Cute remodeled 4 Bedroom beach cottage with 3 full baths. 2 master bedrooms, both with sliders that lead right onto a spacious deck to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, a dip in the hot tub, or enjoy the evenings on the outdoor furniture or in a comfy Adirondack chair with a margarita in your hand. The huge kitchen boasts new stainless appliances and granite countertops with bar area and Keurig coffee machine. There is an outdoor shower if you want to shower under the stars, or to get the sand off of you and the kids after a relaxing day at the beach. Bethany Beach and multiple drive on beaches are a bike ride or short drive away. Conveniently located near Holts Landing and Delaware seashore State parks and Bethany Beach and Ocean City boardwalks. There are multiple golf course, mini golf, tennis, fishing, and hiking areas within a few miles. This home is situated on a large 1/3 acre lot and the back yard is fenced in for the kids or dog to safely play. Included in the back yard is a gas BBQ grill and two picnic tables. For entertainment, 200Mbs high speed internet, wifi, and big screen 4K TV is included. Master bedrooms have HD TVs. There is plenty of parking space available in the long driveway.

Both master bedrooms feature queen beds, regular bedrooms have 2 twins in an trundle, and a full size in 4th. There are also full and twin pullout sofas.

Well behaved dogs considered​ with $30 per night per dog pet fee.

Our family of 5 (82-17) plus our four legged baby. This location was perfect! Not only was it minutes from all beaches, dinning, shopping, arcade, ice cream and so so much more. The fenced yard for our pup was amazing. Fenwick Island was our favorite beach.

Very clean and lots of room for our family. The host was very responsive. The location was also great with a grocery store and restaurant practically walking distance. The large deck and hot tub were wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic home near Bethany & Delaware beaches

I’d highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Bethany area that wants to be in a more peaceful location. It’s in a really quiet neighborhood, with a great backyard/hot tub option and comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Scott is a really responsive and helpful host and communication was great. Our family had a wonderful time here.

A great mini-vacation

The house was clean and has been well kept. The location is great, far enough away from the beach hustle and bustle but close enough to ride a bike there. Grocery stores and other amenities are also close by. Scott was great to work with and very responsive. We hope to visit again soon.

Very easy check in. Home was very clean and as advertised. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Very nice size fenced yard for our dogs to play. Deck extends length of house and gets plenty of sunshine. Kitchen well epuipped. Would stay again if i get the opportunity, maybe try to get in some fishing.

An amazing Friendsgiving weekend!!

Our group of 8 friends and 4 dogs came to stay for our annual Friendsgiving weekend and had an absolute blast. The backyard was a dream for all of the dogs and perfect for them to all run around and have fun. The inside of the house was spacious for all of us to hang out in both the living room and dining room for games and movies. The large kitchen was also great for cooking our Thanksgiving feast and very easy for us all to maneuver around. The neighborhood was great for walks, very convenient to stores, and less than 15 mins from the downtown Bethany boardwalk area. Overall a great stay and we would recommend to others!

Thanksgiving Stay

The house has potential. The backyard is nice, there is a large kitchen and decent sized bedrooms. However, the living room furniture should be trashed. We covered them ourselves with sheets because they are so old and dirty. The bathroom floors and shower liner were filthy. We had to scrub the bathrooms before using them. I would not recommend this house as it is.

We feel this review was left in response to not discounting our pet fee due to the guest wanting the daily rate for the entire week. They told a family member incorrect information, and felt we should discount because of their mistake. Clearly based upon our numerous reviews, we highly value cleanliness, and that is not an issue. We also were contacted by the guest at check-in to let us know they arrived, no mention of any issues then or during their stay. We also called mid stay, with no mention of any issues. Sometimes things do happen or a ball gets dropped, we're not perfect, but with no notice to us of an issue, we have no opportunity to make corrections and make sure a guest's stay is wonderful and meets their expectations. With that said, we really don't feel this review is fair, accurate, or represents the property or our hospitality at all. Thanks for considering our home.

Great family getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It is close to the beaches, boardwalks, supermarket and ice cream shops for the kids and adults! The neighborhood is nice for taking an evening walk with the grandkids and dog! The house is clean and large enough for the grandparents, their daughter, her husband, two granddaughters and 5-year old labrador to enjoy without getting in each other’s way! Scott was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great week at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is big and modern and well maintained. Everthing seemed to work fine. The linen and towel service is a plus. The backyard and deck are large and fun. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer and dryer are old but work fine. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the furniture is worn but comfortable. Only used the hot tub once but it was clean and well maintained. The house is walking distance to the local liquor store and Big Fish Grill and a very nice ice cream store. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach although on weekends it can be much longer then that. My only suggestion is that you bring plenty of bottled water as the water from the tap whiched tasted fine, has a kind of brown color.

Great location, comfortable stay

We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but proximity to Bethany Beach and State Parks. House was comfortable with spacious kitchen, deck and yard. We spent a lot of time running, biking and enjoying nearby Fresh Pond State Park (0.5 miles away) and dinner at Big Fish when we weren't at the beaches or kayaking.

We are dog friendly for well behaved pets. We understand that pet owners feel as though their pets are family, and feel they should be included in vacations. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to find accommodations that allow pets to accompany the rest of their family. We feel well behaved dogs are more than welcome to join in on the stay. Our home features a large fenced yard, and plenty of shade for your dog to enjoy the family vacation.
