Great appartment very close to the bottom of Belle Etolie lift. Comfy beds and nicely appointed rooms with balcony and fine mountain views. Close also to convenient supermarket, over the road to superb bakery and overall a great find. Thanks also for the real Christmas tree - merci bien!Hosts are a bit picky and could ease our stay with a bit more attention. Equipment storage could be an easy win given the large garage - but not offered initially. Two sets of keys for three separate families is also challenging - could be easily sorted with key box. Also could have more care in courteous response to enquiries. But overall very pleased and would certainly recommend.

Good Stay but Stressful Hosts

Property is really nice, recently renovated, great location 2 minutes walk from the lifts, clean linens etc. Stay was completely overshadowed by the hosts. When we arrived we were given a big speel about how much effort they put into the renovations and that we are not allowed to mark walls etc or they would take our whole deposit. We were visited 2 days in by the host where we were shouted at for leaving a door open while we were sitting on the balcony because of the heat (living room is a suntrap and gets very warm). Hosts were impossible to reach on the app. The instructions given to us were out of date. It is an expensive accommodation and in my opinion they cannot handle being hosts and should have known the risks of having an accomodation like this. We got our full damage deposit back. But the hosts spent half an hour looking in every drawer, cabinet etc when we were leaving. Initially got complained at for not cleaning the fireplace out before they realised all the wood was still there because we didn't use it. Enjoyed the stay but the hosts made us anxious and it overshadowed the trip. I rarely feel the need to review somewhere but we really wouldn't recommend the experience.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien situé.Dommage quil soit au 3ème etage. Nous avons été surpris par le nombre de salles de bains : en effet, il y a 2 indications différentes dans l'annonce et évidemment je me suis arrêtée a la 1ère.

Très bien placé, spacieux pour grande famille ou groupe d'amis ! Aux pieds des pistes et le magasin de ski juste en dessous très chaleureux et arrangeant (pour laisser les skis le soir) On recommande !

Goed verblijf met enkele kanttekeningen: De locatie is prima, vlakbij de piste, maar wel 6 trappen. De ene wc was na een paar dagen verstopt, er bleef een wc over, die was niet echt prima. Erg klein en niet af. En dat voor 10 personen. De oven deed het af en toe. De woonkamer was prima, lekker groot.Een algemene informatiemap zouden wij zeer op prijs hebben gesteld.De wifi was bv nog niet geïnstalleerd.Na enig zoeken is het wel gelukt.

We hebben vooral genoten van de sfeervolle openhaard. Ruim appartement met privé garage, groot balkon en een prachtig uitzicht. Aardige behulpzame eigenaren, ze reageren vlot.

Pas de repos

Un scandale, marteau piqueur et perceuse en dessous de la location pendant 3 jours. Donc pas des vacances reposantes. Sachant que le propriétaire était au fait de ces travaux. Appartement vétuste pas de volets ni de rideau occultant. Le prix de la location est exorbitant pour un tel appartement. Je vous demande de bien vouloir faire un geste commercial pour un appartement qui ne vaut pas 1000 euros la semaine. Une escroquerie…..

Logement très agréable et spacieux. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Les propriétaires sont disponibles si besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement pour les grands groupes ou familles nombreuses.

Disappointing accomodation

If you are thinking of booking this apartment please be aware of the following:- -There is no washing machine even though the photos clearly show a washing machine in the kitchen -The dishwasher on/off button is missing and you have to push your finger inside the machine to turn it on -The shower screen is missing in one of the bathrooms so it’s impossible to shower without soaking the floor -There is a large hole in one of the bedroom doors -There are no towels or tea towels provided, and the kitchen sink has no plug or washing up bowl in the sink -One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is across the hallway and has a separate lock and key, so this apartment is not suitable for families with young children We had a lovely holiday in Les Deux Alpes but would not recommend this apartment.

