Clean well located and corresponded to the details publicised The person responsible for checking us in at the beginning of our stay could have been more helpful. We had to contact a neighbour for identification of the property and the eventual entry to it by using their telephone The person responsible left it to them to help rather attending the property in person. He was expecting us as we arrived promptly at 5pm as agreed Everything was fine but this was both disappointing and an annoyance at the start of the holiday

I am sorry for the guest Martin's disappointment. The guest's phone was not working or did not have an international phone plan, and that is why we used our good neighbor's phone. Additionally, the guest made a mistake with his email address, and I called VRBO to have it corrected so that we could send him info via the platform. I called the gentleman probably 4 or 5 times, giving full assistance for problems he caused. I am sorry that it wasn't enough.

Amazing house and hosts, lovely vacation, 10 stars

We had the best Sardinia vacation in the house of Editta and Marcello. Excellent hosts, we had everything there and received very quick answers before we traveled. During the stay we had great exchanges with their son Mario who speaks excellent English, whenever we had a question. Thanks for the amazing stay, great restaurant suggestions and making us feel better than home (it was a vacation after all ;-), had to be better). Very clean apartment, very big fridge and perfect functioning A/C, we loved breakfasts or glass of wine in the evening on the balcony/ terrace. They have nice neighbors, this is a quiet street and just 4 min to the amazing beach of S.M. Navarrese - perfect for a couple. Small market just 300m away with everything for breakfast making it a perfect location. City center in walking distance with restaurants, rake away, shops, gelateria. We recommend the house of Editta and Marcello and would love to return next year, will check again early for booking. Grazie mille ❤️

L’ apparemment est pratique, bien situé au cœur du village ce qui permet d’avoir accès à toutes les commodités et à la plage à pieds. Il est bien équipé et offre tout le nécessaire. Le seul point négatif serait que l’appartement est mal isolé, le soir nous entendons les voisins. À part cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist optimal für zwei Leute. Die überdachte Terrasse ist ein echter Pluspunkt (wenn auch leider ohne Meerblick). Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief mit deren Sohn per E-Mail auf Englisch problemlos. Er hat stets sehr freundlich und schnell geantwortet.

a) Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Ambiente b) Ebenfalls schöne Lage, großes Platzangebot und gute Ausstattung bei besonders gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Von der Decke her erfolgt allerdings bei hoher Sonneneinstrahlung eine gewisse Erwärmung. Die Bauweise des Hauses mit guter Durchlüftungsmöglichkeit und die Klimaanlage gleichen diesen Faktor aber aus.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Santa Maria Navarrese verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr engeagiert und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles gut geklappt, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles, was man so braucht. Beim TV sind nur italienische Sender verfügbar - aber das störte uns nicht. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich ...wir kommen wieder nach Sardinien. Ciao Alexandra

Très bon accueil, garage très appréciable pour stationner la moto. Location très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Un petit supermarché à 30 mètres, un autre à environ 200 mètres, très pratique pour faire les courses en arrivant. Plage accessible à pied (même pas 10 mn). Climatisation très utile en cette période estivale.

Essenziale ma accogliente

Dotata di tutto il necessario, ottima la pulizia. Unico neo pochi spazi per sistemare proprie cose in particolare generi alimentari. Bella terrazza anche se il caldo non ci ha permesso di sfruttarla appieno... a volte abbiamo avuto bisogno del condizionatore. Proprietari cordiali e gentilissimi, molto ospitali. Abbiamo acquistato la fede tipica dell'Ogliastra ma non ricordiamo il nome del gentilissimo proprietario (dietro la chiesa comunque)

Parfait pour repos. Mer et montagne à la fois.

Très agréable petit appartement dans un petit complexe immobilier. Tout le nécessaire y est. Rue tranquille, en face d'une école. La plage est à 5mn à pied, de même que les petits commerces. La montagne et ses randonnées est à 15mn en voiture. Les paysages côtiers et de montagne sont époustouflants. Je conseille à toute personne qui cherche calme et repos en dehors des périodes touristiques. La gentillesse et es attentions des propriétaires est un vrai plus. Je recommande.

Bellissimo appartamentino, pulito, ben attrezzato e curato nell'arredamento. I proprietari molto disponibili, mai invadenti. Soluzione ideale per le nostre vacanze con il ns. 4 zampe. Soggiorno d'inizio estate a S.M.Navarrese

L'appartamento, arredato con gusto e completo di ogni accessorio e comodità, è perfetto anche per un lungo soggiorno. L'appartamento di recente costruzione si trova in una zona centrale e tranquilla di Santa Maria Navarrese vicino alla spiaggia e risulta molto adatto ad una coppia o anche ad un piccolo nucleo familiare.L'appartamento dispone di una ampia terrazza coperta che offre la possibilità di consumare comodamente i pasti all'esterno in una ottima privacy. Apprezzabile la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in prossimità dell'appartamento. La cittadina è deliziosa, dotata di un bel porticciolo turistico molto ordinato e ben organizzato e con squarci paesaggistici di assoluto rilievo. Vi si può trascorrere una piacevole vacanza non solo in piena estate. Altro punto di forza di SMN è la possibilità di raggiungere con facilità numerosi punti di grande interesse naturalistico nei suoi dintorni. Molto attenti i proprietari a curare con attenzione, pur se con riservata cortesia e diponibilità, che il soggiorno dei propri ospiti sia il migliore.

"Abbiamo soggiornato l''estate scorsa in questo alloggio e siamo stati davvero bene. La titolare è gentilissima. E'' un''ottima sistemazione anche per le famiglie che come noi hanno bambini piccoli che potranno svagarsi nel bellissimo parco giochi con piante di ulivo secolari a soli 100 mt.ed il mare a soli 200 mt. "Appartement très bien situé à 150m de la plage et à 100m de tous les magasins (journaux français , rotisserie et petit super marché).Nous sommes tombés amoureux du village de Santa Maria Navarrèse . L''accueil des propriétaires a été des plus charmants . Concernant l''appartement, le seul bémol que peut trouver un grincheux , c''est la mauvaise insonorisation...En clair, le soir , on entend les voisins...mais on n''a pas inventé les boules Quiès pour rien..."
