Open Floor Plan - Great for Extended Stays - 5BR

This 5 bedroom very open house & spacious house in a nice neighborhood is 10 minutes from 5 hospitals & the Master's Golf Tournament. It is also perfect for people needing to stay a month or more. The living area & kitchen area space (the "entertainment" area) is one large open space filled with bright colorful modern impressionist pictures of nature. The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the kitchen. . . . .

There are 5 bedrooms and 6 permanent beds with flexible options to accommodate up to 13 guests:. Each bedroom has a bed (Primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a Queen bed, bedrooms #3 & #4 have full beds, and the 5th bedroom (doubles as a cozy family room with living room type chairs) has two twin beds (daybeds)). . . . Need extra sleeping space? We offer three premium, 18-inch thick "real-feel" inflatable twin beds that can be added to three of the bedrooms. (for a total of 9 beds). For friends visiting the Augusta Masters for the week, these beds will hold up to 13 people. . . . . When making a reservation, let the landlord know that you want to use one or more of single airbeds. There is an additional fee for the setup/ takedown and a $5/day per-bed charge. Jay was not only a gracious host, but also made sure our needs were met in a pinch on our end. We had lost our previous rental roughly two months prior to the trip, and had to act quick. Jay communicated well, had a beautiful home and great location.

Why they chose this property

Most people in the subdivision are long-term residents (10+ years). I like the area because there is lots of restaurants in the area as well as shopping (Sprouts grocery store, Target, Best Buy, ...) Some of my favorite restaurants are less than 1 miles awayll (The Chop House (it has great steaks and a lunch special that can't be beat), P.F. Chang's, Chili's, Logan's Road House, Carolina Ale, Trattoria Polipo, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen)

What makes this property unique

I renovated the inside of the house in the style of a $500k house. Beautiful bright kitchen with 4 swivel chairs around island, Open design, Outdoor patio is perfect to enjoy with friends in the day or evening. Very large bedrooms. Lots of storage.
