Exceptional! I rent an apartment of 86 m2 on the ground floor, very well located, on the slopes (Brévent area) 5 min walk from the center of Chamonix. It faces south, a splendid view of Mont-Blanc. Apartment in a small condominium of 5 apartments with a secure swimming pool open in summer. In a charming 1930 chalet, in very good condition, the apartment consists of a large living-dining room, a large fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (from November), 2 shower rooms including a hydrojet, a 13m2 loggia and a south-facing terrace in front of the swimming pool. Parquet, marble, great benefits. Private parking, common game room (ping pong).

Wonderful place with a beautiful interior, three good sized bedrooms, big living space and two great outdoor spaces - the terrace and pool area for eating and enjoying the pool and the balcony for evening lounging. All in all a superb place for our family to stay.
Team of 6 Aussies competing at the 2024 UTMB. Apartment has a very open living area that overflows to a balcony and pool. Everything is within walking distance and trails are just out the back door. Pool is a bonus. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a stress free and comfortable stay.
I’m always nervous when staying at a property on VRBO for the first time.There was no reason to be nervous here. The chalet floor was amazing. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains. It’s in a quiet, gated neighborhood but the walk to Chamonix center still only took a few minutes. The place has two solid bathrooms. If you’d like, you have the ability to block the rooms into two separate suites by closing doors. The kitchen is quite nice and the Nespresso machine was a nice treat for coffee each morning. There’s a nice private patio, a shared pool. And the common living room/dining room was perfect for our group. The property manager also communicated with us well before and during the stay.
If we are staying in Chamonix with a group again, we’d definitely look to stay here.

Wonderful Location poor cleaning
We stayed in Chamonix for over a week. We arrived at the property, and it was not clean. We had to wash all of the bedding. There were stains on the sheets. Clearly, they had not been washed. The sheets on one of the beds was shredded. Not sure how that got missed. My brother vacuumed the entire chalet because of spider webs, dirt etc. We killed so many huge spiders. When I called the contact person, they were not very kind nor helpful. We each had one had towel per bathroom and one bath towel per room. My husband and I had to share 1 towel for the entire trip. I think this property would be amazing if they had a better property management company that could make sure the property was cleaned prior to arrival. I have to say, we cleaned it so well, I'm sure the next arrivals did not have any issues.
Superbe appartement à 2mn du centre mais piscine dangereuse
L'appartement est superbe et excellemment bien placé, très proche du centre ville de Chamonix tout en étant au calme et avec une superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc et l'Aiguille du midi (notamment).
Le seul désagrément était la piscine: elle n'a été remplie que le jour de notre arrivée et même s'il faisait beau l'eau était bien entendu froide. Mais surtout, la piscine n'est pas aux normes de sécurité: pas d'échelle ou de marche pour descendre et remonter, pas de barrière autour, pas d'alarme. Je déconseille donc vivement pour des familles avec des enfants petits et c'est très dommage car il y a peu de logement disponibles avec piscine extérieure sur Chamonix.
Excellent chalet/apartment with pool - superb location and facilities
We stayed in the apartment for two weeks in the summer. We have three sons 19, 17 and 12 years old and the three bedrooms were plenty big enough for us along with the living area and kitchen. Having the pool just outside was so convenient. Waking up and eating breakfast every morning with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi from our balcony or terrace was amazing. The apartment is literally a five minute walk from the center of Chamonix but located in a quiet, gated residential area - an added bonus is also being literally next to the field where paragliders land - a beautiful sight. Not having to worry about parking is also a bonus. All in all a perfect apartment for a summer holiday in Chamonix.

Smart property with pool in perfect location
3 small double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, good sized well equipped kitchen and very good sized lounge dining room. Panoramic views of Mont Blanc, garden and good sized pool. Clean and modern decoration. Balcony with furniture and terrace with furniture by pool. Perfect summer accommodation. Approximately 500m walk to town centre. The only criticism I have is the shower units are small and toilet poorly positioned in one of the shower rooms, especially for long legs!
Although this is one of the pricier properties it gave value for money and would definitely return.
