We very much enjoyed our stay in Annette’s lovely apartment. It was very well furnished, the beds were comfy and overall it was extremely well equipped. She is an excellent communicator and got back to us very promptly ensuring our needs were met. As an aside, the traffic noise is somewhat relentless for those who have sensitive hearing at night time.

Stunning Apartment

The apartment is absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated, amazing location, lovely views, comfortable bed. I stayed for one month and loved how accessible it was to everything. Lima VRBO Stay - Miraflores

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Miraflores. The apartment was exactly as pictured and communication with both the property manager and the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lima, especially if you’re looking for a location close to the ocean with nice views in a safe neighborhood.

Comfort of a home, luxury of a vacation!

The apartment is absolutely stunning and has a perfect location in the city. We spent three weeks in Lima and this became like a second home. The owner, Annette, was very accommodating and made sure we had all the necessary amenities. The cleaning service went above and beyond! We will definitely be coming back.

Terrific Property in Miraflores, Lima

2 Coworkers and I stayed at this property for one week. The property was in perfect shape and was very clean. It has terrific views of the city and bay. Just a few minutes walk from everything you might need for your stay. I would recommend this property, and I look forward to returning. The owner and property manager responded to every question, and we were very helpful.

Beautiful Apartment

The location, building, and space were beautiful. There is no air conditioning and it was a bit hot in the apartment given the time of year, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment during the day. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for others. Otherwise, we highly recommend this apartment. It was a great home base to explore Lima. The host was responsive and gracious. We enjoyed the apartment and felt safe.

Peruvian Vacation Dream come True

This place was amazing! The apartment was cozy, clean and super comfortable. I brought our 3 and 7yr old and they had a blast. The balcony had a magnificent view of the area/ beach and it is just a few blocks away from the main square (restaurants, movie theater, running trail, grocery store, etc). We loved this place and the owner, Annette, was super helpful. She was always responsive, and willing to answer any questions. She helped me through the rescheduling of my trip. I can't say enough great things about this experience. Please enjoy this wonderful place. You won't regret it. Thank you, Annette. You are an amazing person. Can't thank you enough. A beautiful apartment, well situated between Miraflores and Barranco. An absolute ideal long term stay place. Well equipped kitchen, ample linens for bedrooms. Very friendly staff. Wonderful experience

Excellent location, lovely view, and secure building. The apartment was very nicely furnished and decorated. Lots of nice little touches to make your stay comfortable. In addition, our host went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great Location

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

Super clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring Mira Flores and surrounding areas. We took a bike tour and visited the ruins. A great way to start our Peru adventure. Lima has great restaurants. Cristina provided very nice recommendations. Definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.

Great Location between Miraflores and Barranco

Very nice apartment in a great location on the south end of Miraflores. A short walk to many great areas and restaurants. The condo was secure with a doorman at post 24hours and was very clean when entering. We were not around the apartment very much, but 5 adults fit very comfortably. Would recommend to anyone looking for a very nice place in a solid location.

Todo perfecto, tal como se nos prometió. El departamento es lindo, cómodo y espacioso, totalmente equipado. La ubicación excelente, cerca a todo, se puede hacer deporte, caminar, pasear con mucha tranquilidad, además de tener una vista preciosa del oceano Pacíico. Annette, la dueña, siempre atenta a resolver cualquier consulta o solicitud. La niña de la limpieza un amor, los porteros siempre cordiales y colaboradores. Nos sentimos como en casa. Definitivamente una experiencia para repetir.

Fantastic Place

We stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it. The space is very large, rooms well appointed and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The kitchen and laundry facility were a nice surprise, being better than expected. The owner was helpful with anything we needed. This place is a great option if you have a few people headed to Lima.

Everything was great. The apartment is by the water. Great view., spacious , comfortable. Safe. 27/7 doorman. They were all nice and helpful. Great place to run. Close to lots of nice places. We had friends staying at the Marriot, that was only a 15 min. walk from our apt. One suggestion for the owner is : do not have keys hanging from the bedroom doors if they do not lock the doors, please, because you think that you can lock you bedroom, but then you cannot re-open it!!!!
