Family Vacay

Spacious house and yard, plenty of room for our multi generation family of 13 on vacation. Location was good, we had cars, with plenty of parking, for travel/ road trips. Check in was delayed due to travel and no cell service. Would recommend for those looking to have a quiet retreat from the cities, but yet close enough of a drive into cities. Grocery store was only 10 minutes away, and we even ordered a delivery for our day of check in!

Family trip

Great for big groups, the teenagers loved the pool and game area. We used the outdoor grill. Jon was great and attentive to our needs. Only disappointment was the location- thought we would be able to walk to Sopelana beach and the metro stop as well. It was more remote than we thought.

Déçu de la prestation pour le prix payé. Le bien est fonctionnel et suffisamment grand. Cependant il est vieillissant et mal entretenu, par exemple la piscine était très sale, les lits du dortoir était cassé, canalisation bouchée et aussi quelques équipements de la cuisine pas vraiment opérationnel ou faisant disjoncter l’installation.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire et vos conseils. Un deuxième grille-pain était à votre disposition pendant votre séjour afin d'éviter ce problème. Malheureusement, il arrive que certains appareils tombent en panne en cours de séjour, et nous faisons notre possible pour gérer ce genre de situation. La piscine est en parfait état de fonctionnement et a été repeinte il y a trois mois pour être impeccable durant la saison estivale. Cependant, en cas de fortes chaleurs, d'utilisation intensive par un grand nombre de personnes et/ou par des personnes habillées, la quantité de bactéries et d'impuretés dans la piscine peut dépasser la capacité de filtration du système. Dès que vous nous avez signalé que l'eau commençait à se troubler, nous sommes intervenus et notre personnel a procédé à un nettoyage complet. Une seconde visite a été effectuée 24 heures plus tard pour s'assurer que l'eau était de nouveau parfaitement propre et limpide. Deux lits superposés (sur les huit disponibles) avaient été endommagés. Nous avons attribué ces problèmes à l'usure normale et vous avons indiqué que si cela posait problème à votre famille, nous interviendrions. Cependant, vous nous avez assuré que la situation était sous contrôle. Le jour de votre départ, nous avons donc dépêché le personnel et le matériel nécessaires aux réparations, qui sont désormais en cours. Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir pu résoudre les problèmes comme vous le souhaitiez. Cordialement, Jon

Heel goed uitgerust huis. Leuke ligging en de perfecte gastheer. Mijn enige tips ter verbetering: sommige matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe en het zwembad is kleiner dan verwacht ( best duidelijk beschrijven)

Très belle maison près de Bilbao

Très belle maison avec piscine, terrain de basket et terrain de volley en dur. De nombreuses chambres. Une belle cuisine et excellent salon/salle à manger. Les lits superposés au sous-sol permettent d'y mettre tous les enfants.

casa bastante buena para vacaciones familiares.

La casa se ajusta mucho al anuncio puesto. Lo primero agradecer a Jon su predisposición para hacer de nuestras vacaciones lo más agradable posible. La ubicacion de la casa es muy buena. 10 min de la playa de sopelana y 25min en coche de Gorliz (playa mas familiar). La casa es como se dice en el anuncio unifamiliar, con 4 habitaciones en la planta superior. Las habitaciones de matrimonio son todas camas de 135cm. En dicha planta hay 1 habitacion con baño incorporado con bañera, y otros dos baños con ducha (los baños están algo peor cuidados, las mamparas cierran con dificultad). En nuestro caso no utilizamos la habitación de abajo que tiene las literas y otro baño. La cocina aceptablemente equipada (con dos neveras, lo que se agradece), aunque no se puede comer en ella puesto que no hay sillas suficientes. Cosa que no supone un problema porque el comedor es muy amplio. El salon es cómodo y amplio pero con un Wifi muy lento (ya nos dijo Jon que es por la zona donde se encuentra) de modo que el uso de datos se hace necesario y más si sois bastantes de familia. Comercios como lidl y mercadona en el mismo pueblo como a 10min en coche. La piscina es pequeña pero perfecta para un chapuzón. También precisaría de alguna mejora en escaleras y en la ducha. Zona de barbacoa con muy buena pinta, que nosotros no usamos. Recordar en este punto que estamos en el campo, mosquitos, moscas e incluso alguna rata, vimos! La zona posteroinferior de la casa es donde se encuentra la canasta, la zona de ocio de ping-pong, dardos, etc.... perfecta para jugar en familia. Es una casa que es perfecta para vacaciones familiares aunque se agradecería algo de mejora en los baños. Jon un 10.

Calme et espace

La verdad que disfrutamos muchísimo aunque no pudimos aprovechar la casa al máximo. Las instalaciones están mejor incluso que lo que aparece en la descripción. Está situada a nada de todo y Jon fue un encanto. Sin duda repetiremos si se presenta la ocasión.

geweldig ruim huis met goede faciliteiten, op een rustige plek

Wij hebben met de familie een geweldige week gehad in een mooi huis op een mooie plek in de heuvels boven Bilbao. fijn zwembadje, volleybalveldje en speelkamer met tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. ruime keuken met veel apparaten, mis alleen een theepot. Grote eettafel buiten en een binnen. een aanrader voor grote familie vakantie

Belle maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette grande et belle maison. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu plus de temps pour profiter de tout ce qu'elle offrait. J'aurais bien fait une partie de baby-foot, de volley-ball ou plongé dans la piscine. L'endroit est très calme.Nous avons pris le métro pour aller à Bilbao ce qui évite les problèmes de parking. L'accueil a été charmant. Je recommande.
