Great Property, Great Location!

Four of stayed in this unit. It was very spacious, and the rooms/suites set up was very nice. The location was great located right across from Coligney shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the best

We have stayed in lots of condo's and this is one of the best. Top of our list now. Really impressed by the bed. Usually, the beds are horrible but this condo's are perfect.

SeaCrest November Stay

The resort was very nice, our view wonderful, and we had close access to Coligny Circle. Our only negative would be the landscapers blowing debri every day - some mornings at 7am. Sleep-ins, while on vacation, did not happen.

Sunny Balcony overlooking Pool and Ocean

Loved this unit, exceptionally clean. Some of the kitchen cabinets are badly worn. But access to beach bar, ocean and walkability to restaurants, two breakfast bakeries, and Piggly Wiggly can’t be beat. The heat pump to the pool broke down, unfortunately, because it was a bit cool in early March.

Great location and very clean!

The location can't be beat - directly across from Coligny plaza and right on the beach. If you go in February or early March, there's some maintenance going on the property in the lagoon pools although there wasn't any bothersome noise. Check the status of the swimming pools as they were both marked closed while we were there (they looked clean and swimmable to me). Pool Bar Jims was open from 11-6 which was a nice surprise. The unit was VERY clean and although the kitchen cabinets showed their age, the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. The unit setup was awesome for having separated sleeping/bathroom areas. Would definitely stay there again.

Great value Hilton Head vacation

Overall, the condo and facilities were good. However, some minor maintenance items are evident. We had an extremely hot week and the main area HVAC unit did all it could to maintain 76 degrees. Comfortable, but not cool. The master suite unit effectively maintained 70-72 degrees. Patio screen doors were both compromised, but because it was so hot we couldn’t leave the doors open, so it didn’t impact us. The unit is nicely appointed and you can cook if you want to with no trouble. The property itself is showing its age. Pool bar Jim’s is awesome and is a real valuable asset to have on the property. The location provides you with several serviceable restaurants in walking distance. If you want top notch cuisine, be prepared to drive. Overall, a good value for the money and we would stay again.

Great condo!

This is a great condo! We had a wonderful time here! The view from the balcony is fantastic (other than the empty koi ponds - they must have been doing maintenance). Everything was clean and it met our needs very well. It could use some maintenance. Some minor things, like dings in the wall & chips in the floor tile. Others a little more urgent, like the sliding door to the balcony that was almost impossible to open (we finally gave up) and the finish on many of the kitchen cupboards & drawers is lifting away. I mentioned these to the management company, so hopefully those will be fixed soon. Some good and bad with the management company. They didn't return our phone call when we were having a difficult time in the dark when we arrived, but the next day when we had tv issues, they got right on it. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Great view in a great complex. Both the property and the room were very clean. Only things keeping it from a 5 star were minor details. The living room TV had a roku but it didn't work, the sliding door to the living room balcony was a little difficult to operate. All of the beds were soft enough but they were all misshapen. It really needs new mattresses throughout the condo. I would still recommend this to anyone and will attempt to stay here again, just hope the beds get fixed.

Location can’t be beat

This location was arguably one of the best spots of any trip we’ve taken. The beach access, simple parking, pools, Jim’s pool bar, Coligny Plaza, all so close! I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing I’d say could be improved would be the master bed mattress is worn out and has a huge hump in the middle with indentations where it’s been worn. It’s comfortable and soft but lop sided. I’d definitely stay here again even with the lumpy bed!

Perfect Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at Sea Crest. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and we all had a great vacation. The property is beautiful inside and out! We loved playing on the beach and riding our bikes all around Hilton Head Island. It really was a perfect get away for our family.

We love this area of Hilton Head! Everything is very convenient & easy to get to! Our condo unit was decent but smelled very musty when we came in- not sure if due to old previously wet carpet in the bedrooms or something else. The kitchen & amenities were very nice but the bedrooms could use some updating (esp new carpet).

Super stay at Seacrest

Great location for all things- beach, restaurants, shopping, biking. The unit was larger than many 2 bedroom condos on beach. It was so comfortable including the bed. Couldn’t have a more gorgeous view given the lagoon and ocean view. We went between Spring Break and summer busy seasons so the amount of people was just right for us. I’m not sure I could take the crowds if busy season. I would re-rent this exact place!

Sea Crest is a perfect location. It has a beautiful view, and everything from the pools, walkway to the beach, and shopping/restaurants just across the street! We love it here!

Lovely view of the ocean

The condo was very comfortable, nicely appointed and very conveniently located to food and shopping. Mattress was very comfortable. We had considerable miscommunication by e-mail trying to get the door code to get in, but once we got a phone number and called, we received very kind and helpful service. There was no indication on the web site that the in-door pool and fitness center were closed due to Covid, but they were very kind in sending someone to install a DVD unit to help with some entertainment during a week of rain.