très grand et bel appartement conforme à la description, y compris la chambre attenante sur le même palier avec sa propre salle d'eau et WC. nous étions 10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants) et tout le monde a trouvé sa place ! la cuisine est suffisamment grande pour ne pas se gêner, et les ustensiles sont complets et en bon état. les literies sont bonnes et les chambres assez spacieuses pour accueillir dressing ou armoire, table de chevet. le garage pour rentrer les voitures est un plus, ainsi que la localisation à 2 pas des pistes et des RDV de cours de ski petit bémol pour : - pas de volets y compris dans les chambres, ce qui peut être gênant si on veut dormir dans le noir; d'autant que toutes les pièces possèdent de larges ouvertures sur un balcon ou la vue extérieure - 2 trousseau de clefs - 1 troisième aurait été indiqué entre ceux qui ne skient pas, ce qui skient mais suivent des cours et ceux qui skient tout court - les horaires de départ et de rentrées sont différents ! - enfin l'accueil et je m'explique - j'avais contacté la propriétaire pour lui dire que nous dormions la veille du départ de notre location à 30 km de là et que nous serions vers 11h du matin aux 2 Alpes - celle-ci m'avait demandé de la prévenir de notre arrivée sur la station - Comme convenu je l'ai appelé et elle m'a indiqué que le ménage était en cours et qu'elle me préviendrait dès que celui-ci serait terminé. Vers 12h30 n'ayant pas de nouvelles et le ménage étant à priori terminé (fenêtres fermées de la location), elle m'a redit qu'elle me préviendrait, mais que l'horaire prévu sur le contrat était 16h00 ... et ce fut à 16h00 que j'ai eut l'appartement ! Elle aurait du me le dire tout de suite; cela aurait évité que nous attendions tous (10 pers dont 4 enfants) aux alentours de la location, et aller profiter soit des pistes, soit de la patinoire (nous avions apporté nos patins), soit de ballade dans la station qui est agréable à découvrir et sillonner.

appartement très bien situé, mais pas cosy comme présenté sur le descriptif.

L’appartement est spacieux et très bien situé : près des pistes et du rassemblement Champamé, près des commerces. Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes avec beaucoup de rangement. Nous avons bénéficié de 2 places de garage. Cependant, j’ai été très surprise par le descriptif qui indique « ambiance cosy » et « déco soignée » : une assiette en carton sert de rosace au plafond, le bouton « marche » du lave- vaisselle cassé, la bouilloire dans un état sanitairement inutilisable, pas d’ampoules au bandeau de la salle de bain(baignoire) et dans cette même salle de bain plus de pare douche au niveau de la baignoire alors qu’il y apparait sur la photo, pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain (douche), la brosse des WC cassé, les 2 chambres côté avenue Muzelle très bruyantes, à revoir le tapis de la petite table, un dessous de plat en bois cassé en 2, la porte d’une chambre au niveau de la poignée défoncée (depuis quand ? ). Cela donne l’impression d’un appartement qui subit des dégradations au fur et à mesure des locations sans que le nécessaire soit fait de la part des propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants.Nous étions 10 personnes. L'appartement est spacieux avec une vue magnifique,entouré d'une terrasse sur 3 cotés, il est très bien situé, près du rassemblement ESF de champamé et à proximité des commerces, pas besoin de voiture. Mr et Mme Gravier sont accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lovely spacious apartment with fabulous views of the mountains

We (5 adults, 4 children) have just returned from an amazing week in Les Deux Alpes, staying at this lovely authentic 3rd floor apartment. The best feature of the apartment was the balcony that runs around the side and front which gives the most amazing views of the town and mountains. The location was perfect to access the slopes and ski lift just behind the apartment and easy access from the apartment Garage where all our ski equipment could be stored. It is in short distance of many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, town centre and ESF ski school meeting points also. The living room area, kitchen and bedrooms were the perfect size for the 9 of us that stayed. One bedroom and bathroom were situated just across the hall but this was not an issue for us at all. Heating system was great and we were never cold.. in fact too hot as we had the most amazing weather during our stay. There are only a few areas the apartment could improve on which which make it perfect! 1, WIFI connectivity 2, Washing Machine 3, Better working shower in the standing shower bathroom and a shower screen in the main bath to enable people to use the shower. We will definately be staying in this apartment again when returning to the resort!!

