Great location! Comfortable, 1-story brick ranch house (and partial basement) available for MASTERS rental. House details include: 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 standard, 1 twin, 1 convertible chair bed in den), 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, den, dining room, and breakfast bar. Basement includes a washer/dryer. Amenities include a private fenced-in backyard, deck, pellet grill, wireless network, and carport. No pets are allowed, and smoking outside only. Maid service is available upon request. From our house, it is about a mile to one of the two main entrances. Three grocery stores are within 1 - 2 miles along with many wonderful restaurants! Master's Trip

Our stay was perfect. This property is older but quaint, and really added character to our Master's experience. It is SO close to Augusta National and we loved the atmosphere and proximity of this property.Our host was amazing and so accomodating to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Great house for 4 guys looking to attend the Masters golf tourney. Very close to the course and restaurants all less than a mile. Great host. Will return if ever get the opportunity.

Masters 2025

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful the host was. She was beyond accommodating, checked in with us before our stay and throughout our stay. She even left a welcome basket! Communication was the best! I have never stayed anywhere where I have experienced this type of hospitality. The house was exactly as pictured and described; it was immaculate; the location is near the Masters, restaurants and grocery stores. The backyard is beautiful; we loved sitting on the deck and watching our granddaughter running across the yard! It was absolutely perfect for our family. We would definitely stay there again and 100% recommend this home.

Absolutely Perfect from Start to Finish

We came to town for the Tuesday practice round and were looking for a place close to Augusta National and large enough to sleep 4 comfortably. We found both of these and more in this rental. From the time we booked, the owners of the property were in touch offering their assistance. Really could not ask for a better place to stay for the Masters. We'll definitely be back in touch if we're lucky enough to get badges next year!

Superior comfort and convenience

This is IDEAL lodging for a Masters trip. You can see from the map that it’s nearly next door to the course AND within the same neighborhood – which allowed us to avoid getting into traffic during our entire stay, while still providing easy access to both the course and several dining options. We could have easily walked to the course, but (fearing weary legs at day’s end) opted to drive to the parking area. Both the drive to/from the course were painless and shockingly traffic free. In fact, on the drive back to the house, I’m not sure we ever came to a complete stop once we put the car in gear. The house itself is immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. And the owner could not have been more gracious or accommodating. If we are ever fortunate enough to again score tickets, we will absolutely look to return.

If you are new to Augusta, where ever you rent, please take the opportunity to find out as much as you can about our city because it has a lot to offer. Location! This is such a sweet neighborhood that is central to so much that Augusta has to offer.

What makes this property unique

It is so close to the Augusta National golf course! You will find a lot of other fellow renters in the neighborhood. It is very walkable to the gates, and you will be surrounded with many other patrons. Over the years, the area has been beautified, so offers a new promenade to the course. Also within walking destination (if you don't mind the uphill) is Surrey Center, which offers shopping and dining options.
