The house of about 75 square meters is located in the quiet and reserved 'i Borghi' condominium, by crossing the sidewalk you can access the supermarket. It consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with shower. A front porch with table and chairs, nice and private private garden with built-in barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, large communal garden with shared swimming pool with lifeguard open from 1st July to 31st August and shared tennis court. The house has air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, iron, vacuum cleaner and 2 TVs. Equipped with all comforts and bed linen, bath and kitchen. It has a closed garage where you will also find umbrellas and beaches.

Villasimius is a nice cozy town to vacation in. The apartment is very close to grocery shopping and walking distance to restaurants. The appartment had a nice small garden and access to a pool, please be aware of that is only open fåen the afternoon (16:30-20:00, extended in weekends.

Schöne Unterkunft

Bewertung der Unterkunft:Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Familien – besonders praktisch ist der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Die persönliche Übergabe von Schlüssel und Kaution verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und einem Elektroherd (kein Gas!). Besonders genossen haben wir die warme Außendusche. Leider konnten wir den Pool während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzen, was etwas schade war (Eröffnung erst ab 01.7.). Insgesamt aber eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft.

un logement presque parfait. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et expliquent très bien comment se passe la location. Très bon contact. Le logement est comme sur les photos. N'oubliez pas de prendre un bonnet si vous voulez profitez de la piscine. Les plages, restaurants sont a quelques kilomètres. Nous avons été chaque soir à pied (plus ou moins 15 minutes) profitez de la bonne ambiance de la ville de Villasimius. Je vous le conseille

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Villasimius

Wir konnten 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Süden der Insel verbringen. Das Haus ist Teil einer Reihenhaussiedlung- vorne ein gepflegter Garten mit Terrasse, Außendusche und gemauertem Grill. Das Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet- Geschirrspüler, Microwelle, auch sämtliche Töpfe und Schüsseln sind mehrfach vorhanden. Eine Hintertür führt in den gemeinsamen Hinterhof der Siedlung. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist leider erst ab 16.00 Uhr benützbar- mit Badeaufsicht , aber auch mit Badekappe... Das Bad ist neu- die Eckdusche ist für korpulentere Personen etwas eng. Fön, Lüftung, elektrisches Dachfenster, Bidet, WC, Waschbecken...alles vorhanden. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und unten im Wohnraum, TV mit italienischen Sendern- kein WLAN In direkter Umgebung sind 2 größere Supermärkte, und die Via Umberto, die Flaniermeile mit Restaurants, Geschäften, Eisdielen,... des Ortes, ist zu Fuß in ca 7 min erreichbar. Bruno, der Besitzer, war sehr bemüht mit "Händen und Füssen" und Translater zu kommunizieren, da wir leider kein italienisch sprechen.

Piacevole soggiorno a Villasimius

La casa di Bruno è molto confortevole ed è come appare nelle foto. La zona esterna è molto carina con giardino, doccia, camino per barbecue e tavolo per mangiare all’aperto. Dentro ha tutto ciò che serve per passare un ottima vacanza. È vicina al supermercato e anche al centro che si può raggiungere a piedi. C’è la possibilità di parcheggiare fronte casa oppure è disponibile anche un garage. Bruno e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per la casa!

Urlaub August 2023

Wir haben im August zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt das Haus war sehr ordentlich und sauber der Garten sehr gepflegt. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Eigentümer selbst hier ihre Ferien verbringen, da alles gut durchdacht ist. Obwohl man recht zentral ist (ca. 10 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt) war es ruhig. Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Besonders komfortabel war auch die Klima in allen Zimmern. Leise und effizient. Die Anlage verfügt über zwei Pools die wir kaum genutzt haben das es in 20 km Reichweite unfassbar viele tolle Strande gibt. Herr Conti und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften. Schöne Grüße aus Deutschland und a presto.

