Ocean view!! Private beach! Sunny, open, spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom home.

This beautiful beach house sits on a bluff with a view of the ocean and within walking distance of a private beach. The beach nearby is safe for swimming and good for surfing and boogie boarding. It has a small clubhouse and a life guard on duty every day in the summer. The facilities include a basketball court, paddle tennis court, play area for small children, picnic tables and beachside barbeque grill.

San Clemente is located half way between Los Angeles and San Diego, 20 minutes from Disneyland, 30 minutes to Legoland, an hour to Sea World. The village of San Clemente has many restaurants, including the Fisherman located on the pier, boutique and antiques shopping on Del Mar, the main street. It is close to Dana Point Harbor for sailboat or jet-ski renting, or to board a boat for a day on Catalina Island. The Surfrider Amtrack train runs along the coast from LA to San Diego if you want to take the train for a day's outing.

We loved our three night stay here. It had a lovely view of the ocean, room to spread out, a well stocked kitchen, and a garage we could use. All the instructions were clear and simple. The owner replied quickly if I had a question. Highly recommend.

This house is very comfortable- not fancy or complicated. Although it may not be updated- it has everything you need. The view is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. I am looking forward to returning!

Ideal location with plenty of space

My family had a wonderful time and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and push my grandbabies around the neighborhood in their stroller. We enjoyed sitting out on both the front and back patios and there's a great view of the ocean! The beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and kitchen was easy to cook in. We did have to get body wash, shampoo, more paper towels, TP, and dish soap. Our host was responsive and it's a very nice place to stay for your beach getaway!

Wedding Weekend

Family wedding in San Clemente so chose this place for location, size of home to accommodate family, and description of home. The host was very flexible regarding a request for early check-in. The home is in a lovely location and is very spacious, however there are many things that need repair / attention.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our short stay at this property. The house was extremely clean. It is an older home, as pictured, but is so comfortable and has a good vibe. Loved watching sunsets over the ocean from the backyard. The water heater broke down while we were there but the owner had it replaced immediately. The location is just up the hill from the beach—with plenty more gorgeous coastline to explore within 30 minutes. We had awesome surf conditions one day and really appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. If we return to this area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Quaint & Cozy

The home was easy to get to and into. All the info given by the host was accurate and easy to follow. The only problem was the sliding screen door for the main back patio did not work well so keeping the door open for the fresh salty air was not an option. Also, the linens were not as clean and expected with mascara on the sheets and pillow case. Other than that it was a pleasant stay in sunny beautiful California 😊

Pretty Location

The property is in a nice location not far from the beach. Unfortunately the beach club was closed due to a plumbing problem and the beach is very rocky except at the shoreline. The owner was great in accommodating us as I made a mistake on the date by a day and she worked it out. The property is very clean but the furnishings are very dated. The view from the back patio is very pretty but I was overly concerned about the noise level as we were informed there were some sensitive neighbors so we didn’t spend much time out there but the view from inside with all the windows is just as beautiful. I’m not sure if they allow pets here but if they do, we saw a pack of very large coyotes roaming down the street.

Lovely spot in peaceful neighborhood with great views of the ocean. Was amazed how quiet the area was at night, with only sounds of the ocean breeze. The private beach with lifeguard on duty was great. Will definitely go back.
