Quinta Cerro da Pia where you can find a quiet place to spend your vacation near the beaches and with a panoramic view. It is located in the center of the Algarve in rural area, being the result of a restoration of the farm of the grandparents. It has an area of ​​2ha of citrus fruit, located in the parish of Algoz, municipality of Silves, 2 km from Algoz. It has 3 apartments (two T2 and a T1), a bean-shaped pool with the peculiarity of having a low water zone, excellent for children and the elderly. The house is decorated with some old pieces of agricultural activity from the ancestors of the owners, arades, a threshing floor where they threshed the wheat with the animals and even a sink where the animals drank. The farmhouse is surrounded by orange groves, where you can enjoy the secular orange Algarve or other fruit of the season. On arrival we have a car park with capacity for 4 cars. With a half-hour drive you will reach the Monchique mountain range, enjoying a beautiful landscape and unique cuisine. Closer you can visit the nearby town of Silves with its beautiful castle. At nightfall you can reach the nocturnal amusements of the areas of Albufeira and Praia da Rocha.

Friendly host

The host was helpful and friendly. You have to read the small print to realise that the house is split into 3 flats with shared garden and pool. This should be clear from the outset. Extremely basic but it’s cheap so can’t complain.

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances dans ce gîte authentique, typiquement portugais. Le cadre est magnifique, niché au calme au milieu des orangeraies, parfait pour se ressourcer. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur pour se rafraîchir après nos journées ensoleillées. Silvia, notre hôte, a été disponible, à l’écoute et toujours attentionnée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu !

Accueilli par l’hôte Silvia avec qui la communication depuis la réservation a toujours était parfaite. La location correspond bien à l’annonce. Maison et extérieur très bien entretenu (literie neuves mais trop dur à notre goût)situé au milieu des cultures fruitières. Endroit calme. Voisins portugais et toulousains très sympathique et discret le soir les températures peuvent être fraîches attention ! Je recommande cette location.Merci Silvia

Super quinta typique pour des vacances en famille

Nous avions le logement qui bénéficiait de la terrasse qui donne directement sur la piscine ce qui nous a permis de savourer les petits déjeuners, les repas, les goûters avec vue sur la piscine, les palmiers, le soleil couchant. Endroit très paisible, entouré d’orangers, de figuiers et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Les journées sont chaudes mais la température baisse la nuit ce qui est très appréciable. Avons passé de bons moments à Algoz, Silves et Albufeira. Et pour terminer, un grand MERCI à Silvia pour sa discrétion, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et avec le charme des maisons portugaises typiques.

Ons verblijf was geweldig de gastvrouw Sylvie was super vriendelijk wij verbleven er 3 weken de gastvrouw en heer kwamen elke dag het zwembad onderhouden en vroegen ook elke week of we verse lakens nodig hadden of handdoeken. er was iets stuk in onze badkamer maar dit werd binnen het kwartier gerepareerd verder een heel aangenaam verblijf zeker aan te raden aan mensen met jonge kinderen!

eenvoudig maar ruim voldoende. Heel mooi en rustig gelegen tussen de bloeiende sinaasappelbomen. Niet geïsoleerd, je kunt met de wagen vlot alle kanten op.

Nous avons séjourné en janvier dans cette jolie fermette située au milieu des orangeraies. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le silence de ce lieu ainsi que le cadre, agréable jardin avec piscine et citronniers. Nous recommandons cet endroit à qui veut fuir les lieux trop touristiques. C'est le Portugal profond et authentique que nous aimons. Encore merci à Silvia pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Le logement correspond à la description, propre et spacieux au milieu des orangers. Dommage que les autres locataires propriétaires de chiens les laissent rentrer dans l'espace piscine et aboyer dans le logement lorsqu'ils partent en soirée.

Très calme, super séjour, propriétaire très sympa, parle Portugais, Anglais, et comprend le français, petite piscine très agréable et très propre, logements au milieu des mandariniers et des citronniers. Petites maisons, Équipé du WIFI, mis à disposition gratuitement. A l’intérieur ce n'est pas le super luxe, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut (les murs font entre 50 et 60 cm d'épaisseur. A recommander. Idéal pour décompresser, pas loin des petites villes.