Schönes Häuschen mit Garten

Wunderschönes Städtchen und tolle Lage. Wir waren mit der Familie da mit 2 klrinen Kindern und man kann sehr vieles unternehmen. Die Strände sind alle in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und direkt vor dem Haus hat es mehrere Lebensmittelläden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und ganz herzlich. War ein toller Ort und eine super Unterkunft die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Très bon séjour, appartement parfaitement équipé

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans l'appartement de Bruno et son épouse. L'appartement est très propre, parfaitement équipé, rien ne manquait. Rénové récemment. Il est à 5-10min à pied du centre ville, ce qui est très pratique pour sortir le soir dans Villasimius. A savoir que la piscine est ouverte les apres midi uniquement, de 16h30 à 20h. Je recommande vivement.

L ‘appartamento è veramente carino,oltre le aspettative…dotato di tutto ciò che può servire,sia x la quotidianità che per la spiaggia….ottima accoglienza e proprietari molto disponibili! Posizione ottima! Sicuramente appartamento da consigliare per trascorrere una vacanza a Villasimius!!!

Empfehlenswert

Wir sind Ende August, Anfang September 2020 da gewesen. Bruno und seine Frau Maria sind unkompliziert und äußerst freundlich. Auch Sprachbarrieren konnten wir hervorragend überbrücken. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür, auch der Eurospin ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind abends zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte gelaufen, das lässt sich gut bewältigen. Villasimius hat uns ohnehin sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus bietet alles für bis zu drei Personen an. Die Dusche war größer als wir gedacht haben. Abends haben wir draußen gegessen, der Blick ist sehr angenehm. Insgesamt können wir es gut empfehlen und werden auch immer wieder gerne kommen.

Villetta ideale per una perfetta vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villetta ad agosto 2018. Si entra da un giardino dotato di una comoda doccia esterna e si accede ad una veranda con tavolo e sedie dove consumavamo tutti i nostri pasti. Da li si entra in casa, dove si presenta un ampio soggiorno-cucina, molto carino e ospitale. La cucina è dotata di tutto l'indispensabile e soprattutto della lavastoviglie, cosa molto comoda quando si è in vacanza. Al piano superiore si trovano le due camere, la matrimoniale e una più piccola, ed il bagno con doccia molto comoda. La macchina la si parcheggiava facilmente nelle vicinanze in strada, ma volendo c'era la possibilità di usufruire di un garage. La villetta è inserita in un complesso residenziale con piscina. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e i proprietari si sono dimostrati davvero simpatici e della massima disponibilità. Se in futuro torneremo a Villasimius, sicuramente questa sarà la nostra prima opzione.

Eccezionale! Villetta a Villasimius.

La casa e' ancora più' bella che in foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità',a due passi dal market e dalla piscina. E' stata la casa più' bella e confortevole che abbiamo affittato. Dotata di tutto, ma veramente tutto e' anche a due passi dal centro. Pulitissima e tenuta benissimo ha anche un bellissimo giardino dove, volendo, si può stare tranquillamente tutto il giorno. Privata e molto silenziosa. Vale veramente quello che si spende. Dotata anche di garage con tutto l'occorrente per il mare. Inoltre i proprietari sono persone squisite di cui siamo rimasti veramente affascinati per la loro gentilezza. Disponibili sempre. Raccomandatissima. The house is even better than in the pictures. It really has everything you need for a beautiful vacation. Across the street from the market, it has also a swimming pool. Very clean, ha a beautiful patio for privacy and it's very quiet during the whole day. Garage has beach equipment. The owners are amazing people who impressed us for their friendly an kind way to deal with people. You can count on them 24/7. I really reccomend this flat as one of the best we ever rented. Great located place

The place is well situated and close to everything, including 3 super markets, multiple cafe, city center and multiple beautiful beaches. Unit very clean and well furnished. The host Bruno and his wife really make you feel at home and are very helpful to ensure you have a great time. The place is a GEM and I would return again. Thank you Bruno.
