Très belle maison à quelques pas de la mer. Manel est un hôte très sympathique. La maison est telle que décrit dans l’annonce. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande !

Pasamos unas vacaciones excelentes en este alojamiento, que cumple con todos los requisitos: una limpieza impecable, funcionalidad óptima y comodidad asegurada… Todo está pensado para que uno se sienta a gusto desde el primer momento.Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es Manel, el anfitrión. Una auténtica joya, siempre atento, disponible y muy reactivo. Semana de relax

Estuvimos 1 semana buscando tranquilidad y la encontramos. Bonita casa bien equipada , solo falto aire acondicionado pero por lo demas todo muy bien.

Accueil au top, emplacement au calme, voisinage agréable. La vue est splendide. Le jardin comprend tout ce qu’il faut, plusieurs terrasses permettant des zones d’ombre. TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR

La maison de Manel est parfaite pour accueillir un groupe de 4 adultes et 4 enfants/Ados. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'extérieur est agréable avec terrasses et piscine et l'environnement est calme. Les plages sont à 5 mn en voiture ainsi que les supermarchés. Pour que la maison soit plus que parfaite, il ne manque que la climatisation...

Un excellent séjour

Manel est un hôte absolument adorable, qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses locataires. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le fait que la maison ne soit pas climatisée n'a pas été un problème pour nous, l'air y circule convenablement et pour la nuit il est possible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes car il y a des grilles de protection et des moustiquaires intégrées. L'hôte laisse aussi à disposition des ventilateurs dans les chambres, ils ne sont pas de la dernière génération mais ils ont le mérite d'être là. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Manel.

Leider keine Air Condition

Das Haus ist sauber und ok. Manel kümmert sich um alles, nur leider ist er nicht bereit in eine Air Condition zu investieren: in der 1. Woche hatten die 4 Schlafzimmer nachts 35 Grad und wir konnten kaum schlafen. Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig. Leider sind die Strände in der Umgebung überhaupt nicht schön, sodass man immer mit dem Auto ein ganzes Stück fahren muss.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines dans la maison de Manel. le coin est très sympa et il y a plein de choses à faire autour d'Alcanar. Le seul point négatif que nous avons relevé c'est qu'il manque une climatisation mais sinon la maison est très fonctionnelle, piscine au top et propreté au rendez-vous ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans la maison et au milieu du séjour le propriétaire est venu changer, réparer et remplacer ce qu'il fallait. La maison se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de la Rapita. Un bar se trouve au coin de la rue! Le petit point négatif était qu'il faisait très chaud et que la maison ne disposait pas d'air conditionné.

Increíble todo

Ha estado una semana de junio de relax total, con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia ya que a la casa no le falta de nada. Las playas súper bien tanto de piedra como arena, sobre todo una en San Carles de la Ràpita para perros y ademas el pueblo súper bien para almorzar o tomar algo. Gracias Manel por tu casa y tu amabilidad la piscina en vacaciones para nosotros es un lujo y mas en la intimidad de tu vivienda aun lo ha hecho mejor. Volveremoooos sin duda.

Es una zona muy tranquila cerca de las playas. Disfrutamos mucho con los niños en la piscina y el jardín que están muy cuidados. La cocina disponía de prácticamente todo lo necesario. También nos atrevimos con la barbacoa. Está bien ubicada para visitar la zona.

Top, mooie vakantiewoning met heerlijke tuin rondom huis.

We hebben een heerlijke relax vakantie gehad mooie volledig ingerichte woning met tuin rondom het huis. Typisch Spaans restaurantje schuin aan de overkant, was heel goed, verder stille omgeving.
