Quaint little apartment close to everything in Nap town
Pro & cons: Overall this is a great place! Full kitchen with fridge, range and dishwasher. All were just fine. Location is walkable to everything in Annapolis.
Probably best for a couple as the extra bedroom futon is a little rough. For kids that’s probably OK. Master bedroom queen mattress is very firm. And bring some ear plugs in case of car alarms and sirens.

Not great...
We stayed here for a wedding. Originally booked it for two nights but only ended up staying the first. The unit was ok but definitely needs some work. It's an old building, so I completely understand that it wouldn't be a "modern" unit but it was incredibly outdated. It smelled very musty/old. There were stains on the carpet, the mattress was super uncomfortable and everything was really dated. We found it strange that they didn't leave any kind of correspondence. Usually there's a binder with instructions, etc. You just walked into this place and were left to fend for yourself. I reached out to the owner on our way down about parking. We never received a reply. I assumed there would be some information in the unit but, as I mentioned, there was nothing. We ended up spending an insane amount of money parking on the street for a few hours and then ultimately paid for overnight parking at the hotel where we attended the wedding.
The worst thing was the lack of pillow cases. There was ONE pillowcase in the whole apartment. Super gross!
We left before staying the second night. When I text the owner to let them know we left early, they asked if anything was wrong. I explained some of this and they just never responded. I do not leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Overall very disappointed and I do NOT recommend this rental. Other wedding guests had amazing accommodations at some of the smaller hotels in the area.
Very nice place. 10-15 minute walk to all downtown areas, next door to State House. Master bedroom has a comfortable bed that accommodates someone who is over 6 feet tall. Living room has 3 nice chairs and the dining area has room for 6. Good Irish restaurant is 2 doors away. Parking on the street is not available anywhere in town but the parking garage is a 10 minute walk. We parked ours at 1:30 pm on Friday and picked it up at 9:00 am Monday morning. Never needed it anywhere and that included going to East Port for dinner and back(20 min walk or 10 min water taxi). Had great crab cakes at the Boatyard Restaurant. Was great for the two of us. Pretty steep set of stairs lead up into the apartment but we are both 70 and could handle it. Would stay again!
Wish I found this property the first year instead of graduation year
Ideal location. Immaculate, tastefully decorated and well furnished. Unfortunately, The tv didn’t work when we were there. I know mattress comfort is subjective but our opinion is new mattresses and an informational binder would make the property beyond perfect. We would re-book in a heart beat and hope to do so even without a navel academy midshipman.

Awesome
Incredibly accommodating hosts! The unit is so comfortable, clean and cozy. Spent the weekend with our Mid and I have to tell you that the location is second to none. Literally a couple blocks from Gate 3. Again I can't say enough about how great the hosts were. If you are planning to visit a mid this is a must book!

Perfect for my Naval Academy reunion, minutes from NA yard and Bancroft Hall. Hosts allowed me to check in early due to flight schedule, very responsive.
