Lovely place

Just the right size for 2 adults and our teen daughter. Pivate garden with BBQ and outside furniture. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer and even a dishwasher. Beds comfy, bring your own sheets etc and continental pilliwcases. Nice touches like d/w tablets, bbq charcoal etc Super convenient for a number of beaches. Fantastic stay thankyou

Gute Lage, aber klein und schlecht gepflegt

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (eins und vier Jahre) für 2 Wochen im Juli/August dort. Was uns gefallen hat: Die Lage ist super. Es sind nur 200 m bis zu einem schönen Strand (Plage de Carbonais), der nicht überwacht ist und daher auch wenig los ist. Außerdem kann man von dort aus schöne Ausflüge unternehmen und schöne Spaziergänge in der näheren Umgebung (Salzfelder/Meer). Es ist sehr ruhig. In Quimiac gibt es alles Wichtige (Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc). Freundlicherweise wurde uns ein Babybett aufgebaut und Kinderstuhl bereitgestellt. Was uns nicht gut gefallen hat: Das Haus ist sehr feucht und riecht muffig. Das hat sich auch nach 2 Wochen Lüften nicht gebessert (trotz durchgängig gutem Wetter). Die Möbel sind funktional aber alt und teilweise von schlechter Qualität. Auf der Mezzanine hört man eine sehr laute Lüftung, die man nicht ausschalten kann und es wird sehr warm dort. Leider war der Großteil des Gartens sowie die Einfahrt nicht gemäht, sodass man den Garten nicht nutzen konnte. Das Wifi ist ein Mobilfunkrouter, der so langsam ist, dass man es nicht sinnvoll benutzen konnte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung wurde leider nicht sehr deutlich kommuniziert. Es gab keine Bettwäsche/Handtücher, was nur klein auf französische im angehängten Vertrag genannt wurde. Der auf den Bildern zu sehnende Fernseher und das Radio sind nicht vorhanden.

I am sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with your stay. The annoyance about the linen on arrival seems to have influenced your overall assessment. This was mentioned in the description of the accommodation and in the contract as clearly as the other provisions. Language was not an obstacle as we spoke French in all our dealings. You were not interested in the linen hire conditions. I regret that you did not comment on the other points that bothered you when we communicated during your stay. We could have seen how we could have satisfied you. Please note: the type of wifi was indicated, and TV and radio were not included in the equipment. As far as the furniture is concerned, it corresponds to what is offered on the site, simple but comfortable, which has been appreciated by all occupants to date. Around 300 m2 of the garden around the house has been mown, so as to preserve the natural landscape that makes the place so charming. I hope you enjoy the rest of the summer. Yours sincerely.

Wunderbar ruhiger Ort zum entspannen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht! Der Garten und die Lage sind toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig allein die Betten oben könnten komfortabler sein.

Schöne Tage in der Bretagne

Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr süß und gemütlich, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wochenmärkte in der nächsten Umgebung lassen keine Möglichkeit Wünsche offen. Das Wetter war in der ersten Woche etwas sehr Bretagne-mäßig, aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Un nid de quiétude et une charmante maison fonctionnelle dans très joli jardin où l’on croise rouge-gorges, écureuils et lézards. Les plages alentours, les chemins balisés et le bourg non loin, nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. Nos hôtes étaient discrets et prévenants. Je recommande.

Seit 25 Jahren immer wieder in diese Gegend...

... weil es hier so schön ist. Das kleine Häuschen besticht vor allem durch die Lage nah am Meer und dem schönen Strand. Es ist sauber und hell und verfügt über einen großen Garten, der für Kinder sicher ein herrlicher Spielplatz ist. Ich würde hier allerdings nur als Paar oder höchstens mit kleinen Kindern Urlaub machen. Dafür ist das kleine Haus perfekt. Auf den schönen Kissen haben wir immer so gut geschlafen, dass wir sie am liebsten alle mitgenommen hätten. Das Häuschen liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Natur zwischen Meer und Salzwiesen. In der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und zum Bäcker, der sehr leckeres Baguette und Croissants hat, kann man zu Fuß laufen. Alles in allem eine wirkliche Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

kleine Oase am Meer

kleines helles Haus mit großem Garten nahe am Meer, ruhig in toller Umgebung gelegen, nett und perfekt eingerichtet, Mme Evette sehr freundlich und unkomplizierte Übergabe des Hauses. Nur dass wir den Müll der letzten 5 Tage selbst entsorgen mussten, fanden wir umständlich.Vielleicht kann das anders organisiert werden? Gern kommen wir in dieses Haus zurück! B

Excellente location, bien située, au calme, à 5-10 min de la plage. Proche de commerces de base.

Très bon contact avec la locataire. Gîte très lumineux, grandes surfaces vitrées, mezzanine robuste, pièces bien aménagées, décoration discrète et de très bon goût, informations pratiques fort utiles communiquées par la propriétaire à la remise des clés, gaziniere, lave vaisselle et machine à laver comme neufs. Très propre, bien entretenu, des consommables mis à disposition (savon lessive, lave vaisselle, éponge, torchons) ce qui est très rare dans la pratique. Une très bonne expérience de location.

Excellent séjour à Quimiac

Dans un charmant coin de Loire-Atlantique, petite maison très fonctionnelle, agréable à vivre et tout à fait sûre pour les enfants (les photos ne montrent pas que le garde-corps de la mezzanine va jusqu'en haut et que l'escalier est facile pour les petits enfants...). Plages et commerces (dont le marché) sont accessibles à pied. L'accueil attentionné et attentif de la propriétaire des lieux a été très apprécié !

Petite maison très sympathique bien agencée et bien équipée, simple et très fonctionnelle, conforme à la description. Idéale pour 2, voire une famille de 4 avec enfants en bas âge (lits individuels en mezzanine). Bien située. Cadre calme. Grand jardin avec vieux cognassier à proximité de la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'ombre. Pas d'obligation d'utiliser sa voiture. Le top étant de disposer de vélos (bourg de Quimiac à environ 15 mn à pied.)

Nous avons rencontré des hôtes très intéressants et adorables,maison calme avec plages et village à côté,tout a été parfait! Seul bémol pour les futurs vacanciers: Abritel demande un paiement avec caution si ils encaissent,et ca c est carrément inacceptable. Donc évitez Abritel!!!

Wunderbares Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Tolles kleines Haus, liebevoller Empfang! Zwei schöne Strände sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien dort verbracht, es ist ein besonderer Ort, wie man ihn nicht alle Tage findet.

A cosy place by the sea...

This is a small but well organized and nicely decorated house, situated a few minutes walk from "Sorlock" beach. It was exactly as shown on the photos, very clean and well kept, with a quiet, sunny garden. We had a relaxing time there and felt it to be ideal for a couple or a family with one or two younger children. Thank you, Thérèse, for your warm welcome!