Prima locatie en enorm veel ruimte voor ons gezin met 8 personen. Beetje vreemd dat 1 kamer en badkamer afgescheiden was van de rest van het appartement . Dit had vermeld kunnen worden. Vriendelijke eigenaar die het ons erg naar de zin wilde maken. Auto kon fijn in de garage staan. Keuken zou wat uitgebreider moeten. Er waren maar 3 pitten om te koken voor zoveel mensen. Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (8 personnes) dans ce superbe appartement des Deux-Alpes. La situation de l'appartement au sein de la station est parfaite, l'exposition (dernier étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages avec façades Est, Sud et Ouest quasi entièrement vitrées) très agréable, et le confort du logement impeccable (conforme à la description). Mr et Mme Gravier ont été très accueillants et disponibles, que ce soit entre le moment de la location et le séjour que sur place. Un grand merci à eux. Peut être à l'année prochaine !

De lujo ... Nada.

Una de las habitaciones y un baño , no están en el mismo apartamento.Has de salir a la escalera y entrar por otra puerta independiente. Falta mantenimiento , estado precario. Solo nos dieron un juego de llaves , éramos , tres parejas y una chica. Con lo que si salíamos , había que esperarse en la puerta , pasando frío hasta que llegara el encargado de las llaves. Siglo XXI y no hay wiffi. Ventanas antiguas , pasaba mucho frío. Puerta de una habitación , con un agujero. Limpieza muy deficiente. Cuando lleguemos tuvimos que limpiar , aseos , cocina , utensilios.... Ante nuestras quejas , la única contestación del dueño , fue " ES LO QUE HAY ". No pongo fotos por lo que siento vergüenza . Una pena porque el apartamento es muy grande , con buenas vistas y muy bien situado. Rompen nuestra intimidad , cuando al día siguiente de nuestra llegada , se presenta de imprevisto , para hacer un inventario.

GROSSE DECEPTION

L'appartement n'était pas conforme au contrat de location et surtout non conforme d'un point de vue sécurité. Problèmes liées à l'annonce : - 1 des chambres et la salle de douche étaient dans un appartement à part sur le même palier que de l'appartement "principal" - les appartements se situaient au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Problème lié au contrat : - Dans la cuisine : 2 plaques de cuisson plus 1 plaque d'appoint au lieu de 4 (rappel : appartement pour 10 personnes !) Problèmes fonctionnels : - le propriétaire a dû casser une porte pour entrer dans une chambre !!! - eau chaude : cumulus non adapté à la taille de l'appartement "principal" (1 bain + 2 douche MAX/jour) Rappel : appartement familial pour 7 personnes. Heureusement qu'il y avait l'autre appartement. - pas de piles dans la télécommande, pas d'ampoule à certaines lampes et appliques - Pare douche bancal --> dangereux pour les enfants - lavabos bouchés dès l'arrivée Anomalies non acceptables : - prises non conformes et/ou non fixées au mur - plafonnier (lumière) : maintenu par une assiette en carton - applique (3 spots) au dessus de l'évier de la cuisine : à 20cm du robinet - branchement des cumulus en fils libres - tableau/panneau électrique : totalement non conforme Enfin, sur les photos, on notait la présence d'une vraie table basse et d'un lave-linge, absents à l'arrivée. Sinon, 2 points positifs : l'emplacement et la vue de l'appartement. Photos disponibles sur demande

Belle location

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux. Très confortable, grande pièce à vivre agrémentée d'une belle cheminée. Recommandé pour des vacances en famille surtout avec les petits enfants. Bien situé au niveau du village et des piste. Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires M. et Mme Gravier.

Great Location, Great Apartment

We really enjoyed our visit to this apartment, there where 8 of us within 2 families. The location is fantastic and the lifts behind the apartment are VERY close which was great for the kids. The underground garage was great and really helped when we needed to unload and pack knowing everything as safe. The apartment had everything that we needed, the only disappointing thing was there was no washing machine even though it's in the pictures. It wasn't a major one but would have help especially with the kids. I feel that the apartment could have been a little cleaner i.e the floors. We left that apartment how we expected it to be on our arrival which was spotless. the apartment had everything that we needed for cooking etc and the balcony for lunch was awesome with the sun out. The owners where very helpful and looked after us very well, from the booking to the arrival and the checkout process.
