Everything we needed

Had a lovely 2 weeks , everything we needed , excellent wifi too.Bedding towels etc changed during our 2 weeks stay. Even had beach towels which was very thoughtful . Andres was there to meet us and showed us around the lovely clean apartment and when we were waiting for our taxi to go home , which was delayed because of roadworks, he stopped by twice to make sure we were ok which was really considerate and appreciated . Thank you for letting use your apartment Pauline , we will be back .

Excellent apartment, very clean, great location, awesome host!The apartment is large, super clean, and has everything needed for cooking, laundry, and a comfortable stay. The WiFi/Internet was fast/reliable. The host was awesome! She met me for check-in and check-out at the time I picked, was super responsive to all messages, so nice and very helpful!The only negative was the pool area -- first, it is a big and nice looking pool and the apartment is right above! However, there were constant noises of many playful children in the pool, so with the patio door open you hear children playing/splashing/laughing ALL day. Second, the building does not provide lounge chairs or ANY seating at the pool -- some people bring their own small chair, but most people sit on the hard concrete on a towel. So, while its beautiful/large, its a place to go for a quick swim or for kids to play -- not a place you can go relax by the pool (NOTE: the lack of chairs is the building policy, not the owner/host!). The apartment provides two small low beach chairs -- great for the beach to sit in the sand - but not comfortable for sitting on concrete by pool. The good news is there are multiple nice beaches very close -- a far better option!The garage parking space provided is great and it's right by the elevator in the same building. I recommend renting a small/ compact car as all of the spaces are tight and it would be difficult to park a large vehicle.A Host, great apartment, would return!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement, das erst letztes Jahr im Oktober komplett renoviert wurde. Es liegt im 3. Stock und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Pool. Fahrstühle sind auch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Ich hatte eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist für 1-2 Personen wirklich toll und empfehlenswert.

Fantastic experience

I had a wonderful and hassle-free time staying at the property. The description of the apartment was accurate, and if anything was actually much larger than pictures/video depicted online. Inside the apartment was clean and well-maintained. The owner/manager was welcoming, friendly, professional, and provided helpful suggestions about the town.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in August/September.On arrival we were met by Pauline.Nothing was too much trouble for her as she showed us around the apartment The apartment itself was much larger than I expected and spotlessly clean.the bedroom had plenty of space for all our clothes and was very comfortable.The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge very tastefully furnished. The terrace also had plenty of room with a table and 4 chairs , a lovely place to eat or just chill out with a nice drink.The views from the terrace were amazing with the sea to the left and right and also a pool view.the apartment is also close to all the local restaurants and bars.Ithink we tried most of them in our 2 weeks there and weren't disappointed by any of them.All in all a great holiday in a great location and I would highly recommend .We will certainly return to this village and absolutely to this apartment.

Marineda 312 is an absolutely stunning, newly renovated apartment, spacious and bright it offers one bedroom, very large wet room (with washing machine),well equipped kitchen (with dish washer), lounge, balcony overlooking the pool with ocean views on both sides and private underground parking. It has international internet TV channels and very fast internet access. Situated on the 3rd level it is served by 2 elevators. This apartment is wheelchair friendly.
