Best Stay in Lima to date!!

Overall we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Over the years we have rented many different properties in Lima and this was our best stay so far. We hope to use this property on future visits. Our hosts were honest, quick to respond and very attentive and I want to thank them for that.

This was our second stay at this particular site. We enjoyed it so much the first time we came back this summer. My husband and I enjoyed this unit very much. Cant say enough good things, especially visiting in a Lima winter. Has all the amenities families are looking for from the ideal location to the unit itself. We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent communication with owner ahead of time! Fantastic location with great balcony views over the ocean and right across the street from Parque de Amor. Clean apartment, had water and laundry available. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay MiraFlores The view was spectacular. The three washers and two dryers was an extra boost. No need to rent a car if you can walk a few blocks everything you could possibly need is available.

Responsive owner, clean and centrally located

This is our second stay (first was in 2019) and it was a great as we remembered. The apartment was clean and everything in good working order. What issue we had with television reception was resolved quickly by the host - who was responsive to our texts and even sent someone over to resolve the issue for us. The location is ideal as we were able to walk to many parks, restaurants and the outdoor mall area as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is really amazing. The views were amazing at all hours. The place is also super quiet as it is on the 15th and 16th floors. I have zero complaints. We stayed 38 days, and are returning for another 40 days in a week.

Absolute must stay for families

We were very happy with this property, especially it being our first time with VRBO. Communication before and during our stay was quick and attentive. The property was magnificent in an ideal location in Miraflores with walking proximity to many sites. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Each person has privacy. Each room had heat for our winter visit. Laundry was very helpful to do for our family. Bonus was the Señora who cooked for us. Highly recommend and hope to return in future.

Amazing week in Miraflores!

We had a wonderful time at Bills apartment in Miraflores. It has more than enough space for our family and was very clean and well taken care of. The view was magnificent at sunset! It was centrally located for walking to the supermarket, outside activities and restaurants. The host was quick to reply and easy to work with our crazy schedule we had. We can’t wait to come back and visit for longer.

Great location in Miraflores!!

We have been to Lima 9 times now as I run a business there. We have always stayed in hotels and became tired of that experience. We can’t say enough about Bill’s place. It is huge, very nice with great are and furniture so great to hang around in. The doormen are very nice and security seems good. The cherry on top is the amazing view and easy access to the waterfront. We will stay again!!

Many rooms with a view

Best view of Miraflores. Excellent location with nearby restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions. Everything was within walking distance. Waking up to the view of paragliders and the sound of the ocean was a great way to drink your morning coffee. The property even came with a private parking spot. Check in was simple and many smiling faces to give you a hand if needed be. Knowing a little Spanish helped. Highly recommend this property with a grand view.

The location is exactly where you want to be. Close to everything. The view is better than an pictures can show. The internet was very fast and reliable throughout the apartment. Communication with owner was fast and consistent. Showers were hot which is not something you find in this region. Special recognition to the refi that has a water reservoir to make ice and cold water. GREAT product!

Great condo in Lima

This property is exactly as advertised. It served us well, and was a lot of space for our group of six. The views from the balconies are great, the living room is spacious, and having a laundry room was a plus! The location is perfect, being right across the street from parks and the Malecon (walking/biking path). Coffee shops and cafes are within easy walking distance. We appreciated the 24/7 presence at the front desk/lobby, but want to note that none of the people staffing it speak any English. That wasn't a problem for us, since two in our family are fluent Spanish speakers. But for other guests from the USA, this may be something to keep in mind. If we travel to Lima again, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Million Dollar Views!

Great property and location. Everything you need is right at your doorstep. Doorman and security are so friendly and helpful. Brush up on basic Spanish if you don’t speak the language. The condo is very spacious! You’ll have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The dual balcony and floor to ceiling views of the Pacific are amazing. Great host. Communicated the entire time and very helpful. Great restaurant suggestions also.

This place was incredible, spectacular views.

This place was amazing, easily the best VRBO property we have ever stayed. Super clean, beds were perfect. The building was super safe, with attentive and helpful doorman. Kitchen and laundry room well equipped and all items worked. Host provided drinking water in the kitchen and the bathroom. Off-street parking was available. Walking distance for all shopping and groceries stores. We cannot say enough great things about our experience. There was a local host available if needed.I hope it will be available on our next trip to Miraflores.

Second stay even better!

This is the second time we chose this property. We could not wait to get there. The area is located near the ocean with breath taking views. Also enjoyed the Hang gliders flying nearby. Next trip I will try those. There are two levels, one for living and one for sleeping. They have added Air conditioning and heating units. We turned them on to see how they worked but didn't need them on this vacation. The security is top notch. The door attendants were professional and really made us feel welcome. I did tip them when we checked out. There were two secured parking spaces with our guest used a couple trips.I was able to reach out to Bill a couple times and he responded quickly. We stayed for 6 days, and our plan was to have breakfast at the house and a nice dinner every night. We went to Wong’s and bought basics and we walked around the area and would pick up fresh breads daily. We did have Chicken delivered from Pardo's one night,The house had two water stations with filtered water. I strongly recommend use it. Water can be dubious in Lima. Finally, the sunsets were amazing.We will go there again to next we go to Lima!

Lima ocean view

Incredible place. Why stay at the Marriott down the same street for up to 4x the price, without balcony access, when you can stay here with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and 2 balcony accesses? Perfect view of parasailing from either balcony as you are literally the same height. Highly recommend. Well worth the cost. Wonderful contact with the property manager.
