Nice holidays in Méribel, the centre of Les 3 Vallées. The appartement is situated very close to all kind of shops and ski rentals. Acces is easy by car. Parking is very close. Ski slopes start 50m from the door. Some poor points are the old fashion style finish. The appartement deserves an update. A reel weak point is the acces to the 3 sleep places at the ceiling. Good for youngsters, but all others

Large sunny apartment with view ,near the pistes!

The apartment is in a lovely, well maintained building above the restaurant CroMagnon.. When we arrived , the caretaker was there to give us the keys and make sure all was okay. In the Lobby you can leave your skis safely in a locked ski-closet. The elevator will take you to the top floor of the building where the apartment has a lovely view over the mountains and pistes in the distance. It is a triplex. Downstairs is the living room area ( the fireplace does not work ) and the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is small, but it is open plan and has everything you will need ( except for a microwave ). The decor is not the latest style, but we did not think it was a problem. There is a sunny balcony all across the living and dining room . There is one bathroom with a washing machine and a shower room and 2 separate wc. The bathrooms and the kitchen have not been renovated in some years, but everything worked perfectly well and we were very pleased with our stay. All the bedrooms have plenty of room for storage and the master bedroom is big and comfortable. On the top floor ( reached by an attic ladder ) there is another spacious area with a bedroom and a balcony overlooking a room below ( but the door can be closed for privacy ). What we enjoyed most about this apartment was that it was so close to the piste: just cross the street and put on your skis in the morning. Really a joy to be so close to the piste! If you need to go to the center of the village, there is a free bus that goes from the bus stop just 50 m from the door. But all your shopping needs can be taken care of within the 2 buildings next door where there is a supermarket, a deli shop ( traiteur ), 2 ski rental shops, a boutique and 2 restaurants . We totally enjoyed our stay and being in an apartment that gives you the feeling of a family home. The owner was easy to contact when we had a few questions. Everything went according to plan and we totally recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment

The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious. It has a fabulous view of the mountains. The top floor (1 bedroom and mezzanine) of the apartment is suitable for older children and adults. The building is also very clean and well maintained and the caretaker is very friendly and on-hand every day. The ski lockers are large and heated. The location is fantastic. It is 20m from the slopes and 1 minute from the bakery and supermarket. There's also a couple of bars/restaurants downstairs which are handy but not at all noisy. The booking and correspondence with the owner was simple and the owner very responsive by email. Altogether, we found the apartment and its surroundings great and we would stay here again in the future.

Perfect location

We were a party of 7 adults and (almost) grown up children and this apartment was ideal especially with the 3rd level which the 3 children could use as a den in the evening. It is set in the perfect location to access the whole of the 3 Vallées and in addition to this it is easy to ski almost to and from the front door (a short hop across the road to ski down to Meribel Centre and easily accessible from all the resorts on the way home). The apartment itself has everything you may need (although why there are only 5 duvets for a property that sleeps 10 is still a bit of a mystery to us!). The ski locker is on the ground floor and had more than enough room for all our skis and boots and there is ample room in the foyer for everyone to get suited and booted in the morning. Any questions we had both before and during our stay were promptly answered by the owner and caretaker and we would definitely consider returning to this apartment in the future.

Excellent location-had everything we needed!

This is a great apartment in an excellent location! We were a group of 10 couples/friends and found the apartment extremely well equipped in a location which gave easy access to the slopes. Once out of the front door the slopes are literally 40 metres across the road. The Rond Point is 100m up the road for those that like to stop for apres ski action on the way home. Below the apartment block is a lovely French restaurant serving a good range of food. The bus stops a few paces away and there is a supermarket within 50m of the building. Parking is available across the road and is free of charge. The apartment is situated on the top floor of the block and is spread across 3 floors. The living/kitchen area are on the ground floor of the apartment with floors 2 and 3 housing the bedrooms. The third floor is accessible via a ladder. There is a ski locker on the ground floor which provided plenty of space for 10 sets of skis and boots etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment!

Appartement trĂšs bien placĂ©, dĂ©part ski juste en face de l'immeuble, boulangerie et commerces (superette, restaurants et locations) au pied de l'immeuble. ArrĂȘt navette Meribus Ă  1 min Ă  pied (centre MĂ©ribel Ă  10-15 min). Le "rond point des pistes", oĂč se situe le club piou-piou pour les enfants, est Ă  1 arrĂȘt en navette (ou 5 min Ă  pied). Les piĂšces sont spacieuses et bien agencĂ©es. Le style est "ancien" mais tout fonctionne parfaitement. Cuisine neuve et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L'appartement dispose d'un grand balcon que nous avons pu utiliser, grĂące Ă  une mĂ©tĂ©o favorable cette semaine. Le propriĂ©taire rĂ©pond Ă  toutes les questions par mail, ce qui nous a permis de bien prĂ©parer notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine dans cet appartement.

Great apartment on the slopes

We were a party of four adults. All of us enjoyed the property and found that it was well equipped, spacious and cozy. It had the added bonus of being on the slopes. You can ski in and out. There are two restaurants underneath the property, both of which are good and both available for a quiet apres ski. In addition, there is a supermarket, ski and ski hire shops within easy walking distance. There is a very regular free bus to and from Meribel Centre. Also, we had some lovely walks to the centre and there are some great shops and restaurants on the way. Before our holiday, the owner, Marie-Nathalie was very helpful and always responded within a few hours for any questions we had. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and if I visited Meribel again, I would stay again.

Appartement chaleureux + accĂšs aux pistes facile

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans cet appartement. Il est tout Ă  fait adaptĂ© pour 9 personnes. La cuisine et la piĂšce de vie sont trĂšs chaleureuses et il est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable d'avoir un couchage pour tout le monde. Le point Ă  amĂ©liorer serait selon nous les salles de bain (pas de lumiĂšre dans celle du bas au niveau de la douche et pas de rideau de douche dans celle du haut) mais cela n'a pas entachĂ© le sĂ©jour. La situation de l'appartement est parfaite, avec l'arrĂȘt de bus, les commerces et le petit chemin qui mĂšne aux pistes. La boulangerie est Ă  2 minutes Ă  pieds et le casier Ă  ski en bas de l'immeuble facilite la logistique. Les pistes sont accessibles par un petit chemin de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la route, et l'accĂšs Ă  tout le domaine est trĂšs rapide depuis MĂ©ribel. IdĂ©al pour notre semaine entre amis. La mĂ©tĂ©o ensoleillĂ©e, nous a aussi permis de profiter du balcon et des transats Ă  disposition en rentrant, le soir en rentrant de la journĂ©e de ski.
