Quiet comfortable villa in downtown Uzes, in a beautiful property with sunny private pool (pool of 8 * 4) .with landscaped garden fountain, enclosed parking ....
Fully equipped kitchen, large living area adjoining, all topped with a large terrace for lounging.
The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, two covered and equipped outdoor terraces (furniture and barbecue).
The ground is shaded by magnificent trees (Sophora, oleander, olive ...) and fully enclosed, providing direct and private access to the pool.
Coffee maker, pressure cooker, tea makers, toaster, oven + microwave, hob, large plasma screen, wifi, ... Nothing is missing!
The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Towels and beach are optional and on demand

Perfect stay at a beautiful city

Very neat, fully equipped holiday home. Beautiful garden, beautiful pool, quiet location. Very close (max 5 min) to the center of Uzès. Pleasant and very helpful hostess. We have marked this house for a visit again in a few years.

Hidden Gem in Uzes

Such a wonderful stay in Uzes. The house is a 3 min walk to the centre of town and has a gorgeous pool. It is the perfect place to explore Uzes. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. We couldn't have loved it more.

This is a modernised clean detached house with garden, parking and pool (all private) located close to Place Aux Herbes in Uzes. It is the best of both worlds, with good private facilities and yet within easy walking distance of Uzes centre. A combination of superb weather, some top class restaurants and a centre oozing with antiquity.

Excellent property in a superb location.

Despite being 5 minutes walk from the town of Uzes, the house was quiet. The spacious garden contributed to an atmosphere of tranquillity. The pool was excellent and kept very clean. The shaded patio overlooking the garden provided a comfortable eating place at any time of the day. The house was well equipped and we had no complaints.

Really helpful host. There if you needed her to be and always quick to respond. We had an awful journey and Chantal was really understanding. Property is beautiful, great pool area and ideal location. Highly recommended.

Toller Frankreich Urlaub in Uzès

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in einer herrlichen Unterkunft in Uzès. Die Vermieterin und Familie sind sehr sympathisch, engagiert und immer sehr hilsbereit. Das Ferienhaus und das Anwesen mit tollem Garten und 1a Pool tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wonderful stay in the south!

The property is only a block from the main older city center and was so enjoyable to walk to and from the town. My teenage girls loved the pool and walking to town to get ice cream. The house itself is clean and cool and had a wonderful view of the town. It was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to town for us to visit restaurants and cafes whenever we wanted. We traveled a few times and it was wonderful to return to the house to relax and swim. The host was wonderful and kind and very open to communication. We truly loved our stay at this house and village.

Gepflegtes Haus mit grossem Garten. Absolut perfekt gelegen: das Haus liegt in kurzer Gehdistanz zu schönen Altstadt von Uzes, und Uzes ist gut gelegen, um das schöne Gard zu erkunden (Ausflüge, Wanderungen). Wir haben es sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus sehr. Chantal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wonderful Vacation

We are a Family of 4 and stayed here for a week this summer. We had such a great time. The house was great: Comfortable, clean, tasteful and with a lovely garden. Excellent holiday

It gave us much pleasure to stay at Enclos in Uzes again. Even through a 40 degree canicule, the air con kept us cool at night and the bracing pool kept us from cooking in the day. Meanwhile, the restaurants and bars in Place aux Herbes provide good food and spritzers.

Excellent property in superb location

This is a south facing detached modernised house with two bedrooms, private garden, lovely private pool and parking for several cars in a quiet suburban area. In addition, it is no more than 250 metres from the Place aux Herbes in Uzes and is therefore a superb location to explore and enjoy Uzes with all its history and facilities. Pont du Gard and many vineyards are also within 20 minutes drive. If your desire is to be able to spend all day at the pool, while popping into town for an Aperol Spritz or slap up dinner or visit to the ducal palace, this can't be beaten.

Beautiful retreat in this charming town

We cannot fault this beautifully kept and well-equipped house, which is in the perfect location for exploring Provence. It had everything we wanted, and just a short stroll to Uzes town centre with a winery over the back wall. Lovely pool (although cold!), secluded gardens, comfortable living room and terrace. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, but we found it OK even in the height of summer. Chantal was was the most welcoming hostess helping us settle in. Thoroughly recommended!

Endroit idyllique... au centre d'Uzes

Magnifique maison très bien aménagée d'une propreté exemplaire dans un très beau jardin riche en plantes, très ombragé mais avec une piscine très ensoleillée. le parking est situé dans la propriété, ce qui est un plus. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux petits soins pour les hôtes:le décor de la maison est parfait Nous avons passé des jounées agréables dans une région d'une grande beauté.
