There are bigger issues and smaller. All in all the amount of issues in combination make that we wont be going back. The location is nice, the garden is nice, and by car we could reach around well, but the overall comfort of the house was unsatisfying.The wifi in the house was unstable and weak. On the terrace there was no wifi at all.The main bed in the bedroom creaks so loud everytime you move and turn, its impossible to sleep there.The dishwasher didnt work, and it smelled horribly inside.The house was badly cleaned, dust on shelves, unclean corners in the batbroom, and the toilet was disgusting.The smoke alarm werent installed to the ceiling, just laying around without batteries.The kitchen window couldnt be closed.

I hosted 3 families this summer: everything went perfectly with very positive feedback. My 3 stars accommodation is inspected by the Toulon tourism agency. It is my personal house and the rental unit is identical to mine. Deep cleaning is carried out with each new tenant with special check at the beginning of the rental season. I wasn't there when Inga arrived so I asked several times if everything was alright. They replied I will get their answer later. I received their complain after the legally mandated deadline for landlords potential claims. Their complain was officially dismissed after an investigation. The Wi-Fi works perfectly in the apartment but isn't accessible throughout the garden because of the house thick stone walls. Nobody has ever complained about it. The kitchen window mechanism had indeed been damaged by previous tenants: the window remained tilted but strong iron bars prevent intrusion into the apartment. It is repaired now. The smoke detector is battery-operated and checked annually. I arrived at my house a few days after these tenants’ departure: the dishwasher was indeed not working, so I bought a new one. I have no proof of who damaged it. The tenants left the apartment quite dirty with 2 weeks' worth of stinky household waste piled up in a plant container in the garden and not in the garbage container. The tenants should have notified me the dishwasher wasn't working: I would have sent the housekeeper to replace it as I always do in case of problem.

Tout est parfait!

L'appartement est super. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Le canapé-lit était bien pour notre enfant pour dormir et nous n'avons même pas eu besoin de la climatisation, car la maison n'est pas si chaude grâce à son emplacement et à sa construction.La douche de jardin est également très bien.La salle de bain est grande, la cuisine bien équipée.La terrasse est super. De là, on peut même voir jusqu'à la mer. Autour de l'appartement, c'est très calme - idéal pour se détendre. Seules les cigales chantent joyeusement leur chanson. :-)Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par la propriétaire Olga, qui nous a aussi super bien montré et expliqué tout ce qui concerne l'appartement. Elle nous a également donné de bons conseils d'excursion. Olga est une super hôtesse qui répond directement aux questions et apporte son aide.L'emplacement de l'appartement est top.En voiture, on est à 10-15 minutes de l'appartement dans de nombreux endroits magnifiques comme Hyères, Port d'Hyères, la Capte, ... La plage locale « Plage de Péno » est super. Elle est surveillée, il y a un chemin de plage bétonné et quelques cafés de plage. On peut aussi y faire de la plongée en apnée.Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de ces merveilleuses vacances et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Belle maison confortable nichée dans une pinède non loin de la mer. La propriétaire est très accueillante, chaleureuse et très à l'écoute de vos besoins. L'environnement est propice à de belles promenades.

Une datcha parmi les pins et le cigales

Très bon accueil d' Olga , la propriétaire, toujours prète à vous faire plaisir. Excellent séjour dans une location bien équipée . Prendre ses repas sur la terrasse parmi les pins et bercé par le chant des cigales fut un vrai bonheur.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce logement tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre, la maison dans lequel il est situé, le jardin avec ses arbres magnifiques, ainsi que le calme de la Californie varoise. A souligner également un équipement très complet et bien pensé y compris pour l'accueil de personne en situation de handicap ou de mobilité réduite. Enfin, tout a été très facilité lors de ce court séjour par la grande amabilité des propriétaires.

Una splendida sorpresa di casa! Il contesto è assolutamente speciale, silenzioso, di alto livello. La casa è caratteristica è perfetta in ogni dettaglio. Assolutamente consigliata!!! Ok sia x coppie che x famiglia.. anche x ragazzi giovani! Vicina al mare ma anche al centro di Hyeres e persino vicina alle Porquerolles! Insomma, perfetta. Mi permetto di spendere anche 2 parole sulla proprietaria: estremamente disponibile e assolutamente a disposizione, ha piacere ad indirizzare nei posti meno conosciuti nei dintorni permettendo di scoprire luoghi meravigliosi nemmeno segnati nelle guide!!! Assolutamente una vacanza da fare e la casa è il punto ideale x girare la Provenza.
