Ideally located 20 km from Narbonne and 35 km from Carcassonne, 12 km from the Canal du Midi, 35 km from the beaches, the house is a fabulous starting point for visiting the corbières, the Cathar castles, the abbeys etc ...
You will have access to the ground floor of the house with private entrance composed of an entrance hall, a large living room of 45 m2 with open kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace, a toilet and 2 large bedrooms with each 1 bed of 160 x 200 and its bathroom (shower - wc - sink). The floor is not accessible (private).
It is possible to add an extra bed for 1 person in one of the bedrooms (80 x 200 m)
Access to the swimming pool is by going around the house (south-facing garden at the back of the house without direct access - safe for children - lockable gate).

Large house, two full baths, one powder room. Very well appointed kitchen.

Bright, airy space with terrific kitchen. Our host, Gwenaelle and her daughters were most helpful while discussing the surrounding country and attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Gwenaelle was especially helpful in arranging an appointment for our wives with her family’s physician to treat a minor illness. Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Corbiere Vacances.

A welcoming,comfortable,home in a delightful french village with a little supermarket .

We had a great holiday here. Our hostess & her lovely daughters told us what to visit & where to eat etc .The pool is tiny but a perfect place to cool off after a days walking.Lots of great walks.The cathedral in Narbonne & Minerve were highlights & all our walks took us to places we would not have seen .Details are in the house .Do read about Cathar history before you go ! Lack of washing machine was a minor irritation .So many plus points .We highly recommend this area & La Corbiere is the our ideal place to stay.

Nous sommes arrivés malheureusement en pleine canicule, mais notre hôte avait prévu des ventilateurs, dommage pas de clim., mais la piscine était la bienvenue.Maison pleine de charme, literie très confortable, cuisine hyper bien équipée. Wow!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Ortsrand eines etwas abseits gelegen kleinen Dörfchens, umgeben von viel Natur und unzähligen Weingärten. Man ist in 10 Minuten in Lezignan (mit großem Intermarché Supermarkt) und in 25-40 Minuten in Narbonne, am Strand oder in Carcassonne. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Leider ist der ortsansässige Tante-Emma-Laden seit Januar 2023 dauerhaft geschlossen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich und noch viel hübscher als es die Fotos erahnen lassen. Wir (Eltern plus zwei Jungs, 13 und 15) haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Es gibt wirklich viel Platz und Wohnung und Küche (mit Geschirrspüller, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Induktionsherd) sind prima ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Gasgrill. Der Pool ist etwa 3x3m groß und 1,5m tief. Der Pool war zu unserer persönlichen Nutzung - und ein absolutes Plus an heißen Tagen. Die Sitzecke ist schattig und sehr gemütlich. Da kann man einfach mal zuhause relaxen und Energie für den nächsten Ausflug tanken. Gwenaëlle ist super-sympathisch und hat ganz tolle Tipps parat. Bei unserer Ankunft war sie nicht da, aber der Zugang zur Wohnung war von ihr top organisiert (Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe). Aus der Ferne hat sie uns per Chat mit allen Informationen versorgt und war so stets erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken Gwen für Ihre Gastfreundschaft in Ihrem "Schmuckkästchen"! Herzliche Grüße Katja und Co.

Superbe maison, encore plus jolie que sur les photos ! Gwenaëlle, la propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute, elle connait sa région et a su nous conseiller des activités adaptées à notre famille. Maison généreuse idéalement située

Nous avons passé deux semaines fort agréables à "la Corbière": dimensions très généreuses, cuisine bien fournie, belles chambres, tout le confort possible dans un décor plein de goût, terrasse parfaite à toute heure du jour (et de la nuit;)), avec plancha très pratique et de belles dimensions. La piscine (en contrebas) est certainement un plus pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge , nous avons , la plupart du temps, préféré aller à la plage, ou visiter les innombrables sites d'intérêt alentour. Les villages avoisinants regorgent de charme et de bons restaurants, Lézignan (pour les courses un peu plus ambitieuses qu'à la supérette du coin) n'est qu'à 10 minutes en voiture...Des vacances parfaites, au calme et dans un cadre très accueillant, très belle réussite de Gwenaelle, dont nous avons été ravis de faire la connaissance! A recommander très chaleureusement!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in kleinem Winzerort

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte einen traumhaften Balkon. Wunderschöner kleiner Pool mit herrlich warmen Wasser (29 Grad), den man ums Haus herum erreichen konnte. Schöner kleiner Ort mit vielen lokalen Winzern und einem Vival für den täglichen Bedarf (Baguette etc.).

Belles vacances à Boutenac

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances en famille chez Gwenaëlle à Boutenac et sommes rentrés enchantés de notre séjour. La région est magnifique et les activités ne manquent pas : mer, randonnées, châteaux cathares, gorges et baignades, abbaye, découverte des vignobles et canal du midi; de quoi satisfaire les goûts de chacun ... des parents aux plus jeunes ! Le gite est joliment décoré, fonctionnel, au calme, et la piscine est vrai bonheur avec ce soleil méditerranéen ; La "vraie" plus-value est l'accueil de Gwenaëlle, son amour pour la région et ses précieux conseils pour nous la faire découvrir de "l'intérieur" : sites incontournables, plages, petit port et restos locaux ... un vrai bonheur ! Seul bémol : l'absence de lave linge et la corvée des machines au supermarché du coin. C'est dommage alors que le gite est super bien équipé par ailleurs... N'hésitez pas à séjourner là bas, vous ne serez pas déçus !!!!

Gites Chaleureux et bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon Séjour, dans Un Gîte très "chaleureux". Une belle demeure, décorée avec gout dans un cadre très agréable, très bien situé pour les visites culturels ou la plage pour la farniente. La piscine, un vrai moment de détente pour les parents, et de plaisir pour notre fils. La région est vraiment belle et la cerise sur le gâteau, un superbe accueil, par Gwenaelle qui est une personne très accueillante, agréable, souriante, et disponible. Déconnexion garantie!!!
