Very quiet, is in the quiet of the countryside 10 minutes from the beach, ideal to bring the family to rest.
Inserted in a landscaped farm, closed condominium type with common spaces type V2.
It is located in the center of the Algarve, in rural areas, being the result of the restoration of the grandparents' agricultural farm.
It has an area of 7. 000m², located in the parish of Alcantarilha, Municipality of Silves, 3.5 km from Algoz.
It has two adult pools (10mx5m), one of which is salt water, with adjacent children's pools. There are several barbecues around the farm with the possibility of eating outdoors. In the orange grove you can always enjoy a beautiful Algarve orange.
It can be said that our Quinta is close to almost everything. With a trip of half an hour you can reach the Serra de Monchique to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a unique gastronomy. In just ten minutes you reach Praia Grande (Salgados) and Armação de Pêra.
In twenty minutes, enter the great nightlife like Praia da Rocha and Albufeira.

Nous avons été bien.accueilli par Filomena qui nous a fait decouvrir cet espace de vacances incroyable. Conforme à la description avec en plus le calme et la douceur de vivre. Les plages se trouvent à 15min en voiture et les accès sont faciles. Le petit plus ...la cueillette des oranges le matin au prtit dejeuner.

Zona sossegada e tranquila, ideal para férias em família. Quinta fechada, super seguro para os miúdos circularem livremente. Propriedade limpa e cuidada. A D. Filomena mto prestável e atenciosa. Recomendo vivamente. Iremos voltar certamente.

Quinta bem estruturada, com várias residências, todo o espaço bem aproveitado com arvoredo, calçada portuguesa, distracções, mesas à sombra, grelhadores e duas piscinas espetaculares com espreguiçadeiras e cadeiras que excedem os residentes. Simpatia e competência da anfitriã e colaboradoras, acomodação ampla e agradável e, segurança de enaltecer com propriedade murada e portões elétricos fechados, acesso apenas aos moradores. Experiência a repetir!

A propriedade em si é excelente para passeios e convívio à noite com os vizinhos. Os animais e crianças podem brincar livremente e em segurança. Funcionário sempre atentos às necessidades dos clientes. A D. Filomena e o restante staf foram maravilhosos e muito simpáticos. Sem duvida uma experiência a repetir!

Site magnifique digne d'un établissement 5*

Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine en famille magique. Au milieu d une orangeraie, 5 gîtes familiaux avec deux piscines. Les espaces communs sont très propres, le site est nettoyé tous les jours. Filomena est adorable. Une semaine reposante, en famille, comme on en rêve pour les vacances.

Apartamentos acogedores en el centro del Algarve

Finca cerrada con varios apartamentos, barbacoas y piscina, buen sitio para familias con niños. Cerca de todo y nada a la vez, ideal para explorar todo el Algarve sin sentir la masificación del turismo y poder tambien disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Apartamentos limpios, amplios, bien equipados, pero los colchones (duros) y la ropa de cama necesitan renovarse para estar al mismo nivel. La señal del wifi también debe mejorar. La propietaria muy atenta y próxima para cualquier imprevisto. Ha sido una buena elección, ¡volveríamos, obrigado ! (06/2019)

Tudo muito bonito, bem decorado e tratado. Melhor do que se pensa ao ver as fotos no site. Muito familiar, fabuloso para crianças. Duas grandes piscinas com as respectivas piscinas das crianças. Sala de convívio com snoker, matraquilhos, damas, xadrez, cartas e mesa de ping Pong, tudo gratuito, excelente para as horas de maior calor, ou à noite se não quiser sair. A dona Filomena, a proprietária é muito simpática e prestável. Para voltar sem sombra para dúvidas.👍

Très bon séjour !

