Step into this gorgeous Gulf View Home with Private Pool and get ready to experience a great vacation!

The front entry of the home opens to a beautiful staircase and a spacious living room with luxury vinyl floors and lots of natural lighting. Enjoy beach views and easy access to the spacious deck from the living room.

The open kitchen/dining area, which seats up to 16 people, is located between the kitchen and living area making it great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the living area. There are two bedrooms located on the main level. One bedroom has two sets of triple layered twin over twin over twin bunk beds with a TV. The other bedroom has one queen bed and a TV. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity located in the hall between the two bedrooms that also services the living area. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king bed, TV and private balcony. The spacious master bath has a large wet shower with a freestanding tub and double vanity. Off the staircase is a brand new suspended catwalk spanning the length of the living room which provides access to two new bedrooms that share a jack/jill bathroom with fully tiled shower and double vanity. The 1st bedroom is a twin over twin bunk room and the 2nd bedroom is a private king bedroom with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Two more bedrooms each share a common bath. Bedroom 1 is a private king bedroom and bedroom 2 has two sets of Twin over queen bunk beds sleeping 6 comfortably.

Outside provides a brand new extended paver driveway to allow access and parking for many vehicles. All new decks, railings, staircases and a fresh coat of exterior paint, this property Shines! Covered parking is available in the garage which doubles as a massive game room with ping-pong and additional seating. The fenced yard contains the sparkling swimming pool which is private to the home.

The kids killed about 1-2 per night. Turn the lights on downstairs and they ran everywhere. Glad the boys stayed downstairs if not it would have been an issue.

This is our 8th trip to Pensacola Beach and definitely one of our favorite outdoor areas. Year after year we continue to have a great experience with the homes we rent from Paradise Beach Homes.

The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy too cook large meals.The location was perfect - directly across from the trail to the beach but also close to restaurants and activities.There are numerous outdoor tables, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs located on the large wrap around deck for sipping morning coffee or evening wine.Home was clean and beautifully renovated. Highly recommend.

The only recommendations I would have would be to better soundproof the rooms because the noise does carry due to the open floorplan. We also had some issues with burrs getting in feet and on clothing near one edge of the pool gate. It would also be nice to have a gate on the steps at the front of the house to keep pets in. We still loved our week and the gorgeous home and will be back!

Downstairs was ok, but lacked closet space as king room had no closet. The space with ping-pong table was actually the workman's storage and very dirty. The bedrooms need trashcans. No lamps in family room, nor any outlets for lamps. The room echoed badly because it needs rug, etc to absorb noise. We felt the house was not quite ready for rental.

Reviewer Comments: Very spacious home with a great view of the ocean between the two home in front of the house, easy to navigate to and from the many attractions in Pensacola, deck around the home needs a op me work as there are a few rotten boards but no big deal. Pool was awesome, but need some extra propane on hand for the grill, we ran out after grilling two meals. All the rooms were clean and neatly arranged. Thank you for the great stay.

Perfect Location

Our family had a great time at this perfect location. Sidewalk to beach across the street and Lazy Days umbrella/chair rental made the days spent on the beach more than wonderful. When we were done with the beach the pool was refreshing. Close to restaurants and shopping and plenty of areas to go for a jog or a bike ride. The property management company was so easy to work with. The deck around the house was showing some age, but other than that this was perfect for our family of 6 adults.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the beach The house was in need of some repairs. Especially the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean was flaking off and caused some splinters. The stairwell was rickety (handrail)and needed more lighting to be safe. Also the lower level smelled musty and furniture was grungy. The indoor space was really great with great TV s in every room. We did not realize the pool was not heated which was a disappointment too.

Reviewer Comments: Even though it was incredibly windy and the ocean water was closed to swimmers due to rough surf and rip currents, we still had a great stay! It was still sunny and the kids had a blast in the pool! The house was clean, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The property management company, Paradise Beach Homes, was very responsive when we contacted them about cleaning the pool because a ton of sand blew into it overnight. They were also so kind when I forgot some of my belongings in one of the bathrooms. I emailed them to ask if anyone had found them. The cleaning crew did find them and the rental office staff shipped them to me.

Great place for family/friend vacation!

This pet-friendly place was perfect. A 1-2 minute walk to the beach, private pool, very spacious house and a stocked kitchen made this place ideal for our group. There were 3 families (6 adults, five kids and a dog) in our group and we had plenty of space and plenty of fun. I brought extra kitchen items just in case so we wouldn't be out of luck when it came to cooking, but I definitely didn't need to. They have baking sheets, frying pans, pots, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, a Keurig and a drip coffee machine (with filters), a blender, and a toaster. The only thing I noticed that was missing was hot pads for pulling stuff out of the oven. We ended up just using the dish towels for that. The pool was perfect and grill was functioning. As some previous reviews have stated, the deck could use some work, it's chipping and there are rusty nails and some that stick out. We just made sure the kids had shoes on if they went on the deck. The garage/basement had a bit of an odor but nothing unbearable. We kept the garage door open to the pool the whole time so it aired out quickly. There is also a beach tent to use, which was great! Our group brought a few blow-up pool floats and noodles and we left them there for the next crew! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communication with the management company was great. We will definitely be back!
