Maisonette in the heart of the picturesque village of Gruissan, at the foot of the tower of the legendary pirate Barberousse,

Gruissan is also the capital of windsurfing: the nautical base with lessons and equipment rental (windsurfing boards, hobby cats, canoes, paddle) is located on the Mateille lake just before arriving at the beach , near the spa center and the Intermarché store;
 there is also a nautical base at Chalets beach with canoe rental and a base of jet skis;
 kite surfing has also become a priority (possibility of internships and lessons) on the way to the wild beach of the 'Old New' road parallel to the road leading to the beach of Chalets on stilts; (direction of municipal campsite and Les Salins );

The house is composed of:
3 levels: each of small area, on the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen, television,
on the 1st a bedroom with a 140 bed, and a bathroom with shower,
on the 2nd floor the second bedroom with 2 beds in 90 side by side (which can also be used as a double bed) and the wc + sink and bedrooms do not have doors but have a large window
