Family Owned/Operated Beach House with upgrades made every year.

A 5 Minute walk to PUBLIC beach access. Upgrades for 2026 include new flooring in bedrooms, all new towels, sheets, blankets, cookware replacements, and more. Annual Maintence week completed March 2026. Community pool area/ hot tub renovated 2025!

It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

Location is well situated so that you can park the car and bike or walk to several eateries. Bike rental venues are within walking distance. Tom Thumb gas station and convenience store is open 24/7 and very close by.
