The house is located in a great area, with sea view terrace, parking, fenced courtyard. It is located in Lungomare Avenue, which leads directly to the beautiful bay: Porto Frailis avenue surrounded by green spaces, paths and spaces for walking. The house is also located at just 50 meters from all amenities, at walking distance, by foot, there are very close to the housemany services such as a bank, post office, ATMs, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias and all kinds of shops. But above all, it is just 100 meters from the seafront in Arbatax, where there are wonderful place to spend hours in front of the beautiful sea. Très bon séjour

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du logement de Nicolas. Il est vrai que nous ne nous attendions pas à l'espace proposé : immense terrasse aérée, alentours végétalisés et très agréable par grosse chaleur, grande pièce a vivre où nous avons pu ouvrir un canapé lit très confortable, les enfants quant à eux étaient répartis dans les 2 chambres. Idéalement situé : a 2 pas des commerces principaux, de restaurants plus que corrects, et de la belle crique des Rochers Rouges qui offre la possibilité d'une belle baignade dans une crique bordée de pics rocheux rouges qui contrastent avec le beau bleu de la mer. Nicolas a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et a participé a la qualité de notre séjour. On espère revenir bientôt. Merci

Siamo stati una settimana in 4 ed è andato tutto bene. La posizione buona, l’appartamento spazioso e con tutto il necessario. L’unica cosa è che purtroppo non si può grigliare in quella bella terrazza, che spreco :)

Nicola ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die blitzsaubere Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, prima Infrastruktur. Empfehlung: der 100 Meter entfernte Schlachter, der gleichzeitig Tische vor der Tür hat und beste Steaks preiswert anbietet. Schönster Strand: Lido di Orri, ca 800 über den Hauptstrand hinaus fahren. Liegenverleih mit Bar in der Nähe, vorzüglicher Strand.

Thanks for the review. I'm sorry that not all of your expectations are met, but it's better to ask for anything you need and solve any problems during your stay rather than writing when you go back home, because I can do my best to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. The toilet brush will be replaced as soon as possible, if you asked me I would have replaced it immediately without any problems. As by your advice, I will arrange a cabinet or shelves in the bathroom as soon as possible. I do not understand the problem "the bad door stucks, when you lock the door", anyway I will check all the doors and eventually I will fix any defects. I hope to see you next year. Nicola
