Amazing views abound from the large and nicely decorated living room and master bedroom in Princess 1402! Both rooms have sliding glass doors that lead right out to the 288 square foot beachfront balcony where beautiful sunsets are plentiful! The large balcony has unobstructed views of the beach and nightly sunsets! You can almost reach out and touch the sand. Grab a nice soft blanket and just hang out all evening or go get sandy!

You can also view the sunsets and smell the fresh ocean air from the spacious living room with plenty of seating while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. And don't forget about the DVD players in every room for those movies you can't do without. The adjacent dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. This is open plan living at its best. Any family or friends would fit right in this vacation rental; there's plenty of beds and seating. The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining and fully stocked with everything you will need to have a great time. Blenders are included!! The over-sized laundry room has a great laundry sink and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo has tile throughout and is ready for all those sandy feet and beach toys that are sure to accompany your beach trips!

The large kitchen has been updated and has all the amenities you'll ever need to help make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The wet bar with a bar sink and mini fridge has also been updated with new cabinets. The updates don't stop there. The master bath has been updated to include a large DOUBLE SHOWER with two shower heads!!

Princess 1402 is meticulously maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. No dirty corners or old linens here. The manager personally inspects the condo after every clean and before every arrival! The manager lives at the Princess and is on hand 24/7 to take care of any issues you may have. What you see is what you get when you rent this condo!

The 10' by 30' balcony is beachfront and faces almost due south. It's the perfect place for al fresco dining or to watch for that perfect sunset.

LOVE this place!

We absolutely love staying here and the management! Everything was perfect the whole week and was really clean from the condo to the hot tub and pools (inside and outside) to the beach! We definitely be back!!

Best place on the beach

The hosts are so easy to work with! Very smooth check in and check out process. The Princess has the nicest and cleanest condos that we have stayed in at PCB by far! We love this place and will definately return!

Great Location for small family

This was our fourth stay at PCB and we went with Princess Condo’s (VIP) this stay. The room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. Communication with the manager’s was great and we had everything we needed before arrival. Getting a text that we could check into our room before was also a major plus! We would gladly stay here again.

Awesome Summer Vacay!

Top notch rental location! Top notch customer service and the view - WOW! We could not have selected a better rental. The space was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Just a few steps from the beach fun and sun! Donna and Jennifer were both awesome and attentive to our needs. Can't wait to see you guys again next year!

Fall Break

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If they’ll have us, we will definitely be back!

This was the ideal place to spend my retirement vacation with friends! Spent a month here and it felt like home. Loved the well stocked kitchen! Best I've ever seen. The balcony was very big and loved the chairs, very comfortable. The living area furniture could have been better, a little worn. I recommend a better couch and a recliner. The bedrooms were spacious. Loved having a complete bath for each bedroom. And the master suite was awesome! Very roomy! Walk in closet was great. The extra large tile shower with two shower heads was wonderful. So glad it also had a seat in it! The large laundry room was really great to have. We had a lot of different friends in, so we used it a lot. The extra cabinets in there were great for extra things. Enjoyed all the pools and the beach w/chairs. We even enjoyed the pool table!

Perfect in every way!

I took my daughter and two friends here for a spring break, and the property could not have been more perfect! From the comfortable beds and the HUGE balcony, to the expansive views and uncrowded beach, this unit was amazing! We've stayed in many of these types of units, and the descriptions are not always accurate. In this case, everything that was noted was absolutely true. Even little things, like plenty of soft towels, and an abundance of hangers (which are many times absent from rentals), were a delight. The management company was super easy and friendly to work with, and we liked the fact that we did not have to go to a separate location to check keys in and out, or even have to check in at the lobby, as it was already closed when we arrived late. It made our arrival and departure so easy! This unit is perfect for those who want to be within easy access of both Panama City, and the PC Beach area as well, without being in the middle of all the traffic, crowds and noise. Thank you, Jennifer and Donna, for helping make this a wonderful, relaxing vacation!!

Any closer to the beach and you'd be sleeping in the sand!

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we weren't in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but haven't seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or it's too full when it arrives!

We loved this condominium!

I can't say enough good things about the Princess! The condo was spacious and comfortable (there were 9 of us). Nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. The beach was not crowded. We have already booked for next year.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, and my wife and I appreciated the updated and spacious walk-in shower in the master. The living room and master have beautiful views of the Gulf. We also loved having a separate laundry room to store our beach supplies. The outdoor patio is large and provides a great place to relax in the evenings. VIP Resort Properties provided us with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella for the week as well as numerous vouchers and coupons for activities in the area, which were very welcome. Check-in was a breeze - management texted us when the condo was ready, and we were able to go straight up. Communication was excellent, and everything was in order before our arrival. We had no need to contact maintenance for anything. The Princess is in a quiet spot that is close to many attractions and restaurants. It was so nice not having to wait long for an elevator at any time, even check-in and check-out, since there are 3 fast ones serving a relatively small building. We also enjoyed having the gated parking lot right in front of the building. The Princess has 2 small outdoor pools and a larger indoor pool that never seemed overly busy. We spent pretty much all of our time on the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation and hope to stay in this condo again!

We loved this location, so easy to drive no back up bumper to bumper traffic. Close to good restaurants. Very well maintained gated building. Would definitely recommend.

If you rent Princess 1402, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation.
