Pretty nice terraced house on 2 levels, recently refreshed. fully fenced property in quiet area. A 2-minute walk from the village of potters and the shops, market 2x per week.
5 minutes from Uzès, 1st duchy of France, famous for its Saturday market, its wines, honeys, olives and truffles. And his heritage.
The orientation of the house will allow you to enjoy the sun as well as shade in the garden or under the olive tree outside the house.
The villa has been completely refurbished all the furniture, bedding and equipment are recent.
The shower gives you more space, it is 80x100cm. Motorized garage door, possibility to leave the car in the property without necessarily entering the garage. ..

We had a very nice stay. We booked on wednesday and could already move in on sundays. That was exellent, cause we only had little time. The contact was very good with Mdmne Meillefer and also with the contactperson in the village.We knew Uzès already and did make nice tours, because there is a lot to see roundabout. Très belle location située dans un endroit calme et à proximité des commerces. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement très bien situé et très propre. La proximité du village, des ballades, des pistes cyclables et de très beaux coins touristiques en font un endroit parfait pour tous types de sejours.

Adapté aux jeunes enfants avec son jardin clôturé. Hyper complet en intérieur avec tout ce qu'il faut sous la main. Village agréable, beau a visiter, et calme. Qui nous a offert de belles balades tout les sois avant le couché des enfants.

Nous y étions en pleine canicule , les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisants pour rafraîchir la maison .Nous avons dû chercher les adaptateurs Helvétiques pour brancher certains appareils. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait un plus pour pouvoir utiliser le lave-vaisselle.

Diese Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren.

Alles war perfekt! Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Es gibt aber leider einige Mücken in dieser Gegend. Das Haus hat aber gute Mückennetze in den Fenstern. Die Nachbarin Frau Fontaine ist sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und gleichzeitig sehr zurückhaltend.

Il faut équiper la maison d'une climatisation car le ventilateur brasse de l'air chaud, la température est caniculaire à l'intérieur en plein été malgré les volets fermés en journée côté soleil. Des odeurs à la buanderie.

Aan de rand van het mooie St. Quentin la Poterie, dus ook vlakbij alle winkels, markt, enz. Uzes op 5 minuten rijden, wat ook meer dan de moeite waard is! De woning zelf was prima in orde. Vriendelijk onthaal! Wij hebben genoten en denken er zeker over nog terug te keren.

Très jolie! Ein wunderbares Landhaus in einem hübschen Töpferort! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie mit 2 Kindern in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und prima ausgestattet mit allem, was man für das alltägliche Leben braucht (Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Gartenliegen, etc.). Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig sehr nah am Dorfzentrum. Die Nachbarschaft in der Straße ist sehr nett. Der Markt und alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig einfach zu erreichen. Der Ort und der zweimal in der Woche stattfindende Markt haben viel Charme! Schöne Badestellen im Gardon sind ca. 15 km entfernt (Collias), also auch gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gerne wieder kommen! MERCI BEAUCOUP!

Fantastic 2 bedroomed house with a small garden in a lovely village with amazing market.

The property is lovely and well equipped. It is very clean and has a large shaded terrace with table and chairs for eating out and a great barbeque. The property is just round the corner from a gorgeous boulangerie and 5-10 minutes walk from other shops and the market on Tuesdays and Fridays. There are several restaurants in St Quentin la Poterie but we fell in love with La Cuisine de la Boucherie. It a short drive to the historical town of Uzes where there are large supermarkets. Although there are fantastic screens on the windows, the mosquitoes did get in so take cream and buy spray whilst you are there. Both bedrooms are large and airy and the living room and kitchen are well equipped. There is an large gas cooker range with separate oven and large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The garage is great for keeping the car cook and the loungers were welcome when we arrived home from a day's sightseeing. There are loads of places to see within an hours drive from the village from Le Pont du Gard, to Nimes, Avignon, Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier, the wine areas of the valley of the Rhone etc. Can't wait to come back and see the many places we didn't have time to see. The Wi-Fi was excellent. There is a frequent bus to Uzes and Nimes from the village which is great if you fancy going car free for a day. This property is perfect for couples or a small family. Thank you to Caroline and to Madame for all their assistance and warm welcome.

La villa est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, parfaitement située dans un quartier calme, et à quelques pas du village, difficile de faire mieux! Erg vriendelijke ontvangst. Alles was superschoon en de inrichting is heel compleet. Erg rustige buurt. De bakker is om de hoek. De markten op dinsdag en vrijdag zijn vlakbij en erg leuk. Gesloten garage is heel fijn.