Petit havre de paix ! Nous sommes revenus après un séjour en 2016.Si vous recherchez la sérénité et le farniente, n'hésitez pas, il y a 2 belles piscines et l'ensemble de la propriété et des logements sont très propres. Tout est réuni pour un bon séjour. Débit internet faible, mais cela nous a peu gêné. Filomena est très accueillante, nous recommandons cet endroit, bien situé pour visiter Silves, Portimao, Faro ...) ou aller à la plage, ou se reposer tout simplement. Restaurant O Alambique à proximité (moins de 10 mn en voiture direction Silves), que nous avons testé cette année et recommandons également.

Relaxed stay in a rural location 15 minutes drive from lovely beaches, water parks and supermarkets

If you want a relaxing holiday In a rural setting but not too far inland that you can’t enjoy a visit to the beach, water parks and coastal restaurants - this is the place for you. Accommodation has everything you need and is cleaned to a high standard. You have the use of 2 pools on site, a BBQ area and outside eating area within a lovely orange and lime Grove. There is a games room with WiFi and an outside table tennis table. Filomena and her daughter are attentive hosts and are very happy to recommend places to visit and local restaurants. Accommodation does have a tv but no satellite channels - only Portuguese speaking channels. Car is required to get to restaurants and beach etc. But plenty to do if you want to go off site within 15 mins drive. Accomdation contains everything you need to self cater. We had a lovely holiday.

Schoon maar eenvoudig

De locatie van het park is ideaal, dicht bij leuke dorpjes en mooie strandjes. Jammer dat het restaurant en de bar dicht waren tijdens ons verblijf in het laag-seizoen. De zwembaden zijn heerlijk. Wij zaten in Palmeira 4. Dit is een fijn groot huisje met 2 slaapkamers. De inrichting en faciliteiten zijn allemaal voldoende maar wel sober. De spullen in de keuken waren wat weinig (kopjes, glazen, kommen) en soms defect. Maar Filomena en haar Engelstalige dochter zijn altijd bereid om te helpen of een oplossing te verzorgen. Heel erg lieve mensen. Toegankelijk voor huisdieren dus betekent dat die er ook veel zijn, daar moet je geen probleem mee hebben natuurlijk. Maar zeker aan te bevelen voor de prijs die het heeft. Couple with a very nice baby, we really like to receive them. we put free of charge the baby's utensils, baby bed and baby chair. The house was clean and tidy. Relatively to the kitchen thank you for the repair, and we have already replaced the dishes. Up to now no one had ever complained. We have a playing room with coffee machine and other similar drinks, and with board games. To go to restaurants and bars, guests have to go outside. The park is a free space, surrounded by lots of nature and lots of fresh air so we accept small and sweet pets.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans ce petit village de vacances familial. Nous avons été accueilli par Filomena et sa fille (qui nous traduisait en anglais), qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous pendant tout le séjour (divines oranges à l'arrivée, livre en français prêté avec toutes les plus belles plages du coin, corbeille de fruits pleine posée sur la table de la terrasse au réveil...). Les maisons sont propres et fonctionnelles. Petit bémol pour les douches qui n'étaient pas souvent chaudes... Mais ce petit paradis est tellement agréable qu'il nous a été dur de le quitter!

Nous avons rencontré une famille d'excellence, qui a fait la majeure partie de notre hospitalité. Nous sommes heureux de recevoir les familles avec enfants qui ont du plaisir dans nos piscines, et chaque fois que nous avons des fruits frais de notre terre distribué par eux. Heureusement probrolema l'eau chaude a été rapidement résolu, il était seulement un problème technique.

Maisonnette au milieu des orangers

N'hésitez pas cette maisonnette est très agréable, les propriétaires sympas. Prenez bien les coordonnées GPS pour arriver sans souci. Les enfants ont adoré les 2 piscines bien chaudes, les glaces en libre service et le service de boulangerie tous les matins. La climatisation fait du bien et notre fils a apprécié le Wifi! Il vous faut absolument une voiture pour aller aux différentes plages du coin. Vous ne regretterez rien.
