The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all dirty towels in the washers and start the wash prior to leaving the house. If you dry any towels, please leave on the granite counter for us to fold. Thank you!
Move all furniture back to where it was placed when you arrived.
Place A|C on 78, in the Summer, and when it's cold place thermostats on 66. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Student rentals even if 1 adult present. Absolutely no Spring Break Rentals to young adults under the age of 26!
A Wedding/Event non refundable fee of $1000 is due with deposit, for all receptions/events. No weddings during Mid May-Mid August, Peak Summer Season.
A rental agreement will be emailed after booking. Fill out agreement and return to me. A $1000 refundable security deposit is due prior to arrival.
