung Das Haus hatte eine wunderschöne Lage mit einer super Aussicht. Die Vermieter waren wirklich super nett. Sie wohnen nebenan, sind aber gar nicht aufdringlich gewesen. Danke Lina, Antonio und Francesco für diese schöne erholsame Zeit.

Villa sul mare

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta in una bellissima casa sul mare in posizione strategica per visitare il Salento. Lina e Antonio sono stati due proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili nel darci indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Un posto incantevole e tranquillo che si affaccia da un lato sul mare e dall'altro su una piazza senza tempo di Roca vecchia. Da consigliare sicuramente e da tenere presente per tornare. Alessandra

Schönste Unterkunft in Roca

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Objekt ist mit sehr viel Geschmack gestaltet. Die Lage ist optimal, da sie direkt am Meer liegt und sie fußläufig mehrere Bars und Restaurants erreichen können. Gesicherter Parkplatz vor der Tür, so dass man das Gepäck bequem aus- und einladen kann. Nachdem wir seit vielen Jahren in diese Region fahren, ist dies die beste Unterkunft in Roca.

Traumurlaub direkt am Meer

Für diese Bewertung nehme ich mir sehr gern Zeit, denn wir hatten eine rundum gute Zeit. Es war heiss, aber der Weg ins Meer kurz. Unsere Vermieter waren extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Piazza vorm Haus ist neu gemacht worden, abends spielen viele Kinder zusammen. Und an kulinarischen Highlights mangelt es auch nicht. Für Familien und Paare bestens geeignet. Beautiful holiday in Puglia

Very nice villa (one part of semi-detached house; 2nd part is summer house of owners) in a very nice location (quiet village) a few steps from the sea. We spent 2 fantastic weeks there, the location was appreciated by parents and also children (12, 15). The owners are very nice family, always very helpfull. There is really nothing what could be criticized - only that 2 weeks to stay there was not enough for us :) Within a few years, we will surly come back! Everyday we remember this fantastic holiday...

In riva al mare

Il posto è meraviglioso, in 2 passi se in un mare stupendo con i pesci che ti fanno sentire in un acquario. Abbiamo avuto solo due inconvenienti: il condizionatore di una stanza non ha funzionato per alcuni giorni, ed abbiamo dovuto organizzarci con una soluzione di fortuna grazie al supporto della proprietaria. Sono cose che succedono ma non ha creato grossi problemi. C’erano dei lavori in corso realizzati in maniera intempestiva dal comune che iniziavano molto presto al mattino con rumore, ma anche in questo caso non ci ha impedito di goderci appieno la eccellente posizione.

Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage des Ferienhauses direkt an der Küste (in nicht ganz so schönem Ort). Freundlicher Empfang durch Lina und ihre Söhne. Tagsüber war die Familie öfter nebenan - aber die Privacy wurde immer gewahrt. Vollständig eingerichtetes Haus, ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen und Ausflüge im Salento. Wir waren sehr gerne hier.

Un piacevole casa a contatto con il mare

Aver soggiornato in questa casa ci ha consentito di vivere anche il mare in tutti i suoi momenti: calmo con le barche dei pescatori che passano e mosso con le onde che si infrangono. La casa è confortevole e la signora Lina ha reso ancora più piacevole il soggiornarvi con la sua disponibilità, i suoi consigli e le tante informazioni che ha potuto darci nel corso di tutta la vacanza. Roca Vecchia è stata veramente una sorpresa: piccolo paese tranquillo, fuori dai ritmi vacanzieri di Torre dell'Orso o di San Foca con piccole calette dove poter fare il bagno. Vicino tanti stabilimenti balneari e tutti con spiagge bianche e un mare cristallino. Un bellissima vacanza!!

Bello, privato, rilassante

Abbiamo passato delle ferie super belle a Roca. Tutta la famiglia trovava la sua dimensione e potevamo anche goderci il giardino bellissimo tutti insieme. I proprietari erano disponibili e gentili. Grazie!

Heel fijn huis op een schitterende plek!

Heel fijn huis met drie slaapkamers. De mooiste slaapkamer met badkamer zit aan de zijkant van het huisje en deze heeft een aparte ingang. Vanuit deze slaapkamer kijk je door de schuifpui recht op de zee; prachtig uitzicht! Het huis ligt aan zee en je kunt over de rotsen in het water klimmen. 500 meter verderop lig een klein zandstrandje. In Roca Vecchia staan voornamelijk vakantiehuizen die in het voorseizoen (wij waren er begin mei) nog dicht zijn, maar er is wel een klein winkeltje waar je broodjes en beleg kunt kopen. Vanuit Roca Vecchia kun je verschillende trips maken, naar Otranto, Lecce en Gallipoli bijvoorbeeld en het zandstrand bij Torre dell'Orso is in mei en juni nog lekker rustig. Het huis was schoon het goed onderhouden en we zijn super gastvrij ontvangen door de familie!
